Haley James Scott was up at eight in the morning. She has been up for a couple of hours now, Well scratch that Haley has been up all night since she couldn't sleep, Her mind just kept wondering what Jamie wanted to tell her and Nathan that it had to wait until dinner tonight, Haley sighs softly wrapping her hands over her cup of coffee, Taking a sip of it Haley heard footsteps walking into the kitchen, Haley looked over her shoulder and smiles lightly at Nathan,"Morning." She said softly,
Nathan leans down and kisses Haley softly."Morning babe."Nathan smiled walking over to the coffee pot. After he poured himself a cup Nathan lean back against the counter and watched Haley for a moment." Did you get any sleep at all last night?" Nathan asked taking a drink of his coffee,
Haley just shrugged her shoulders." Barely," Haley said taking another sip of her coffee, I couldn't stop thinking about the news Jamie wants to share with us tonight over dinner," Haley waked over to the sink and set her cup down, Leaning back against the sink Haley crossed her arms over her chest and shook her head for a moment," I don't know Nathan I can't help but shake the feeling whatever Jamie wants to tell us can't be good," Haley said looking over at Nathan.
"What kind of feeling?"Nathan asked taking another drink of his coffee while it was still warm.
"Well like maybe him and Madison is thinking of getting married or Pregnant or maybe both."Haley said with a shrug,"Wish I am hoping that's not the case but what if that's the news he wants to tell us,"She said starting to get worried all over again,just the thought of Jamie and Madison getting married at the age of seventeen was driving Haley crazy, True her and Nathan got married in high school and had Jamie well most likely on their graduation day, Haley just didn't want history repeating itself,
Nathan Set his cup down and walked over to Haley, Cupping her face in his hands, Nathan leans down and kisses her forehead lightly," I am sure whatever Jamie has to tell us tonight is not that, But then again him and Madison getting married couldn't be all that bad right? I mean we got married at seventeen and we've been doing okay," Nathan pointed out,
" i guess your right but doesn't mean I want our son to repeat our history," Haley said looking up at him,
Nathan nods his head," Lets just wait and see what he has to say tonight over dinner okay?" Nathan asked while looking down at Haley for a moment, Halley blew out some air and then nods her head,
"Yeah okay we can wait," Haley said as she leans up and kisses him softly." Ugh its too early for that," Lydia their ten year old daughter complained walking into the kitchen and sat down at the kitchen bar,"Hey mom are we still going shopping later today?" Lydia asked while she bite into an apple that she just picked up from the fruit basket.
Haley poured herself another cup of coffee when she looked over at Lydia,"Yeah I gotta be at the Cafe for a couple of hours before Brooke comes in but yeah we will go this afternoon," Haley said taking a drink of her coffee and sat across from her daughter," Is your brother up?" Haley asked,
Lydia just shrugged her shoulders," I don't think he came home last night, I think he's still over at Madison's,"Lydia answered while taking another bite from her apple and jumped off the stool/" I am gonna go over Maggie's I will be back later," Lydia said walking out of the front door, Haley then looks over at Nathan." Like I said history is repeating itself again." She grumbled.
Nathan chuckled leaning in and kisses her gently." Don't worry so much Hales. Jamie isn't us," He said grabbing his keys." I gotta go meet with Clay, I will be back later." Bye baby." Nathan leaning down to kiss Lydia's forehead," Keep an eye on your mom for me," Lydia nods her head," Bye what did he mean when he said Jamie isn't like you guys?"Lydia asked.
"That's a story I will tell you when your older, Call your Aunt Quinn and see if she can is she on her way here not." Haley said walking over to the sink to set her cup down into the sink." I am gonna be upstairs getting ready to leave," Haley said walking out of the kitchen and headed upstairs, Lydia reached over and grabbed the house phone to call Aunt Quinn,
"Hey Aunt Quinn, Mom wanted to know if your on your way here?"Lydia asked as soon as Quinn answered,
Quinn laughed."Well hello to you too, Yeah I am out of the door right now just waiting on Logan, Just give me fifteen minutes,"She said looking over when Logan walked into the living room," Make that five,"
"See you too soon bye Aunt Quinn." Lydia said hanging up when she heard the front door closed and Jamie walked into the kitchen. Jamie dropped his keys on the kitchen counter and grabbed an apple from the fruit basket," Is mom and dad around?" Jamie asked.
"Dad is with Uncle Clay and mom is upstairs getting ready to go to the cafe, So spent the night at Madison's again?" Lydia asked,
"And what makes you think I was over at Madison's last night?"Jamie question with an shrug of his shoulders,
"Jamie I am ten not stupid and since you weren't over at Chuck's I am assuming you were over at Madison's and well lets just say mom is getting worried about that. She said something about history repeating itself. What's going on? what exactly did she mean about that?"Lydia asked,
Jamie just shrugged his shoulders," I don't know but i am gonna call Madison."He said giving his little sister a kiss on the cheek."For the record your right your not stupid. Your just too smart for your own age."Jamie chuckled walking into the living room and upstairs, Heading towards his room he stops when he saw his mom walking out of the bathroom"Hey mom."Jamie greeted with a kiss on the cheek,"Going to the cafe?"He asked,
Haley nods her head,"Yeah I am on my way,Where you last night?"Haley asked,
"I was with Madison last night," Jamie answered when he took another bite of his apple,
Haley sighs softly." Jamie do I need to worry about you two?"Haley asked with her arms crossover her chest,
Jamie chuckled and leans forward to give his mom another kiss on the cheek."No mom you don't look I gotta call Madison. She's coming over tonight for dinner so we both can give you the big news," Jamie said walking into the room and closed the door behind him. Dropping down on his bed Jamie pulled out his cell and called Madison.
"Hey Jamie." Madison after the second ring.
"Hey babe, Still coming over for dinner tonight?"Jamie asked leaning back against his head board,
"Yeah. Jamie are you sure we should wait until tonight to tell them our news? I mean I haven't told my parents yet and I been dying too, They are already being suspicious. They..."She chuckled lightly,"They think I am pregnant or something," Madison said with an eye roll when she heard Jamie snort and laugh,
"Don't worry we will tell them our news tonight during dinner why don't you bring your parents along. They can all hear the big news, Jamie then heard a knock on his door," Madison I gotta go but I will talk to you later tonight, Love you babe,"He said hanging up, Walking towards the door, Once he opened it and saw Logan,"Hey man."He said giving him an high five.
Logan walked into Jamie's room when Jamie walked back to his bed." So what's been going on with you?" Logan asked,
Jamie just shook his head,"Not much just been busy,Hey are you and Aunt Quinn staying for dinner tonight?"Jamie asked,
Logan shrugged his shoulders."I don't know why?"He asked with an raised brow.
"You guys will find out soon enough bro."Jamie said with a smirk.
Later that night when everyone was all at the dinner table Jamie looked over at Madison for a moment before clearing his throat to get everyone's attention,"I Know you all are wondering why I have invited you all here, Well why we invited you all are." Jamie said locking his fingers with Madison's. Madison nods her head to let Jamie to continue,
"Mom dad, Everyone our big news is that me and Jamie had both got accepted to College."Everyone all cheered and clapped their hands when both parents gave both Jamie and Madison an hug, Haley breathe in relief." That's amazing news son, I was afraid that news was gonna be you two getting married or something,"She said with a chuckle.
Jamie snorts shaking his head,"Mom me and Madison is only seventeen we are not ready to get married."He said with a chuckle when leans over and gave her kiss on the cheek. He then sat back down and looks over at Madison who raised his brow for a moment, Madison just shook her head leaning in and whispers softly,"We will talk later,"She said with an wink,
