It was a dark and stormy night and Shota was already exhausted as it was. He was on his way from stopping a villain from attacking a store. That was until he heard a baby crying. He thought that he was hearing things until he passed an alleyway. It was kind of dark but he was able to see what was there. There were two silhouettes of creatures. One was obviously in the form of a bird while the other Shota wasn't sure about. They were standing close to this basket where the crying was coming from. "What are we going to do this time Pichu? We can't just take her out of this alley way again" the bird said. "What else are we going to do, you know for a fact that she hates thunderstorms, Murkrow '' the one called Pichu said. "I'm aware of that but who's going to take her in for the night?" Murkrow asked him.

Shota felt like he should help these two although he didn't know them. He took it upon himself to go into the alley way and went towards the two. They seemed to notice almost immediately. The bird seemed to be a crow with its crooked, yellow beak and the three, feathery tufts on its head resemble a witch's nose and hat respectively. The feathery crest is smaller on the female than on the male. It had semi-circular, red eyes with white sclera and pupils and a spiky collar of feathers around its neck. The shaggy feathers on its tail resemble the end of a broom, and there is a thin, red band at the base of the tail. It's yellow feet have four toes, three facing forward and one backward. The other creature was a yellow rodent. It's eartips, collar, and tail are black and angular. "What do you want?" Pichu growled at him. "I'm just here to help you with your situation," Shota said. He looked over behind them and into the basket.

It contained a small baby. Her hair was dark blue and her skin was an ivory tone. Shota couldn't see her eyes since they were closed. He took notice that there were freckles that ran across her nose and only there. "Why would you want to help us, you don't even know us or what happened" Shota snapped back into reality. "I think we should let him help us. We need to get her inside before she gets sick" Murkrow said. "Fine" Pichu groaned. Shota gently picked up the baby from the basket. He didn't know how to hold her correctly since he never held a baby before. When he did, she immediately stopped crying and just stared at him.

Shota didn't know whether to take this as a good sign or not but it felt right holding her. "It seems like she likes you," Murkrow announced. "It seems so," Shota said. He continued his way back to his house with Murkrow and Pichu following close behind him. What they didn't know was that this was going to be a total life changer.
