I don't own Strike the Blood or Dragon Ball Z.

This is just for fun.

A quick note before I start this, I always liked the head cannon idea of God Goku not being able to die from old age after he got his God Ki, so that will be a pivotal part of this story. Think of Goku As an eventual Mentor to Kojou.

With that out of the way, Let's go!

Blood and Legends

Chapter One : Alternate Earth

It had been exactly one hundred years since the day that the mighty Saiyan warrior Son Goku had completed the legendary ritual that ascended him to Godhood. He had faced numerous challenges and nigh hopeless fights, and yet he prevailed with the help of friends and family growing to new heights each and every time. As he grew, he watched his human friend's lives eventually come to an end, he smiled sadly as his sons Gohan and Goten refused to have the Godly ritual preformed on them stating that they didn't want to be involved in that world anymore.

Gohan had a family with his wife Videl who eventually calmed down to a more relaxed woman in her forties and focused not on fighting, but on being a family man and raising his children. He still trained semi regularly and could challenge his father Goku's base form at his maximum power Super Saiyan.

Goten just didn't have the mindset for fighting that Goku did back in the day. In no way was he a push over, but he wasn't a defender. He had settled for having a relatively normal life with a kind and soft spoken blonde woman from east city named Anya. Three years after their marriage, she birthed a healthy and hearty son.

Vegeta, the one man Goku always knew would fight him for training had left the planet after Bulma died. She was getting on in age and had made a mistake while building a machine and it exploded on her, killing her painlessly and instantly. He was grief stricken and didn't want to see the planet for a few decades. His son Trunks who was usually so composed and mischievous even as an adult, had spilled tears in a way one would never expect.

Chi Chi had passed on in her early nineties, the stress of the life she lived had gotten to her in her old age. While she was very healthy, it did catch up to her.

Piccolo had moved to New Namek and would stop by earth from time to time to see how things were going.

The ever stoic Tien had honed his mystical arts, giving him an extended life allowing him to watch as the world changed around him.

Krillin had died of old age, not wanting to extend his life in any way. He had enjoyed his relatively relaxed forty years of peace after all the tournaments and such ended.

Roshi, the Turtle Hermit had lived as he usually did, enjoying his extended life as it always went.

The androids did their own thing, virtually immortal, time passed differently for them. However, they lived as they always did. Seventeen protected his island while Eighteen became a very successful fashion designer, creating wonderful lines of merchandise.

Beerus had fell asleep and was scheduled to wake up in three hundred more years while Broly had lived rather peacefully, even going as far as to make up with Ba, who was now healed fully.

And so, as the wheel of time spun, Goku got bored. What does a god such as Goku do when he is bored? Train, At least that's what he usually did. This time was different though. He would see Trunks. Trunks was the president of Capsule Corp and had undergone the same training Whis trained Vegeta in to unlock his god Ki. Trunks and Goku had got along well especially after Vegeta left Earth, even going so far as to show Goku a large majority of the projects Capsule Corp was working on under him.

Goku was given free reign to observe wherever he wanted in the Capsule corp facilities as a thank you for the help he would give Trunks from time to time. The work fascinated Goku, who couldn't understand how a lot of the inventions worked but regardless, enjoyed looking at the machines and testing out things.

It was during one of Goku's walks through Capsule Corp's Research Labs that something went wrong. In one of the re purposed Hangars originally for Aircraft that now housed various teleportation experimental technology, Goku stepped on something he shouldn't have.

Hangar A4

Goku

It was a clear spring day. The clear and bright sun shone down upon the skyward windows of the large domed bleach white hangar that housed various experimental inventions pertaining to travel via teleportation that Capsule corp President Trunks Briefs had invested in. The light from the windows shown down on to the white floor and walls, brightly illuminating the wide and tall mega room. Various color coded rubber and metal cords and wires snaked across the floor, connecting to various machines and petastools that housed more equipment that churred, hummed, beeped and clanked quietly.

An echoing set of footsteps was heard through the empty area, it was Goku, his gray hard bottom dress shoes clacking on the floor sounding similar to one of the various machines, making a tentative listener wonder which was the footsteps and which was the machine.

He was dressed in a casual gray suit with a gray tie, the occasion was that Trunks had thrown a party and invited Goku. However, Goku wasn't one for business socializing, so he took to looking around. As he walked through the isles and rows of machines, Goku noticed a small photograph of Bulma in a frame resting against a shelf like outing of a machine.

"Trunks must have been working on this in Bulma's name" Goku thought as he looked at the machine.

It was a gray steel booth about twice as tall as him and about seven feet wide. Inside, behind a glass Door was a seat made of steel with a back cushion and seat cushion made of a soft looking fiber.

Curious, Goku opened the door and sat down on the seat. To his right was a black screen, most likely off.

To his left was a turn dial numbered one to twenty. He inexplicably felt the urge to turn it. So he did, however, nothing happened.

Shifting to a more comfortable position, Goku accidentally stepped on a small elevated pad.

As soon as he did, the screen flashed on, on a white background, the words Random destination confirmed flashed in blue text, causing Goku to step down in surprise.

BZZZZT GRR WHRRRRRRR CRAACK the machine sounded before a flash was seen, leaving behind an empty chair.
