12- year-old Kosuke Tanaka(a major weeb) was reading the Naruto Databook when he heard a slight rumbling in his closet. He opened the door and looked inside. That was the last time anyone on Earth saw him.

He dropped onto the ground in a forest, shocked as to what just happened. The Databook was sprawled on the ground next to him. He stood up and looked around in confusion.

"Where am I?" he said to the forest. No one answered. So, he picked up his Handbook and started walking in a random direction.

After a little while, he saw some gates looming over the top of the trees. So, he started running towards them, eager to find out more about this new world.

When he reached the gates, he stopped in shock. These gates were very similar, as if they were an identical copy to Konoha's gates! He knocked on the door three times, and waited. Someone looked over from the gates, jumped down.

"Who are you?" the person asked.

Kosuke could see that the person was wearing a standard-issue flak jacket with blue clothes underneath. He looked up into the eyes of the guard, and saw that he was wearing a Leaf headband.

"Woah! So I got transported to the world of Naruto? Cool!" said Kosuke, to the reaction of the guard. The guard then brought Kosuke inside for questioning with the Hokage.

Inside, Hiruzen Sarutobi sat on a chair, gazing at a crystal sphere.

"Hi Lord Third!" said Kosuke excitedly, bouncing on his chair.

"Who are you?" asked the Third.

"Oh, right. I think I was teleported to this dimension when I entered my closet," replied Kosuke.

"From which dimension?" asked the Third.

"I don't know, maybe Earth?" said Kosuke.

"Earth? What's that?" asked the Third Hokage, confused.

"As I said, I can't explain EVERYTHING here, so please don't ask me that much!" said a very exasperated Kosuke.

This banter went on for hours and hours until Kosuke finally got tired, and fell asleep right in the chair.

"He reminds me of Naruto," thought the Third Hokage.

THE NEXT MORNING:

Kosuke woke up to the Third standing over him.

"Gack! That was scary!" shouted Kosuke as he leaped up out of the chair that he was sleeping in.

"I have made a decision. Starting tomorrow, you will be joining the Academy to train with the other students," declared the Third Hokage.

"Wow, really? So I can do the Body Flicker and that cool stuff?" Kosuke asked with eagerness.

"Where did you learn those things?" asked the Third, puzzled at this boy's knowledge about Jutsu.

"Well, I have this..." Kosuke said, pulling out the Databook. "It has a list of all the Jutsu ever created and it shows how to weave them using hand seals," said Kosuke, proud of himself.

"Hmm... So it has all the Forbidden Jutsu in there as well?" asked the Third.

"Maybe! Let me try Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu!" said Kosuke, weaving the cross-fingered seal before the Third could react.

Over a dozen copies of Kosuke appeared before the Hokage, and shocked, the Hokage sat down in a nearby chair.

"How do you do this? It takes immense chakra reserves to perform multiple shadow clones, which is why it is a Forbidden Jutsu!" exclaimed the shocked Hokage.

"Well, In my world, your world is adapted into a series of books, and I have read all the series, so I know what happens," declared Kosuke with a satisfied look on his face. "And I just happen to know how Naruto and Sasuke get stronger!"

Hiruzen stroked his beard for a second. "Does that mean that you could train Naruto and help him to get stronger?" asked the Hokage.

"Maybe! I know exactly how Naruto trains, and I can help set him on his path if you want me to!" replied an ecstatic Kosuke, overly happy at the chance to meet Naruto.

"I will take you to Naruto's house right now, and you can stay with him. Maybe you two will make acquaintances," said the Hokage with a glint in his eye.

"Ooh, that would be great!" said Kosuke with the same glint in his eye. "Let's go!"

The two of them headed over to Naruto's house, Kosuke finding himself able to jump much higher and run much faster than he would be able to do on Earth.

They reached Naruto's house quickly. Kosuke reached a hand to the door and knocked twice.

"Come in!" said a strange voice that Kosuke had never heard before.

"So this is Naruto's voice," he thought.

The two of them walked inside. Naruto was inside on the bed, still in his pajamas. He was punching what appeared to be a sandbag hung from the ceiling and appeared to look like Sasuke. Kosuke could not hold back a snicker at Naruto's training method.

"Hello Naruto," said the Third Hokage. "Kosuke here is now going to be staying with you from now on."

"What? I don't even know this person!" Naruto protested. Inside, Kosuke could not help feeling a little hurt at the comment.

"I know how you become Hokage," Kosuke suddenly said, addressing Naruto directly. Naruto could only look at him in shock.

"Just who is this kid, butting in on my goal?" said Naruto, jumping off the bed and walking closer to Kosuke.

"Unlike you, Naruto, Kosuke here has great chakra control. He also has chakra reserves comparable in size to yours," said the Third without even flinching at Naruto drooling at Kosuke's superior chakra control.

"Wow, I wish I had good chakra control..." exclaimed Naruto sadly, looking down at his feet.

"Which explains why Kosuke is going to live with you, Naruto. He is going to train you in chakra control and teach you new Jutsu, and maybe you can finally graduate from the Academy and beat Sasuke," said the Third Hokage with a smirk, as he knew that Naruto's goal was to graduate from the Academy and beat Sasuke.

"Fine, but he better help with the housework!" said Naruto, pulling on his signature orange-and-blue jumpsuit.

"And, please get along with him, Naruto," said the Third. "He is also being promoted from Academy Student to Genin, so if you want to improve, then please accept his training."

"Ok, fine," said Naruto. "I need to go to the Academy now and to take the final exam, so you can explore around the village."

A day by himself alone in the village that he so often dreamed about? This was going to be fun!
