K.O shivered from in the bodega with only his breath and the sound of the winds and snow pleting the outside.
"How long is Dendy going to take?" He asked looking at the room that held the generator.
Curious, he walked and peaked in. He could see his Kappa friend in front of the machine. "H-Hey Dendy." He greeted, heading to the young heroian who seemed to fiddling with her tools. "S-S-Say, how l-long until the g-generator's back on?"
She let out a yawn. " After I hook up the trans-"
"Dendy?!" K.O called out as he saw his friend collapsed to the floor. "Dendy?" He uttered with a worried expression as he felt the girl's cold body on his arms, holding her, however no response just breathing. "Ah, w-what do I do?"
While questioning himself Dendy spoke softly. "It should need some warmth."
"Warmth?" He raised an eyebrow, until an idea hit him like a soft pillow to the face.
He picked up his friend and ran to the break room. Placing her on the sofa, K.O rushed to take off his jacket and put it over Dendy's body.
"There, that should do it." K.O he said with a smile, but his relief faded fast when he spotted Dendy's breathing slow down more. "Ah, hang on Dendy?! Think, K.O think?!" Despite being in panic mode K.O kept his cool and struggled struggled to think up something-anything to help his friend and there was, but he was unsure if would be appropriate to do. It made him blush.
"Stop being a big baby and get warm her up?!" A familiar voice demanded.
Another idea soon popped up. Gaining back his grin, he suggested. "Say, T.K.O how about you could keep Dendy warm, since your fur is longer then mine?"
"Fine." T.K.O relied.
After K.O tag-teamed his emo counterpart, T.K.O took off the human suite they had on. Now Showing his long furred-werepuppy form, he gotten underneath the blankets and lied beside Dendy, pulling her into a hug. This better work; if not then he's going to blame K.O for sure.
Though trying to keep awake to find out if the idea work or not, he found himself able keep up and fallen into a slumber.
When Dendy woke up she still felt herself groggy with the feeling something warm and fluffy wrapped her shoulders. She ignored the air blowing in her face and brought the warm thing closer to her and went back to sleep wearing a soft small smile.
