Author's Note:
This is definitely set before the end of Season 3 and in an AU where all the heroes know each other's identities, Chloe is still Queen Bee, and they are all permanent holders as well as friends. Story idea and some details requested by JBlaser.

Adrien, Marinette, Alya, and Nino were having a sleepover at Chloe's. Wayzz and Trixx were having a deep conversation about the benefits of physical shelters versus illusions that hide. Plagg was not enjoying the conversation. He looked around and noticed Tikki and Pollen weren't around. He floated around the hotel room, homing in on the giggles he heard coming from the bathroom. He knew it had to be them as the teens were all watching a movie.
He phased through the door and found Tikki and Pollen playing around with Chloe's makeup and had a small mountain of tiny clothes, wigs, and other accessories that Marinette had made. He watched them as they'd put on some makeup and giggle at the other.
He didn't mean to... and he certainly wouldn't have done it if he had known it was coming... but a loud sneeze caught the attention of the two kwamis. They looked at Plagg and then at each other. And evil grin crept its way onto their faces before they turned back towards Plagg.
Plagg found himself surrounded. He wasn't tied to the tiny chair... but he might as well have been. To him, all he saw was the girls scrubbing, poking, and prodding him with some type of makeup tool or another. After each little stroke, the girls would look at him and either frown or smile but would always turn to each other and say something before ordering him to close his eyes and poking him again. When they finally showed him what he looked like in a mirror... he was infinitely grateful that kwamis could not be photographed.
What it looked like from the girls' perspective though, was something along the lines of the following...
Tikki applied a little blush to his cheek and pulled back with a frown. Looking at Pollen, she stated, "I don't see anything. Do you?"
Pollen squinted at Plagg. "Nope, not a thing."
"It must be because of his black fur," Tikki offered.
"Well. So much for regular makeup then," Pollen lamented.
Tikki grinned sinisterly. "No, but we certainly can't let that makeup stay on his face."
"Facial!" Pollen exclaimed with glee. "That'll clean his face and maybe help some of the other makeup stick."
"Sorry, to rub your fur the wrong way, Plagg. But you shouldn't be spying on girls in the bathroom." Plagg shifted uncomfortably as his face was scrubbed.
"I wonder if eyeshadow would work?" Pollen got out the purple eye shadow and told Plagg to close his eyes. "I figured we don't want it to stick out too much, but... viola! You can still see some purple." She applied it to his other eye and floated back.
Tikki looked over it and giggled. "Oh... We've got to make his eyelashes stand out!" She grabbed the mascara and put it on him. "There." She nodded with a smile on her face.
"We need to be able to see where his mouth is... how about a touch of red lipstick. Just enough to add some definition." Pollen grabbed the lipstick.
"Okay Plagg, make a kissy face," Pollen ordered. She dabbed the excess lipstick off with a tissue. "Perfect! Utterly Perfect!"
Tikki giggled at Pollen. "You've been around Chloe too long."
"I know. But she's been doing so much better lately."
Tikki flew over with a wig having wavy red hair. "I know he already has fur, but he looks bald." She placed the tiny wig on top of Plagg's head and adjusted it.
"Great idea Tikki," Pollen chirped. "I think there's a long, sparkly, shoulder split, red dress that would match his wig." After digging around for a bit, she found it and Tikki produced purple evening gloves.
"I couldn't find the right shade of red, so I thought I'd match his eyes instead." Tikki shrugged. After they put the dress and gloves on him, they floated back again to look at him from a distance.
"It works... kinda. Oh wait!" Pollen zoomed over to Chloe's closet. She reappeared with some small sunglasses and carefully placed them on Plagg's head, mimicking how Chloe wore hers most of the time. "I think that works!"
The two girls left a bemused Plagg staring at himself in the mirror as Pollen and Tikki finished getting dressed up. Plagg stayed put... too scared to remove anything in front of the girls and too scared of being publicly ridiculed if he left the bathroom and got spotted.
Adrien, Alya, and Nino had run out to get some food for the group. Marinette excused herself and made her way to the bathroom. "CHLOE!"
Chloe went running to see what was wrong. Marinette was practically doubled over in laughter when the blonde arrived. "What? What is it?"
"Th-Th-The bath...room." Marinette tried pointing as she could barely stop laughing.
Chloe's face contorted into a mixture of confusion and fear. She peeked inside and instantly saw a less-than-thrilled Plagg all made up and just sitting there was a huge scowl on his face. Chloe doubled over and fell backwards. She and Marinette, much to Plagg's dismay, took about 5 minutes to stop laughing.
Once the laughter died down, a high-pitched voice came out of the bathroom. "We want to put on a fashion show for you."
Marinette answered back, "Tikki, it's just me and Chloe, the others have stepped out."
"That's fine. We need to do it before Plagg cataclysms the hotel."
Chloe and Marinette collected themselves off the floor and went into the bathroom. Chloe sat on the closed toilet and Marinette sat on the edge of the bathtub. The sink was used as a catwalk.
Tikki came floating down the catwalk first. She wore a long, light blue summer dress, small white evening gloves, a summer hat, white scarf, and a blonde wig styled in twintails. She had put on pink lipstick, light blue eyeshadow, and mascara. Marinette giggled at the sight of her kwami all dolled up. "You're a winner in my book, Tikki."
"Thank you, Marinette."
Pollen came down next wearing a long, black, V-neck evening dress, small golden evening gloves, a tiny flower on her hair, golden scarf, and a curly, brunette wig. She also sported red lipstick, dark blue eyeshadow, and mascara. Chloe chirped in glee, "Fabulous! Utterly Fabulous. A true champion."
"Thank you, my queen."
Tikki and Pollen pushed Plagg along the sink towards Marinette and Chloe, still not quite believing he'd gotten himself in this situation. Chloe and Marinette clapped with glee and cheered him on with "Bravo" and "Amazing" accolades.
After the three kwamis were at the end of the sink, Tikki and Pollen bowed... forcing Plagg to bow with them. Chloe and Marinette cheered and clapped for the tiny models. "And the winner is..." Marinette announced and then looked at Chloe who nodded and then answered with Marinette at the same time. "... Plagg!"
After the hubbub, Marinette was helping Plagg get cleaned up before the others returned. She gave him a quick kiss on top of the head when she was done and whispered, "Thanks for being such a good sport."
