Adrien sat up warily as he heard a noise outside his window. He looked over to see Multimouse looking in his window with a soft smile.
Marinette? What is she doing here?
He walked slowly over to the window, opening the panel she was clinging to.
"Mul- I mean, who are you?" He cringed, realizing that Adrien wasn't supposed to know who Multimouse was.
She nervously smiled. "I'm Mar- Multimouse. I was just… patrolling the neighborhood and I happened to notice your house, which makes sense because it's big, but you already knew that, and I got distracted again, and oh sorry I'm rambling!" She blushed.
Adrien smiled. Typical Marinette. She's so cute.
The two of them stared at each other for a moment, until Multimouse shifted and broke the spell.
He suddenly gasped as Multimouse leaned in and kissed him before quickly turning around and disappearing into the night. Adrien stared after her in shock.
"Hey! Kid! Come on, I need cheese!"
Adrien jolted awake as Plagg yelled at his chosen. As he stood up to grab some cheese for his gluttonous kwami, he was lost in thought.
Why was I dreaming about Marinette kissing me?
And why… did I kind of like it?
Hey! So those of you who follow LadyoftheBirds and know that we tried - and failed - to do an Adrienette April fic last year, you're probably wondering what's going on lol. This year I'm going to attempt it again, but instead of writing 1000 words for every day, I plan to write short little drabble-like stories (but this year they tie into a multichapter fic).
