Prodigy The Book: Legion Of Bounty Hunters
Chapter One:
Jude Lightningcaster woke up in his house, The Mansion, outside of Firefly Forest. He was ready for another day of arena battling and bounty hunting around Prodigy Island.
He visited his friend, Super Ethan's overly decorated house.
"Want to go check out the bounty board?" Jude asked. "Sure!" replied Ethan.
The two of them walked to Sam's house.
Sam was already wide awake, training his two pets, Spectral and Dreamlet.
"Want to go bounty hunting?" asked Ethan.
"Of course!" said Sam. "Where are we going?"
"The Bounty Board, over in Lamplight Town," said Jude.
"What's that?" asked Sam.
"A man named Boardy sets up the Bounty Board. It has the names of three powerful monsters, and where to find them. You tell him that you want to try to beat a monster, and he gives you a bounty note. After you beat the bounty, you give him your bounty note. You get bounty points, which tell how many bounties you've completed," explained Jude.
"Doesn't sound too hard," said Sam, and they headed to Lamplight Town.
In Lamplight Town, Jude went to Boardy first.
He carefully inspected the Bounty Board, then said to Boardy, "Three Bounty Notes for Oberious the Arcticlaw, please."
"Sure," replied Boardy. "Go get him!"
"Let's see," said Ethan. "Oberious is at Ruined Steps in the Shiverchill Mountains. Well, we should get going!"
The Shiverchill Mountains were on the other side of Prodigy Island. By foot, it would take two weeks to get there from Lamplight.
Fortunately, the three of them had enchanted maps from Noot that could send them anywhere on Prodigy Island.
They each selected Shiverchill Mountains.
They were now in Bok's Cavern.
The trio exited the cavern and went into a cave.
Two Ice Neeks and a Rascal stood in between them and the door they had to go through.
Ethan was quick to go first.
His own Arcticlaw, Wazipher, used Snowling Ball.
After howling, Arcticlaw conjured up a huge snowball that rushed towards Ice Neek and hit.
Ice Neek responded with its own Snowling Ball.
A critical hit.
Wazipher's health plummeted. Ethan's smirk became a grimace.
"Oh, you'll pay," he said.
