In the lounge room of the Planet Express, the place have been decorated with balloons, streamers, and a banner that reads: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRY" hanging on the wall. Leela, Amy Wong, Hermes Conrad, Dr. Zoidberg, and Professor Farnsworth all gathered around Fry.

It's Fry's birthday.
What a day for a birthday,
Let's all have some cake.
Zoidberg: (sings) And many more.
Fry: You guys are the best.
Farnsworth: (calls out to Bender and Scruffy) Alright, bring in the huge fake cake.
Bender and Scruffy brings in the very large 4-tier birthday cake prop on wheels with the words "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on it.
Fry: Wow. Neat.
Farnsworth: Fry. We want to tell you what a very special person you are. And for that, we would like to present you with this... (motions to the cake) Ta-da!
Popping out from the top of the cake, along with confetti, is a young female with a light pink skin complexion and dark pink poofy hair tresses. It is the human Pinkie Pie; as an adult.
Pinkie: SURPRISE!
Pinkie steps out of the cake, wearing a sky blue strapless leotard and sky blue high-heel pumps. She steps down the layers of the cake and she walks sexily towards Fry, who is staring at her with astonishment.
Fry: (astonished) Woooow!
Once Pinkie got close to Fry, she puts her hands around the back of his neck and she smooches him on the lips while standing on one leg.
Pinkie: (seductively) Happy Birthday, big boy.
Farnsworth: Well, Fry, what do you think?
Fry: (with Pinkie stroking her finger on his chest in a passionate manner) This is the best birthday surprise I ever had.
