(Seven Isles/Airport/Late night)

I walked out of the airport with my suitcase in hand as I head for the parking lot. I looked around and saw a familiar car parked amongst other cars along with a familiar face in front of it.

"Philip!" I called out as I waved my hand at him.

"Yeah? Well, how else am I suppose to notify you of my glorious presence?" I quipped as I smirked haughtily.

"I've already noticed you long before you came out of the airport, idiot." The bespectacled young man snarked back before nudging his head. "Now get in, it's way too late as it is."

"Couldn't you at least open the door for me? Sheesh..." I went to the back of the car and opens the rear door before entering. "At this rate, you'll never going to finish your training if you keep that attitude up." I closed back the door with a slam.

To his credit, Philip didn't say anything to my remark as he just readjust his glasses before going into the driver's seat. The bespectacled young man starts up the car before reversing.

"So where exactly are we staying at?" I asked as I pulled out my phone from my pocket.

"The Grand Cross Hotel. The best hotel I could find in the entirety of Seven Isles, it has the best of the best quality services and has won several awards over the years. It also has numerous facilities such as a restaurant, casino, arcade, and almost everything you can think of." Philip explained as he fixed the gear and drove forward.

I hummed as I look up the hotel through the internet. "It has a giant rooftop pool, a ballroom, and a spa. Hmm... this does not come in cheap." I looked at the price and winced. "You really go all out didn't you, Philip?"

The bespectacled butler-in-training just scoffed. "I only goes for the best of the best, Miho. And it's not like this is going to be a big hit towards Master Arata's wallet."

"We're going to be staying there for a year, maybe more." I stared at my friend who will double as my butler/chauffeur/bodyguard.

"Not a problem." Philip replied offhandedly.

I sighed after I hear him say that and leaned back into my seat.

"And put your seatbelt on. If anything were to happen to you and I somehow survived, it'll be on me." Philip remarked.

"Yeah, yeah." I rolled my eyes and do what he says.

Our drive went smoothly without a hitch.

(Main Isle/Grand Cross Hotel Entrance/Midnight)

The Grand Cross Hotel was actually a lot bigger than I had have expected, it must have to be considering the many facilities that are inside the massive building. After Philip stopped the car in front of the entrance, both him and I stepped out of the black vehicle and a valet came rushing in as I closed back the door.

Philip and I walked towards the entrance of the hotel as the valet drove our car away and the doormen opened the entrance for us. We both stepped inside the enormous establishment and goes for the check-in counter.

The clerk took notice of us entering and stood up when we get close. "Ah, Mr. Philip. You're back. And this must be Ms. Miho Ichina." The clerk smiles as he turns to me. His expression falters for a little bit before quickly regaining his composure.

"That is correct. We are here to register her voice so that she could go inside her room." Philip said with a no-nonsense tone and face.

I blinked at that.

"Certainly. Just a second, please." The clerk reached down and brought out a mic before pointing it at me. "Ms. Ichina, please say the word "Unlock" to the mic as clear as you can, please?" He instructed.

I blinked several times in confusion at his words before slowly bring my head forward in front of the mic.

"Unlock." I say as clearly as I possibly could before drawing back.

The clerk looked at his laptop briefly before returning back at me. "Now say, "Lock"."

I leaned again and repeated without much thought. "Lock."

The clerk look down again and I saw him beaming up. "Alright, that is all, you can now enter your room as much as you wished to. Please remember the password, "Unlock" to... well, unlock your room, and "Lock" for... I guess you already know what I'm talking about." The clerk smiled sheepishly at me.

I draw back and stared at him.

"Anyway, your room number is 7,011, floor 70. If you need anything, press the red button on the side of your door and I'll be sure to send someone over." The clerk smiles.

"Wait," I suddenly spoke out. "Don't I need to sign my name or something like that?"
