Summary: The Era of hero's changed three generations ago. This lead to the Hero Association of the world being disbanded and the counties of the world forming their own regulations and standards for Hero's. This lead to The Blizzard Group and their Leaders taking up residence in Japan. ' I'm so glad your here Aunt Tatsumaki.
So if anyone follows me knows that I recently moved. My new place has shitty internet and will most likely only update one story a week, especially since I start back up work next week.
Also this is my First MHA attempt.

Chapter 1: Family of Espers pt 1
Location: Musutafu
Place: Miroriya Residence
Time: 1945
If you were to look at the two story house in the middle of the Japanese suburbs on this night you wouldn't think it belonged to the Rising Hero Endeavor's number two. If you looked at the house you wouldn't think it's inhabitants were anything other then a regular family that had just added a new member to the family less then 4 months ago.
The mother of the new boy baby boy paced back and forward in the living room as she waited for the only person who could help her son. The young woman Midoriya Inko was a slender woman that was beautiful. She stood at 5'3" with C-cup breasts with long green hair pulled into a small high ponytail, brown eyes that kept glancing at her son in worry. Wearing a white button up shirt, pink cotton button up jacket, and a long blue skirt.
Inko was starting to get really worried. While her husband thought that her quirk was Floating it was actually Psychokinesis. A treat that came from her family. Honestly if she trainied she could have easily been in the top 100 heroes. Something her family even told her she should do, but she had never wanted that life. She saw what it did to her parents. The Original Strongest Hero Saitama and the Blizzard of Hell Fubuki. Both had retired to their home in mount Fuji. Inko had last seen them when Izuku was born. She rearly spoke to her mother and father. More or less due to the fact that they prefered to be isolated from the rest of the world
A knock sounded on her door drawing her attention to it. She walked over to the door and opened it. Standing their was a rather short woman. Barly 5 ft even if that B-cup breasts, with a massive ass, waist length green hair, blue eyes, wearing a black evening dress. This was the 'Number 1' Hero, The Tornado of Terror, Tatsumaki.
"Aunt Tatsu!" exclaimed Inko. "I'm so glad your here.
Tatsumaki looked at Inko with a smile. While she had always been confident and somewhat arrogant when it came to her powers and abilities, Tatsumaki was a family woman. She would be lying if she said that she was disappointed that she didn't have children, but she had given her life to the people. If anything she had adopted Inko as her own, dispite the fact that she had a mother and father. Fubuki always teased her of this fact, but it was fine and done in harmless jest.
"So In-chan why did you call me?" asked Tatsumaki floating into the house.
Inko looked at her son. "It's Izuku. He started showing signs of our family power... as well as signs of Otou-chan's power yesterday,"
That got Tatsumaki's attention. While Fubuki was powerful in her own right when it came to Esper Tatsumaki was a monster, while when it came to strength enhancement quirks Saitama was a monster. Combine Fubuki's already powerful quirk and Saitama's crazy strength then it could have resulted in a child that could have been a monster. When Inko had been born they had thought that her powers would be on par with Tatsumaki's. It would appear that it skipped a generation.
She looked at the little green eyed babe that was in the rocking bed. He had a dark green aura surrounding him and his eyes were glowing green. A clear sign that his powers were indeed active. Tatsumaki reached out with her mind and touched his. She was immidatily thrown backwards and into the wall! Tatsumaki let out a yelp of pain She hadn't been prepared for the backlash and allowed her shields to drop in the pressure of family. Clearly that was a mistake.
She shuck her head for a moment and brought her shields to bare as she reached inside of his mind again. As she did so she was prepared for the backlash. Izuku wasn't attacking her intentionally. His own barriers were raised and ready as he was just an infant with no control of his powers or abilities. In fact he was much to young to have such power. Tatsumaki searched around for a few moments before she found what she was looking for. She brought both her hands up and locked them together in a cage like motion before the glow around Izuku stopped.
Tatsumaki sighed in annoyance as she rubbed her forehead. "I'm getting to old for this shit," said Tatsumaki.
"Aunt Tatsu what did you do?" asked Inko.
Tatsumaki looked at her niece with a smile. "Izuku's powers were to much for his infant mind. It was tearing it apart. I placed a barrier around his power. The seal will weaken with time, but he won't be able to access his powers until he's at least 7," said Tatsumaki.
Inko smiled as she put a hand near her heart. "That's fine Aunty. So long as Izuku is okay i'm happy.
"But..," started Tatsumaki. "I want you to kept this a secret from your husband. Haisashi was it?"
"Why?" asked Inko.
"Izuku will become powerful no doubt about it, but he's working for that Pyromaniac Enji. Emji has his eyes on the spot for Number 1 hero. The Old guard... My generation is about to retire. I have maybe a year or two left in me, before I give up the hero life and retire. At which point i'll probably train my cute little grandnephew here," said Tatsumaki as she lifted Izuku with her hands and began to rock the cueeing baby.

Time: 1420 (7 years later
A 7 year old Izuku backed away from his tormentor/ former friend as she advanced on him. Bakugo Katsuki. She was a cute girl with spiky blonde hair and narrowed red eyes. She wore a pair of blue jean overalls and a white shirt. Her hands were sparking. Next to her were fingers and fatty with wings.
"Damnnit Deku! I told you not to test me! Now I have to remind you why your a Deku!" yelled Katsuki with a grin on her face.
"I'-i'm sorry kaachan," said Izuku. "I wasn't trying to mess with you, but you were being a bully
Katsuki blushed at him calling her by the nickname only he was allowed to call her, but that blush went from embarrassed to angry! HOW DARE THAT USELESS DEKU CALL HER A BULLY! IT WASN'T HER FAULT PEOPLE WERE WEAK AND SHE WAS STRONG! WHY DID HE HAVE TO MAKE THINGS HARD ON HIMSELF!
"DIE DEKU!" yelled Katsuki as she charged forward with an open palm that was sparking and was about to make contact with him.
Izuku crossed his arms and waited for the pain. The pain didn't come as he looked at at where Katsuki was and was shocked along with them that Katsuki was feet away from them with a green barrier between them.
"I... I thought you were quirkless!" said Katsuki.
Izuku was much to stunned to replay. He had a Quirk! He wasn't quirkless after all!
Izuku didn't hear anything else that was said as he ran! He needed to tell his kaa-chan about this

Time: 1500
Inko sighed as she leaned backwards in her chair. As the Blizzard groups head accountant and PR person she had to do a lot to keep her mother's company alive. It didn't help that her husband had tried to get the group to sell and become a one of Endevor's... Enji's companies. She had met the man, He wasn't the nicest. He was obsessed with taking the number 1 spot away from All Might. The man who had taken the spot shortly after Tatsumaki retired. A hero who always smiled. The man her son looked up to. Not even her own Husband. The Fire Dragon Hero, could hold that spot.
She reached for her tea when the door burst open.
"Kaa-chan! Kaa-chan!" yelled Izuku.
Inko smiled. "What is it Izuku-kun?" asked Inko.
"I have a quirk!" yelled Izuku as he crossed his arms. A green barrier appeared around him.
Inko's eyes widened seeing the barrier. She knew that he would be activating his esper abilites soon, but she thought it would be another year or two before it showed up.
It appeared that she would have to call her Aunt Tatsumaki

Time: 1945
A week had past since Izuku had discovered his quirk. He was excited about it and wanted to test it out even more then he had had a chance to do so far.
"Kaa-san i'm home," said Izuku.
Inko smiled at Izuku as did a woman sitting beside his mother.
"Hello Izuku-chan. I want you to met someone.
The woman smiled. "Hello Izuku. My name is Tatsumaki. I'm your aunt on your mother's side and we have much to talk about,"

And cut. Honestly because of how much I DONT know about My hero I'm probably going to outsorce this one as a challenge. My knowledge on MHA ends when Bakugo gets kidnapped. I haven't had the time to watch any more of it. If someone takes this up as a Challange here are the rules
Challenge Rules
Rule 1: Izuku must gain his Esper abilites/Familial Quirk within 10 years, before he turns 11
Rule 2: His dad has to be the #1 sidekick of Endevor-Even if he is a hero himself, is the current head of the Blizzard group and basically never home.
Rule 3: Either Tatsumaki or Fubuki must train Izuku once his abilites awaken (How you make them related is up to you, they just can't be his sisters)
Rule 4: Izuku must befriend one of the girls and one of the boys before going to UA, don't care who
Rule 5: HE MUST NOT accept ACCEPT One-for-All.
Additional Rules, but not required
Rule 6: his Mother is a lot more powerful then she lets on, but only manages the Blizzard Group
Rule 7: Katsuki and Shoto can be a girls
Rule 8: Izuku must hate his father.
