Return Of The Dragon Prince
Running through Konoha and boy with blonde hair with red streaks from the blood flowing out of a gash on his forehead, a singular blue eyes can be seen due to the other being closed to prevent the blood that was dripping down his face from flowing into it, and 6 whisker like marks on his face each one cut open and bleeding even more profusely, can be seen with a look of fear in his eyes as he looked back he noticed the mob of angry villagers and Ninja closing in on him.
Leading this attack is a white-haired Ninja with a fuma shuriken on his back wearing a smiling white mask while the ninja beside him wore a black frowning mask. As they all laugh at the bloody kunai in his hand chasing the young boy out of the village, "where you gonna go kid no one wants you around why not just give up and let us have our fun for a while" the man in white mask jests.
As Naruto nears the forest he looks back to see the mob gaining on him as he begins running in the forest realizing he had to move faster and faster or be beaten again this was the 6th time they attacked him this month. He looked around as he dodged through tree after tree until he trips Landing in a cavern under an old tree stump and landing on his back only to look up and see everyone who was chasing him run past where he fell.
Finally having a minute to breath he starts shaking as his breath comes out raggedly "what did I do why are they always doing this when the old man is away why me I never did anything to the and now I have no place to live" he thought to himself as he moves in a dark corner of the cave.
He heard voices above the entrance "shit the brat got away what should we do now" The first voice recognized as the man in the all-white blank mask. "We leave if the hokage or any of the Jounin or anbu find out we were involved we were involved they will know we signed up for this assignment just to torment the brat" the second voice stated which Naruto instantly recognized as Bando the chunin he met earlier that night assigned to watch his house. He began to think "if Bando was one the other has to be the white-haired guy with the Tiger tattoo on his arm" he thought. As he sat back he heard them call their party and tell them to turn back he wanted a few moments before looking up to see how high the exit was and realized that he had fallen quite some ways. He began wondering how he could get out finally as his adrenaline subsided he began to feel the pain and decided he should sit back and allow himself to heal.
As Naruto awoke the next morning he wished it was a bad dream until he looked around and saw the light shown through the hole he fell through, he stood up and checked his body for wounds. Before he would heal all of them instantly now he noticed his face cuts were still there, still almost fresh making his cuts longer and more savage looking while the rest of his body was healed semi-perfectly leaving only scars. "This is all hibachi's fault if he didn't lie and have me go into that forest then those ninja I would have never found me and attacked, now the old man has to go to this stupid meeting and I have nowhere else to go" Naruto thought as his sadness turned to rage.
After getting his bearings he began to walk around to allow his eyes to adjust to the darkness as he looked to his right he realized he was not standing in a cave at all it's what looks like a hallway that collapsed and fell Underground though it was still in pretty good shape is he look forward he noticed a lamp hanging on the wall. He approached and took the flint and steel out of his pocket as he stepped aboard the lamp he started to strike the steel against the Flint causing it to spark as one lamp lit the entire hallway lit up. "Where is, this what are these?" He asks himself rubbing the seals on the wall until he feels it, A large pulse of pure dark energy and malevolence.
It shakes him to the core as he looks down the corridor expecting some giant Beast or even a ghost as he began to hear whispers coming from the shadowed hall behind him as they started to get louder he began to run toward the door at the opposite end that was illuminated only by 2 lanterns on either side and the strange black light on the door. As Naruto that closer to the door he began to feel even worse like the darkness was beginning to consume him he could not tell it was coming from the door to which he was running as he realized this he turned back only to be faced once again with a noisy Darkness that was have sooner consumed him then allowed him to reach that door it was slowly gaining speed and getting closer.
He knew at this point he only had one option to reach the door and hope for the best as he kept running "almost there I gotta reach it or whatever that is will finish what the villagers had starred the night before" he thought as he ran.
As fast as his legs could carry, he ran and as he finally got to the door the shadows behind him receded to whence, they came. As Naruto noticed this, he couldn't believe he had for once gotten lucky and lucky enough to escape whatever was in those shadows, until he touched the door and all the mysterious dark energy converged on his hand. At first, he was just frightened until game the splitting sound of white noise in his head.
As he screamed not aware no noise was being made and not caring if anyone could hear his hands clutching both sides of his head as the darkness when into his body sending him into a painful mental shock that could ward off the mind of the most powerful mental jutsu users. As Naruto looked forward he felt his Consciousness begin to slip he couldn't tell where he was or what was happening he just knew that the pain that he was caused begin to slowly fade as he began to slip deeper into darkness he asked himself a question "Is this what it feels like to die?" He smiled and welcomed the embrace of darkness thinking it would be better to die than live how he had been so far. He would now not have to be alone.
As he opened his eyes he found himself it would seem to be a sewer "Where am I, did I fall even deeper when I fell asleep this looks like a drain tunnel" he thought. There were giant pipes filled with red `water' almost to the point of overflowing on one side on the other we're pipes the same size flowing with blue `water' and above him we're pipes that intertwined but not connected filled with white `water' and one in black and the other he began to think that he was in hell until he heard deep breaths coming from down the hall to where the pipes led and got curious. "I wonder what's down there it sounds like something is breathing, I guess I will follow the pipes." He stated as he started running down the hall following the direction in which the `water' flowed. He came to a stop as he noticed in front of him stood 4 doors each of them labeled the first one to his left was made of what seemed to be a slab of metal and stone with a lock made of chakra and was marked with the letter W above the word Past.
The door beside it was made of what appeared to be a mirror with a sword hilt sticking out with no guard marked with the letter N above the word Soul. The following door was made of a what appeared to be a black wood and radiated multiple types of energy that seemed to repel and pull him all at one time while emitting an aura of authority was marked with the letter E above the word Bloodline. The 4th door however was in shambles with the black energy from before lingering on the shattered cage looking door, Naruto was looking when at the small caged door wanting to know what it held before. Suddenly he heard roaring beyond the very door he was examining and began running to the sound screaming "hey are you ok whoever you are I'm coming to help so stay put they won't hurt you."
As he arrived to where the sounds are coming from he stopped immediately he saw a girl who looked like him with black hair cowering away from a giant Cage wear clothes extended with a paper seal at the top. Naruto looked at the young girl with black hair with white highlights wearing an all-black kimono with a tiger's eye and tomoe on the back, tormented by the creature and knew he had to do something quickly.
He ran towards the girl and Shout out in front of him and looked at the cage to see the calls stopped as he held the injured child in his arms he turned to the cage and screamed "stop trying to hurt her leave her alone" this caused the creature in the cage to stop its motion and retract its claws. A few seconds later something finally stepped out of The Shadow to reveal an older woman whose long black hair tied into 9 braided ponytails wearing a red kimono that just barely covered her impressive bust, black and yellow obi with a fox on it in between a yin yang symbol that accented her narrow waist leading to her wide hips, in her hand a fan with the kanji for 9.
She looked at Naruto and screamed "Naruto get away from that thing it is what came in and destroyed that gate it's not a child it's dangerous" Naruto upon hearing this froze and turned to look at the girl who was now sporting a wide grin looking at the form of the female fox
. "So, that's what you look like underneath all that fur huh, Tama?" The girl questioned widening her smile as she looked to the frightened Naruto who was looking back and forth between the two women she started chuckling until " WHO THE HELL ARE YOU 2 LADIES AND WHERE AM I" Naruto screamed looking at them.
The first to speak was the woman in the cage "I am Tamamo no Mae better known as the Kyuubi no kitsune, or the 9-tailed fox and I am sorry for what you have been through on my behalf but we can talk about that later that thing needs to go it's not safe for her to be here" Naruto looked shocked as he realized the reason for his life's hell was before him.
Before he could speak a voice from behind him spoke "my name is Kage 1/2 of the Byakko Clans heiress I was left on that door you touched and my roar is what brought you here my other half is with my master who lies beyond the door it's been 18 years since we were trapped and your gonna help me release him" she states matter-of-factly.
Naruto looks at her with tears in his eyes and screamed "SHUT UP, I NEED TO TALK NOW AND I CAN'T HELP YOU DUMMY, CAUSE YOU KILLED ME AND EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T WHY SHOULD I, I JUST FOUND OUT THE REASON I HAVE BEEN BEATEN, BURNED, STABBED, CUT, AND CHASED IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. AND POSSIBLY THE REASON THAT MY PARENTS ABANDONED ME AND THREW ME INTO THAT GOD AWFUL ORPHANAGE THAT DID ALMOST AS BAD AS THE VILLAGERS." Naruto screamed at Kage as she backed away feeling his emotions and watching his iris morph from their usual blue to black and white swirls in the center of his eye replacing his iris a red/blue 6-pointed star his right eye being red and left being blue. She backs away in fear of his eyes as he turns back to the Kyuubi who takes notice of the eyes and says aloud "but that's the onmyogan" Naruto looks at her confuses before he says "why are you imprisoned in hell what did you do, destroy someone else's home" she looks at him finally realizing what he is thinking.
"Naruto please sit down there" Tama points to a stone slab that rises from the ground in front of the cage, he walks over and looks at it before he sits and looks back at Kage and waves her over to him and she slowly approaches realizing that his eyes have returned to normal.
"Explain what is going on Tama-san and you Kage sit down and don't speak until I say so" Naruto says sharply eyeing the women, Tama sighs "for starters you're not dead you have been knocked unconscious by extreme stress to your brain that would have killed anyone else it has had me healing your ear canal for the last few hours in here, secondly I assure you your parents love you very much and 3rd what happened 9 years ago wasn't my fault I can show you what really happened if you will allow me" she held out her hands to the 2 in front of her. Naruto thought for a minute and looked at Kage and gestured for her to grab as they grabbed her hand the memories of the Kyuubi attack flooded their minds.
(Flashback to the end of attack.)
It comes to the part where Minato and Kushina began to speak:

Minato...don't be so sad...I'm happy...you loved me...and... today...is Naruto's birthday. Most of all...if I were to imagine myself alive, and our future as a family of three...I can't see us being anything but happy...and if I were allowed...just one regret...I wish that I could have seen Naruto grow up...
[Kushina To Minato about sealing baby Naruto]
He's our son. Which is exactly why, I don't want him to bear such a heavy burden! Why?! Why the Reaper Death Seal?! There's no need for you to die...just so I can meet the grown-up Naruto in a short amount of time...! I rather for you to have stayed with Naruto and watched him grow up! So why does Naruto have to be sacrificed...for the Biju balance, for the country, and for the village...?! Why do you have to sacrifice yourself for my sake?!
[Minato to Kushina about sealing Baby Naruto]
Turning your back on the village and the country...is just as bad as abandoning a child. Kushina...you should understand...you saw your own country fall apart. You know the pain of growing up without a home of your own...and you know that we are a family...of Shinobi! Besides, even if I lived...I could never substitute for you. There are things Naruto needs to be told, things that I could never say myself. That's the mother's job to carry it out...even if you have the shortest amount of time to do so. I'm not doing this just for you...I'm doing this for Naruto. Dying to make his child have a better life...that's the father's job.
[Kushina's Words of advice to baby Naruto]
Naruto...don't be a picky eater, eat a lot and grow big and strong! Take your bath everyday...go to bed early and sleep well. Study hard on your Ninjutsu...I was never very good at it...maybe you will...everyone is good at some things and not so good at others...and if things don't go so well...don't get so depressed. At the academy, listen to your teachers. Make friends! It doesn't matter how many...just make sure that they're people you can really trust...and a few is enough! Regarding the Three Prohibitions of the shinobi, be careful when you loan and borrow money, make sure to save your missions pay carefully, and no drinking alcohol until your 20...too much sake is harmful for your body. As for girls...well...I'm a girl so I don't really know what to say...but sooner or later, you'll want a girlfriend and that's normal...just...don't fall for a strange one...try to find someone...like me. Oh...one more thing...watch out for Jiraiya-sensei...dattebane!
[Final words to baby Naruto] Naruto...there's going to be hard and painful times ahead...take good care of yourself...! Find a goal...a dream...and don't stop trying until it comes true!
[She begins to cry]

[Minato's Final words to baby Naruto] Naruto...my words to you as your father...[Smiling] listen to your motor-mouthed mom
[Kushina speaking to Hiruzen as he begins to approach them tears filling his face]
His name comes from his family... I just hope... he lives to the strength ... that my father and his held ... his name is... Naruto Oda… Uzumaki… Namikaze the last of the 3 Clans in one being please... take... care...of...my...baby.
(Flashback OVER)
Naruto's tears started flowing down his face like a river as he realized what happened that day. "So, my mom and Dad died wishing me to be seen as a hero like she was for keeping the Kyuubi trapped in this seal" Naruto said before a smile appeared on his face. Looking at his seal on the cage Naruto approached and began to tear it off "then I will give them what they want, and you will be free Tama-san" Naruto said with a smile.
"But you will die your too young to be doing survive removal" Tama said. He proceeded and just as it was about to be torn off he was stopped by a hand appearing out of nowhere surprising the 2 of the 3 behind him.
Back in Konoha
The 3rd hokage had returned while the mob was running after Naruto and immediately upon noticing the western gate was open and that half of the shops that were normally open at this time were closed or had the owner's children manning the front counter. As he perused his way around the village he noticed smoke coming from the apartment complex where Naruto was supposed to be living, and he felt a sense of foreboding in the pit of his stomach. He remembered placing 2 guards outside the apartment complex, the Toujo brothers Mizuki and Bando, the 2 newest Anbu recruits one was on probation from an incident that occurred where he was the only survivor of a basic c-ranked mission turned A- rank after running into Orochimaru and he somehow came back with minimal damage and still had the secret scroll that his team as supposed to bring back.
As he called his anbu out of their protective pattern in the shadows he noticed a commotion coming from the western forest area from the only uncaged part of the forest of death where even the summon animals that live in the forest fear to tread. Mizuki after seeing the hokage with a Few anbu standing at the gates slips off to the side not noticing someone had already caught his scent.
Unbeknownst to the Mob standing directly in front of the village what was the Hokage who had watched the end of the scene unfold as he was on his way back to the Village. He also had his anbu scouring the forest for Naruto except for the five that Stood Beside him. Looking at the mob of civilians and lower-ranking Ninja with disgust, all of whom were celebrating not realizing he was standing at the top of the gate looking down upon them all until he spoke "Now what do we have here Bando where is the boy I have charged you with watching over during my absence" he asked with a smile. Bando took off his mask and bowed as did the rest of the ninja for the man who stood before them was their leader the strongest man they knew, the Shinobi no Kami, the professor, the hero of the 2nd and 3rd ninja war and next to him stood his 5 personal anbu guard and leaders of his elite Jounin as well as respectable clan heads.
For starters, the man in the Deer mask Shikaku Nara current head of the Nara clan as well as resident genius in battle tactician of konohagakure. Next to him stood a man and a boar mask with wild red hair everyone would recognize as Choza Akimichi current head of the Akimichi Clan known for their power and food research creating food pills and chakra replenishment pills also known as the tank. Standing next to him a man in an Owl mask with a long blonde ponytail with emerald green eyes is clears the bottom of the ocean his name is Inoichi Yamanaka current head of the Yamanaka clan who specialize in interrogation and torture there is no one better when it comes to matters of the Mind then Inoichi.
Next to him is a woman in a snarling she has wild brown hair completely Untamed and her name is Tsume Inuzuka the matriarch of the Inuzuka Clan as well as the current Clan head being the strongest of her clan as well as the most feral sitting atop a half wolf half dog missing one eye the other gleaming gold snarling towards the group, and last but not least a man and a dog mask with one eye hole missing revealing a Sharingan the man has gravity-defying silver hair that seems to stick straight up and to the left on the lower half of his face was a mask that refused to give away his emotions as he stood seething with anger this man what's Kakashi Hatake the current leader of the anbu squads.
Everyone on the ground knew these people and feared them rightly so, each one was a master and there are apart from Kakashi who stood at the pinnacle of them all. Kakashi and the clan heads were seething with rage at the crystal images they were on their way back from the peace treaty signing with the in Tetsu no Kuni which normally would take 3 days they returned in 1 day and 9 hours.
Hiruzen Sarutobi head of the Sarutobi clan and Hokage of Konohagakure (The village hidden in the leaves) was a very calm patient and understanding man sometimes too much, so he passed a law under the advice of his oldest friend and rival Shimura Danzo the head of Ne Anbu and supposed leader of the council.
While the man always had the best interest of the village at heart he became cold towards everyone who disagreed with him including his leader and Hiruzen this night would realize the law preventing the child from his heritage and knowledge as well as prevention of the village knowing who he was while allowing his former teammates to release the boys' status as village protector and jinchuriki was a mistake made in unthinking error. So, this night he would rectify both mistakes and his anbu would execute the traitors in the middle of his village as he and the Daimyo had agreed that it was his village to control and rule, council be damned.
He looked at Bando waiting for and answer until a man from the civilian council spoke up "with all due respect the creature that plagued us is gone and I say good riddance wouldn't you agree hokage-sama" the man says smiling while the others of the civilian council applaud him in agreement. At that moment 3 people appear in front of the hokage all in their knees one wearing a lion symbol on the back of his black flak jacket the next wearing a red flak jacket with a toad symbol on the back and the final was wearing a green flak jacket was a medical cross on her right arm and the slug symbol on her lower back they all stood before him and shook their head in the negative.
These people more widely respected though they had been out of the village on long-term assignments and though one of them was on an undercover mission they all felt it pertinent to come back for this instance. One was Jiraiya the toad Sage of Mount Myoboku standing in the middle as was his position as leader of the Sannin to his left stood his last living student & former teammate of Minato Namikaze, Genma Shiranui the Lion warrior of the Taiyo wildlands and finally on Jiraiya's right stood his wife and teammate the medical kunoichi and Prodigy of the team as well as last defense for their team Tsunade slug princess of Shikkotsu forest. Each of the 3 we're seen as the strongest Warriors Left Alive from their era, they each could take on an entire Army by themselves even now they were still three of the strongest Konoha ninja alive known to man.
Jiraiya and Genma looked at the crowd with rage Tsunade could not help almost falling over in sorrow knowing that the child who was out there lost in the wilderness possibly dead was her own grandchild due to her elongated mission as well as Jiraiya's mission neither of them could return to raise the young boy they were out of the village before he was born and the first time they were able to return since was for their sons Funeral and because of the status of their grandchild they could not take him out of the village for the extended missions and keep him safe so they opted to allow there former sensei to take care of him not knowing all that have been happening over the years until they ran into the group as they headed back expediently to the Village.
Upon hearing what was going on Jiraiya almost struck out at his sensei only to be stopped by his wife who simply shook her head letting him know this was not the time. Then she turned to her former sensei and made one thing abundantly clear as she spoke "you Hiruzen Sarutobi are the Hokage and it was your job to care for my grandson while this isn't the time we will speak once he is safe in my arms" and she leapt beside him as he firmly nodded his head. Genma on the other hand was in the vicinity when it he heard what happened and saw his former sensei state of distress until he realized this child was to be his godson due to him being the only person who Kushina trusted outside of their small family because they both knew what it was like to be orphaned by war.
The first one to speak out of the three happened to be Genma Shiranui "what in the hell do you think you were doing attacking a nine-year-old boy who could barely defend himself?" He questioned his bangs shadowing his face and the senbon in his mouth almost snapping from his clenched jaw. The first one to speak was Bando "Genma-san what do you mean I saw no attack or sign of harm on the child" he stated with a sly smirk looking down still so as not to reveal his agenda. "If what you claim is true then why did Mizuki confirm that you attacked him from behind and took the key that was given to him at the front door of Naruto's apartment?" Kakashi asked with an even tone watching Bando tense up before looking up at them and screaming "lies he has been here with me the entire night he's right here beside me" he says as he removes the mask of the Ninja beside him only to find out it's not Mizuki what someone else from the Toujo clan.
Standing beside Bando was none other than Toujo Arashi the most outspoken hater of the nine-tailed fox in the entire Village, everyone was shocked to see someone so young barely a tuning and already committing high treason one of the last two remaining children of the Toujo clan being him and his older brother who is now confirmed to be in the hospital after being suddenly attacked by Bando. The civilians were trying to argue until Jiraiya stomped and the ground around them spiderwebbed "you all attacked a child even if he was related to Satan himself he bears the name of the royal Uzumaki clan" this got them thinking and realized the boy was a clan child meaning their attacks wouldn't only affect them but their families and businesses so they did the only thing they thought they could and denied the Sannin claim.
Finally having enough of this farce Hiruzen spoke "Slaughter the lot of them in the center of the village this will show the rest that I will no longer be silent about such transgressions, and take Bando and Arashi to Ibiki please Inoichi break them both" as he turned away all that could be heard was the screams of the civilians and the begging of the 2 ninja for forgiveness seeing his 2-former pupil and their sole remaining student following he only had one thought in his mind 'Naruto-kun wherever you are please be alright'.
Back in Naruto's mind
A hand suddenly shot out and stopped him from removing the seal "yo Naruto aren't you a little young to be training with the Kyuubi?" Naruto looked up at the hand that grabbed his as he was removing the seal "No fucking way, why are you here YONDAIME-SAMA" he spat out getting a pained expression from Minato. "You can just call me otou-san, Naruto after all I am your fath-" he began only to be punched in the throat by his 9-year old son.
