After the Saints had conquered Stillwater, they had absorbed Ultor and became a corporation known as the Saints-Ultor Corporation. Led by the Boss, Sara Thompson, seen with her long black hair, sunglasses, red lips, and black suit and pants with a purple shirt and purple high heels to boot. Joining her is Pierce, Gat, and Shaundi, still in their old attire from when they were in Stillwater. The Saints had their logo on everything in the city, so they wanted to expand their brand to another city. Eric was left in charge of business in Stillwater, and the Boss moved to Rebel City, only to find that three new gangs have shown up. The Falcons, the Choppers, and the Tigers. After landing in the Garfield-Johnson International Airport, The Boss and her crew called a taxi, and they were taken to a suite in the Fritz-Carson Hotel. That was where the Saints stayed, when they began their journey to capture Rebel City.
