It was a nice morning in Tengu City at World 331 of Dimension 201. Currently, the Squad of Excellence are scattered around city looking around for Emotionless while keeping a low profile at the same time.
The group decided to split into four groups with Alain, Cyrille, Ichigo Momomiya and Luna Platz heading towards the Tengu Tower as Monkey D. Luffy, Rogue Cheney, Ryuuko Matoi and Sakura Haruno decided to investigate the residential area while Sasuke Uchiha, Shun Kazami, Sting Eucliffe and Toma are at the shopping district.
But unbeknownst to the team, they were about to meet several key players that resides in that city.
At the Tengu Tower, we see Alain, Cyrille, Ichigo and Luna walking around the area, looking for anything suspicious and if they do encounter one, they must eliminate it at all cost which is easier said than done due to the number of people around the area.
"Woah! Look at the size of that tower!" Ichigo exclaimed in awe.
"It's not as big as the Osamu Tower back in Neo-City but still impressive." Cyrille commented before turning to Luna, "Any signs of Emotionless yet?'' she asked.
Luna checks her device and shook her head, "No, not yet.'' she replied, "But we need to keep our guards up just in case.'' she advised.
Cyrille nodded in agreement, "Right.'' she said.
Meanwhile, Alain stares at the tower which reminds of him of the Prism Tower back in Lumiose City when suddenly a girl bumps onto him, "S-Sorry.'' he apologized in surprise.
The girl has the look of a young, attractive female with blue eyes, and short, silvery-white hair arranged in a bob cut with three hair-clips in the right part of her hair. She wears a black blazer jacket with school emblem over a white long sleeved shirt, blue skirt with two black stripes near the bottom, white socks and brown shoes. This is Origami Tobiichi.

Origami looks at him with narrowed eyes, "No... it's fine.'' she reassured before walking off.
Alain and the girls watches her go, "She narrowed her eyes on me.'' the Pokemon Trainer pointed out, "Do I really look that suspicious?'' he questioned with a dejected expression.
"Nah... you don't look suspicious, you always look suspicious." Ichigo pointed out with a smile.
Alain facefaulted, "Geez... thanks for that unneeded reassurance.'' he grumbled in annoyance.
"Let's go, you two, we got no time to waste." Luna beckoned.
And with that, the group continued to look around but unbeknownst to them, a girl is seen watching them from the top of the Tengu Tower.
The girl has an ivory skin tone and has a long, black hair tied in long twin tails. Her right eye is red-tinted while her left eye appears as a golden, inorganic clock face and are covered by her bangs. She wears a knee-length strapless dress that consists of crimson and black frills, giving her the appearance of an elegant Gothic Lolita. She also wears a black and crimson frilled arm-sleeves with ribbons, black laced boots with ribbons, a black detached collar jagged in a flower pattern and a black & crimson-colored frilled hair band. This is Kurumi Tokisaki.

Kurumi let's out a devious smile, "I never seen those people before.'' she muttered with a giggle, "Interesting.'' she mused before suddenly disappearing.
Bzzzttt...
Meanwhile at the residential area, we see Luffy, Rogue, Ryuuko and Sakura walking around the area, looking for anything suspicious and if they do encounter one, they must eliminate it at all cost and unlike the Tengu Tower, the place isn't crowded with people, so they can take on the creatures in ease.
"Oh, Emotionless!" Luffy called put before whistling.
Rogue looks at him with a raised eyebrow, "What are you doing, Luffy?'' he questioned, "Emotionless aren't dogs that you can call by whistling.'' he pointed out in disbelief.
Luffy chuckled, "Hey! Who knows! It might just work.'' he replied before whistling again.
Rogue facepalmed, "I forgot whom I'm talking to.'' he muttered before turning to their female companion, "Any signs of the Emotionless yet?'' he asked.
Sakura checks her device and shook her head, "Sadly, no." she replied, "Looks like the Emotionless are doing good in keeping a low profile.'' she commented.
Ryuuko places her hands on her back, "Well, I for one, hope that they show themselves because I'm getting bored.'' she admitted.
"Hear! Hear!" Luffy said in agreement.
The four then came across two girls standing in front of a pole. The first girl has a very long, dark-purple hair usually tied back with a ribbon of sorts, and matching dark purple eyes with white irises. She wears a black blazer jacket with school emblem over a white long sleeved shirt, blue skirt with two black stripes near the bottom, black thigh-high stockings and brown shoes. This is Tooka Yatogami.

The second girl has the look of a young, cute girl at about 13 to 14 years of age with blue eyes and long curly blue hair. She wears a white sundress with pink frills, white frilled socks and pink shoes. She also wears a sunhat with a pink ribbon band. This is Yoshino.

The two girls had a look of trouble on their faces with Yoshino on the verge of crying, so the four approaches them.
"Excuse me." Sakura called out getting their attention, "Is their something wrong?" she asked, "It looks like that both of you are having a problem?'' she pointed out.
"Uh... yes." Tooka replied, "My friend's stuff is stuck up there at the pole.'' she pointed out with a finger raised.
The four looks up and saw a hand puppet at the very top of the pole. The hand puppet has the appearance of a white rabbit with a single red eye and wears an eye-patch and an orange jester collar.
"Is that a hand puppet?'' Rogue questioned in surprise.
"H-Hai...'' Yoshino shyly answered, "It's my friend, Yoshinon.'' she said.
"Yoshinon?" Rogue repeated.
"I think it's the name of the hand puppet." Ryuuko pointed out.
"Have you tried climbing it?'' Sakura asked.
"I wanted to but Shidou told me not to do anything that will cause trouble." Tooka replied.
Luffy chuckled, "Shishishishi! Don't worry, I'll get it for you!" he said before pulling his left arm back.
Rogue's eyes widen in shock as he realized what Luffy was about to do, "Luffy! Wait!" he called out.
But too late as Luffy shot his hand upwards, stretching towards the top of the pole, much to Tooka and Yoshino's shock. Luffy then grabs the hand puppet and pulls it down as his arms returns to normal, "Here you go.'' the straw hat-wearing pirate said handing the item back to Yoshino before Sakura smacks a hand at the back of his head, "Ow!" he yelped in pain before turning to Sakura, "What was that for?!" he demanded.
"You idiot! Why did you do that?!" Sakura chastised, "Luna explicitly told us not to cause any sort of unwanted motions!" she reminded.
"I was just helping them get the puppet down!" Luffy argued.
"You could have just climb it you know!" Sakura argued back.
"Sugoi! His arm stretched!" Tooka cheered, "Are you some sort of superhero?!" she asked.
Rogue waves his hands, "No, no! That was just an illusion! What you saw is a long stick!" he lied.
"Illusion or not, I owe him a lot.'' the hand puppet spoke which froze the four in place, their eyes widen and are sporting a surprised look, their eyes then wandered at the hand puppet, "Nice to meet you, I'm Yoshinon! Yoshino's best friend!" the hand puppet greeted and introduced itself, "You really saved me back then and I'm really grateful for that!" it said in gratitude.
The four heroes stares at the puppet, "Did that puppet just talk?'' Sakura asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Ventriloquism?'' Rogue guessed.
"But I never saw her mouth move." Ryuuko pointed out.
Bzzzttt...
Meanwhile at the Shopping District, we see Sasuke, Shun, Sting and Toma walking forward, looking for anything suspicious. Their presence caught the eyes of many people but mostly women, whom had lovestruck look on their faces.
"So much for not standing out.'' Sasuke muttered.
"Well... walking around like some sort of four-piece boy band." Sting pointed out, "And... with how good-looking we are, I can't say I blame them." he said with a grin.
"Please don't push your luck." Sasuke dismissed.
"Are you sure that the Emotionless are in this city?" Toma asked.
"They could be anywhere, Toma, they can attack anytime they want." Shun replied, "However... I prefer that they don't attack at this moment with all these people around.'' he admitted.
Toma crosses his arms, "As much as I like fighting, I had to agree with that." he said in agreement.
Just then, they heard a loud cry from the distance, "STOP! THIEF!" the four boys turns ahead and saw a snatcher running towards their direction with a purse in hand.
"Well, Toma, you want some action, so you can have this one." Shun commented with a hand gestured forward.
Toma grinned, "Will do!" he complied before charging towards the snatcher.
"Get out of the way, kid!" the snatcher demanded but Toma responded by driving a running-knee strike on his lower jaw, turning the snatcher inside out and then dropping down the ground in sweet unconsciousness while dropping the purse on the process.
Toma pats his hands, "That takes care of him.'' he mused.
Then two police officers arrives, "Thanks for the assist, youngster.'' one police said in gratitude while picking up the purse as his partner handcuffed the criminal, "Would you mind giving this to it's owner?'' he requested handing the purse to Toma, "It belongs to a girl with a red hair and she also had an older brother with blue hair.'' he described.
Toma nodded, "Will do, officer!" he complied. And with that, the pair of officers left with the snatcher as Toma turns to his companions, "It's so nice to help others.'' he commented.
"Whatever floats your boat." Shun replied.
The four then noticed a pair of siblings making their way towards them and both matches the cop's description a minute ago. The first one is a teenage boy has straight blue hair and bands down to his neck and amber brown eyes. He wears a black blazer with school emblem over a white long sleeved collared shirt with a blue necktie with black and grey stripes, grey trousers and black shoes. This is Shidou Itsuka.

The second one is a cute middle school girl with red eyes and very long, light coral-colored hair that is usually tied on both sides with black ribbons called the twintail hairstyle. She also has an antenna hair that always sticks out on the top of her head. She wears a white uniform with a black tie, a short teal-colored skirt, and long black stockings that reach up to half of her thigh, and black shoes. This is Kotori Itsuka, the younger sister of Shidou.

"This must be yours." Toma said handing the bag to Kotori, "Be careful, kid! Thieves are often common in places like this.'' he advised.
"Thank you very much!" Kotori replied cheerfully.
"Thanks for the help, we owe you one." Shidou said in gratitude.
Toma waves his hands, "No problem." he reassured.
Then we see Sasuke, Shun and Sting walking ahead, "Hey Mister Hero! We're going to get some donuts without you.'' Sting called out.
Toma then sported an over-exaggerated annoyed expression, "WAIT UP, YOU BASTARDS!" he called out before running after them.
Shidou and Kotori watches them as the former let's out a chuckle, "They're an interesting bunch.'' he commented, "Now let's go get our groceries, so we can get back home." he suggested when he noticed Kotori staring at the boys with narrowed eyes, "Kotori?'' he asked.
"I'd never seen those people before." Kotori pointed out referring to the four boys, "I better had Reine-san and the others keep an eye on them." she stated.
"What do you mean?'' Shidou asked in confusion.
As this is going on, we see a teenage girl hiding behind a pole from a distance while looking at Shidou, "Finally... I've found you... Shidou-kun.'' the girl said with a smile.
