A/N: I would just like to mention a couple of things to people who had started to read my Law and Order SVU fanfiction Friends and Lovers. This particular fanfiction has been deleted due to the fact that I was unable to work on it the way that I had honestly been hoping that I would. As much as I love working on the fanfictions that are based on this television series it has become difficult for me to get the ideas that I need for whatever reason. It hasn't exactly been made easy for me when there are so many people out there who are being permitted to comment the most terrible and hurtful things just because there is something that they do not like about a fanfiction that was written. I have often said that if there is some reason that you do not like what is written by a particular person, no matter what it is, that you should consider a couple of things before you write those mean and terrible comments. One thing that you should consider when you are leaving your comments and reviews of a particular fanfiction, regardless of what the fandom happens to be, whether that person just might have some form of disability that might cause them to consider these rather harsh words as bullying or if they are simply writing these things in order to deal with whatever stressful situations that are coming into their lives. If the person is anything like me then they would know that having a disability is no laughing matter and neither is the bullying that you are often forced to endure because people are not wanting to take the time to really understand the things that you are going through on a daily basis. In many cases people with disabilities struggle with doing certain things and yet they seem to excel in other areas. For me writing short stories/fanfictions had always been my strong point and had often help me deal with some of the things that had been happening that had often been considered to be rather stressful.

Long before writing these fanfictions had become as popular as it is now I had been writing them despite being told that they were stories that would never equal or amount to anything. Writing fanfictions is meant to be fun but how can they be fun when you have people always saying the most terrible things about another person's hard work and dedication? Each person who is part of a particular fandom deserves to have the same respect when it comes to their writing. They should not have to worry about being bullied every time that they post something that they have been working on, and if for whatever reason you do not like what the person had written about in their fanfiction then you have the choice to simply stop reading it. Does that mean that you should share your negativity and treat the person badly simply because you did not like what they had written? Of course not. Keep in mind that it had been your choice to read the fanfiction that the person had come up with. Which means that you knew after a certain amount of time that you did not like what the person had written and yet you made the decision to keep reading it knowing that you were not liking the story for whatever reason. For those reasons I ask you why blame the writer for the decision that you had made? You had the opportunity to leave the story unread because you realized that you were not liking the way that it was being written. If you made the choice to keep reading the story why is it the writer's fault that you continued to read it thereby causing you to share your negativity which you would have never wanted someone else to do to you when it came to something that you had written.

With all of that being said I would like to mention the fact that I do not own the characters that I will be writing about, even though you might find a character or two that are of my own creation. The only thing that I honestly ask people is that if for whatever reason you do not like the story/fanfiction that I have written then please simply stop reading it and do not spread your negativity and poison other people who might enjoy reading the fanfiction that I have written. I also ask that people who are reading this story on that you kindly do not skip chapters the way that I have noticed happening lately with the fanfictions that are posted there. Each chapter is just as important as the one before it and if you are skipping chapters then there are important things that you are missing that you will need in order to fully understand everything I have written.

With that being said I might as well mention a little something about the fanfiction that you are about to read. Even though most of the time I am writing about Harry Potter or Law and Order SVU I have decided that it was about time that I make the attempt to write something different. I am not entirely sure how many people would be willing to actually read a story of this nature but I have decided that I would try to write a fanfiction about characters that I absolutely loved from the soap opera Days Of Our Lives. I have seen recently that there are people out there that are writing different fanfictions that are based on the different soap operas that are out there and even some that are no longer on television for whatever reason. I have even noticed that there are certain characters that people definitely seem to hate but for whatever reason they seem to absolutely love writing about when it comes to the fanfictions that they are writing. Despite the fact that it is no longer the Christmas season it seems that I am getting ideas that have to deal with the Horton cabin and the things that could eventually happen if Bo and Hope had eventually found themselves snowed in after Hope had managed to find Bo severely injured after she had been led to believe that he had died during a time he had been working on a case. At the time that these things had been happening Hope had been dating a man named Aiden Jennings. Aiden would eventually prove that he was only interested in Hope because he had felt that dating a cop would help him get away with the terrible things that he had been doing during that time. When Hope realizes that Bo was still alive and had been working undercover she decides that things are not working out between her and Aiden and cancels the plans that she had made to divorce Bo after he had been gone for over a year and eventually tells Aiden that she is done with him and starts to reconnect with Bo just the way that she knew that she was meant to do.

I must ask people to keep their negative comments to themselves about the things that I will be writing. If for whatever reason you do not like the things that I am writing then please simply stop reading without leaving your negative or hurtful comments. That does not mean, however, that if you have positive or nice comments for the fanfiction that I am writing that you cannot leave your comments. In fact I look forward to those positive comments during the long process of writing these fanfictions. If you have positive comments then please by all means leave those comments for me to read. I feel, however, that there are going to be certain changes made to the characters, places, and events that had led to certain things happening and this is mainly so that I can make the story a bit more interesting than it normally would have been. I want to thank those that took the time to read this fanfiction as well as the others and I hope that you find them as interesting as I am hoping that they will be.

Hope Brady had been sitting at her office at the Salem Police Department thinking about the things that had been happening over the past year. Even though Hope had worked for the same place for many years there had been certain things that had led her to believe that something was seriously wrong. Hope had been the first one that would tell you that when it came to the cases that she was often working on that she would often be working with her husband, Bo Brady. Throughout the entire time that Bo and Hope would be working together it had seemed that people would be expecting to see them together whether they had been working during that time or not. Very rarely did you see them working on a case where they had not been working together, even during the rare occasion that one or the other might have been working on a case that would often have them working undercover.

Throughout the entire time that Hope had been working with Bo at the Salem Police Department she had never thought that there would ever be a time that something would be happening that would cause them to be separated for a short amount of time. Both Bo and Hope had known that there would often be those occasions where one or the other would be expected to work undercover without the other. That did not mean, however, that the other would not be around to help if they had ever felt that they had been needed. This time things were definitely different. Right from the moment that Bo and Hope had walked into the precinct and had started looking through whatever paperwork that they were still having to fill out from a previous case Bo had been called into the commissioner's office. Hope knew that if Bo was being called into the commissioner's office that there was something serious about to happen or normally it was a sign that a specific officer or detective was finding themselves in some rather serious trouble. Exactly what was going to be happening was something that Hope would not be finding out about until almost a year later when Bo had mysteriously disappeared.

Hope had already been given her newest case by the time that Bo had come out of the commissioner's office. Commissioner Abe Carver had known that when an important case had come in that there had only been certain detectives that he could count on to take those cases, but this time he was expecting there to be trouble since this case was going to require one of his detectives to go undercover and he knew that it would be tricky getting him to understand the reason that he would have to work on this particular case without his wife. Abe had known that Bo would have to leave no trace that he had ever been in Salem and had a family in any way so that the people he would be working with throughout the time that he was working on this case would honestly believe that he had been completely alone when he had decided to join them. For Bo this would definitely be something that was rather difficult because his family had meant the world to him. Bo had been relatively certain that his son, Shawn Douglas, would understand about what was going on but his daughters Chelsea and Ciara would have a problem understanding the reason that he was no longer in their lives.

Bo had waited for a time when he knew that members of his family had not been in the house and started packing up the things that he had believed that he was going to need during the amount of time that he would be gone. He had hoped that he would not be gone for very long but at the same time Abe had told him that there was no way of knowing for sure how long this particular case could last, especially when you had considered everything that had eventually led to the Salem Police Department taking this particular case. Abe had received this case during a time that Bo and Hope had been spending time with their family knowing that these family moments had honestly been few and far between. Ciara had seemed to understand more about her parents and the jobs that they had than most kids her age and at times she would even admit that there were times when certain things would be taking place that she would find herself worrying about her parents and what they would be going through during some of the cases that they had been working on. Most of the time Ciara had found herself staying with her grandmother, Caroline Brady, while her parents had been working all those late hours which had often led to them being rather exhausted while Ciara was enjoying the time with her grandmother hearing the different stories about how her parents had met and just what they had been like when they were younger. Even though Ciara would return home to find out that her father had mysteriously disappeared she had always felt that no matter what case her parents had been working on they would always return to Ciara and the other members of the family once the case had been over. At least that is what she had always believed throughout the entire time that she had been growing up.

After Bo had gotten his things together and left the town of Salem leaving absolutely no sign that he had ever been there and telling nobody where he was going or even where they would be able to find him should there be any kind of an emergency he had left hoping that this particular undercover case would not be lasting for as long as Abe had told him that it could during that time. Bo knew that being away from his friends and family for that amount of time would seem to be like he was living a life of pure hell. There was also the fact that sooner or later this case would end up leading to Bo returning to Salem without realizing just what would be happening throughout the entire time that he was gone and Hope was led to believe that he was never returning from wherever he had gone to when he had left.

Bo had been gone for almost a year when members of his own family had started telling her that it just might be better for her if she had moved on instead of believing that Bo would be returning and that they could continue to live their lives together. There had been only one other person that had known exactly what had happened and the real reason that Bo had left without a trace and it was completely obvious that he was not saying anything about it until the time came for Bo to eventually return to Salem and his family. Abe knew that there would be questions asked about where Bo had gone, especially from Hope and certain members of his family but Abe knew that this was something that was going to have to remain a secret until the case had finally been solved. Of course, even Abe had never imagined that this undercover case would have ever lasted as long as it currently was. He knew that whatever Bo had been doing while he was working on this case that he would be in touch as soon as he possibly could. When six months had gone by and still Abe had not heard anything from Bo it was becoming obvious that there was something seriously wrong. Abe had wanted to do everything that he possibly could to tell Hope and several other people that he knew exactly where Bo was and just what had led him to leave Salem the way that he did, but there was something that had led Abe to stay quiet about this extremely secret undercover case.
********************

Bo had managed to get to a city in the state of California where he was going to be working on a murder case that had remained unsolved for quite some time. A woman that had been living in this city had met a man named Aiden Jennings who had been doing everything that he possibly could to get the money that he would eventually need in order to survive. According to the papers that Bo had been given about this particular case the woman had a son named Chase who had mysteriously disappeared. Nobody that had been working on this case had been able to find Aiden or Chase in order to question Aiden about the things that had happened when this woman had been found in her apartment and her son was nowhere to be found. Bo had known that this was something that was going to take quite some time especially when nobody had seemed to know where Aiden had gone after he had supposedly murdered the woman that had been Chase's mother.

Around the time that Bo was working on this case in California Aiden Jennings and his son Chase Jennings had made their arrival in Salem. Aiden had known that by leaving California there was absolutely no way that he could be blamed for the murder of Chase's mother, but what he had not been expecting during that time was the fact that Chase would still remember everything that he had seen on the night that his mother had died. Aiden had seemed to realize that Chase was his only chance of staying out of jail but the problem was that he was not entirely sure what Chase would say or do if he was given the opportunity. It had been mainly because of that reason alone that Aiden had found himself having to watch Chase rather closely. There had been a number of times that Chase had attempted to talk to the police about the things that he had witnessed but somehow Aiden had always managed to convince the officers that his son had a rather vivid imagination. Normally it would be after something like this had taken place that Chase would find himself packing up everything he had ever owned because Aiden had told him that they were yet again moving because Chase could never seem to stay quiet about the things that he had witnessed while living with Aiden.

Throughout the entire time that Chase Jennings had been growing up it had seemed that there was always something that had happened that had made it rather difficult for him to make any friends. Aiden would always find ways of convincing Chase that he would have time to make friends and be a kid once they had officially gotten the things that they had needed and that had often led to Chase pretending that he had liked whatever woman that Aiden would eventually start dating during the time that they had been living in a particular city. Chase knew that whatever relationship Aiden had been in would never exactly last long because something would happen that would make Aiden realize that they would have to leave yet again without the money and things that he had hoped to have gotten from the person that he had been dating. That had always seemed to be part of the things that Aiden had always wanted and nothing had kept him from using Chase to get if he had to. Chase would be the first one to admit that he had hated the things that his father was often making him do whenever they had moved to a different city or town only to have to leave because someone had eventually found out that Aiden was the reason that Chase no longer had his mother. This was always something that Chase had wished that he could talk to someone about since he had seemed to know things that Aiden himself had never thought about around the time that he had committed the murder that had eventually left Chase with absolutely nobody that had cared about him. Most of the time Aiden would tell Chase that he was the only family that he had left and that if he had ever appreciated having that family that he would do the things that Aiden had often asked him to do. Chase could never exactly understand the reason that Aiden was often doing these terrible things but what had honestly surprised him was when Aiden had been doing everything that he could to research a woman that had been living in Salem and had been known to be a cop during that time.

Hope had been doing everything that she could to keep herself believing that Bo would eventually be returning to her from wherever he had gone to and that the minute that he had returned he would be explaining everything about the real reason that he had left. She had known that Bo would never have left her or the other members of his family unless it had been something that was rather important. Staying positive, however, was becoming increasingly difficult the longer that Bo had been gone and there was always someone out there that was saying that Hope should move on since it had become increasingly obvious that Bo would not be returning. When Bo had been gone for almost a year Hope had started to believe that some of these people might have been right and there was the fact that she had Ciara that she honestly had to think about. There had been multiple times that Hope had tried to talk to certain people about the things that they had heard about Bo's disappearance in the hopes that she just might find something out about the reason that he had left knowing that Ciara would need him around throughout the time that she had been growing up. Hope had seemed to know that there was at least one person that had known about these things had seemed to be staying quiet about the reason that these things had been taking place.

After what had seemed to be months of arguing with Abe about telling her about the things that he had known, especially about Bo's disappearance. Around the time that Hope had started to realize that Abe was not about to tell her about the things that he had happened to know during that time Hope had met Aiden Jennings not realizing that he was actually the main suspect in the case that Bo had currently been working on. This had all seemed to happen around the same time people had been attempting to convince Hope that she should just forget about Bo and the reason that he had left Salem. This was honestly the last thing that Hope had wanted to do but eventually she knew that it was something that would end up happening whether she had wanted to or not.

When Hope had first met Aiden and his son Chase she had noticed that he had seemed to be rather lost and had taken the opportunity to help him get to the school where he was going to sign Chase up for school. Aiden had planned everything just about perfectly knowing that eventually Hope would start to trust him the way that she had trusted so many of the other people that had been part of her life for the longest time. Aiden had seemed to know that in time Hope would seem to trust him more than others and that would be the key to doing the things that he had been planning for quite some time. Chase had known that Aiden was planning on doing the same things that he had done in the other places where they had lived, but this was the first time that he had ever targeted a police officer and that was something that Chase had been rather worried about.

One thing that Chase had found himself thinking about was the fact that Aiden would once again find himself getting into all kinds of trouble and yet again it would be Chase that would be blamed for everything that had taken place. At the same time, however, Chase knew that Aiden was expecting him to make every attempt to become friends with Hope's daughter Ciara which was part of the reason that he had made sure that Chase had been attending the same school. Chase had not exactly wanted to pretend that he was friends with anybody, especially if it meant that it would be helping Aiden with his evil plans, but Aiden would have found some way of making Chase believe that he honestly did not have a choice in the matter. There had been several times when Aiden had been doing these things that he had threatened Chase and made him believe that if he had not done the things that he had been told to do during the times that Aiden was doing these terrible things that he would honestly make sure that Chase ended up in a place that was so terrible that he would be begging to be back with Aiden in just a few short days. By doing these things Chase had known that Aiden would be able to get him to do pretty much anything and everything that he had actually wanted him to do throughout the time that he had been doing these things so that he could get more money that he had claimed would go toward taking care of Chase throughout the entire time that he was growing up.

Throughout the short amount of time that Aiden and Chase had been in Salem it had seemed that they both were doing their best to gain the trust of both Hope and Ciara, even though this was made slightly more difficult because Ciara was thinking more about her father and the reason that he had left her and her mother during the previous year. Aiden had not seemed to understand that this was something that was going to make becoming friends with Ciara extremely difficult and that Chase was literally doing everything that he could possibly think of that would enable something like that to take place. It had seemed to take quite a while for Ciara to trust Chase enough to actually consider him as one of her closest friends that she would be able to talk to during the time that they were in school together.

Chase had seemed to realize that all Ciara had really needed was for someone to show that they had completely understood the things that she had been going through, even if they had not been dealing with the same things during that time. Chase had told Ciara about his mother hoping that she would not tell anybody about the things that he had told her about because sooner or later Aiden was bound to find out about it and when that happened it would be Chase that would end up getting into trouble because they had to leave before Aiden had completed his plans. It had always seemed that Aiden was always blaming Chase for the things that would happen if for whatever reason his plans had not seemed to work out the way that he had always planned throughout certain times. Whatever the reason was Aiden had never seemed to want to stop and think about the trouble that he would eventually get himself into if he had done these things to the wrong person, especially someone like Hope who obviously had a family that would do whatever they could to protect her and Ciara from being the victims of someone like Aiden.
