Jenna and Alaric are also alive because I love them. *Jenna is alive because Klaus just chose some random person for the sacrifice. Alaric is alive because he never went insane and made the deal with Esther( there is no immortal white oak stake)* also Jeremy does not die.

Elena pov

"Bonnie, we just want to help you, if you keep doing this,it will kill you!" I say hoping to reach my best friend.

" Elena I'm doing this for you. Can't you see that, you never wanted to be a vampire! I can fix this! You just have to let me ". I can see my friend crumbling away, trying to find a stupid cure to what I am. How the hell did this even happen!?

Caroline pov

One week ago

"God what the hell do you mean, you took Klaus's sword!" I scream at my Tyler, who's barely even my boyfriend anymore.

" I mean exactly that Care, this is us taking control, Klaus has been calling the shots for too long . Now we have leverage." he says in a confident tone.

" Tyler, Kol killed Shane. He was the only other way to the cure,you can't just-" beep.I throw my phone on my bed "Seriously, you did not just hang up on me!"

"Damn it!" I scurry to my phone and call Stefan."Caroline I really don't have ti-" he starts. " Tyler and his stupid pack of hybrids stole Klaus's sword!!" I scream into the phone. "What!?" I hear him throw the phone across the room.

With Shane dead and the sword gone, we had no map to the cure. Elena's doomed without it, she was never supposed to be a vampire, she will kill someone someday and it will destroy her. I couldn't help but feel bad for her.

Lost in thought, I almost didn't hear Stefan say quietly "Call Bonnie and tell her to meet us at Klaus's. There has to be some loophole. I'm coming to get you." with that he ended the call and suddenly I felt an inkling of hope for my friend.

As we walk through the door to Klaus's mansion I hear Klaus call to me " hello luv, to what do I owe this visit?" I used to get mad when he called me "luv", I don't know what changed. Maybe it's because the nickname he's given me has grown on me, or simply because it's him saying it. I scoff for show and before I can say anything Stefan gets right to the point.

"Tyler and your hybrids stole the sword" he states in a monotone voice. Klaus's eyes immediately widen and he proclaims he is going " kill the lot of them". then flips a table.

" I called Bonnie here to see if there is some loophole". I state in my usual tone. Moments later Bonnie walks through the front door as if on cue.

Before anyone says anything Bonnie proclaims that she has a plan."Before he died, Shane taught me how to use a certain type of magic; it's called expression.I think I can channel it to find Silas or at least a living relative so we do a locator spell. And since the cure, is burried with him-"

"We have another way to find the cure" he finishes for her
