A teenage man breathed heavily whilst desperately sprinting through a forest. He hurriedly climbed up a cliff wall and discovered a fishing boat. He continued to run and without hesitating to jump off of a small cliff. He reached a campsite, consisting of a fireplace and a small hut made out of branches and leaves. He grabbed a bow and an arrow, the arrow had a noticeable head made out of black powder, he fired the arrow into a pile of sticks creating an explosive, alerting the fisherman to the island.
The fishing boat came to the island and the fisherman climbed out. The man kneeled in front of them, slowly reaching up and pulling down the green hood he wore. His hair and beard were long and chaotic. He looked as though he hadn't bathed in months. The fisherman immediately ran over to him and began comforting the man. He took him aboard the wooden ship, giving him a blanket to keep warm and freshwater to drink.
As they left, the man took one look at the island that had been hell.
'The name of the island he found me on is Shi. It means "death". I was stranded there for three years. I dreamt of my rescue every cold night since then. For three years, I had only one goal… survive… survive and one day return home. The island held many dangers and secrets. To live, I had to make myself more than what I was, to forge myself into a weapon. I am returning not the boy who was shipwrecked but the man who will bring justice to those who have poisoned my town. My name is Joseph Queen and this is my story.'

In Scuttle Mental Center Hospital, Joseph starred out of the window looking at his hometown. He was glad that he's still alive and back home, and didn't die on that island.
The doctor came into the room with a clipboard in his hands.
"Alright, Mr. Queen let's go over this. 20% of your body is covered in scar tissue. Second degree burns on your back and torso. X rays show at least two fractures that never probably healed,"
"Will I live?" Joseph asked, still staring at the window.
"Yes and I know you have been barely talking"
"When do I leave?"
"As soon if you're ready to go"
Joseph slowly turned to him. "Thank you,"
After Joseph left the hospital, he was laying down against the wall of the streets of Scuttle town. He is homeless, homeless with no money, homeless with no house. He used to have a house but the landlord put it on sale and took that away from him. Not to mention he lost all of his gold coins and gem accounts.
Joseph was barely wearing any clothes. He has on a red shirt, blue jeans and black boots. But the shirt has cuts and holes so does the pants but except for the boots.
Joseph has never felt poor in his life. He knew sooner or later. His home was going to get taken away and become poor. He knew but he didn't care, his plan worked.
His plan was to find his own home and his base of operations.
Joseph got an idea of where to find one. But he must not draw out too much attention, especially to Shantae and her friends.
Joseph grabbed his green wooden suitcase. And began searching for a place that he's going to build for his own HQ without paying the bills.
Joseph walked through the North Abandoned District of the town. It used to be populated with people but ever since Ammo Baron took over he destroyed most of the district turning it like a ghost town so people don't want to come here because it gives them the creeps.
Joseph can't blame them since they lost their half home territory.
He reached an old factory. After taking a quick look to make sure no one is watching or being followed. He entered the warehouse he found his way into a basement and began to set up his base of operations.
He started to knock down walls, breaking the floor and setting up several tables, computers, equipment, weapons, and files. Which he stole from Ammo Baron's abandoned outposts.
After that, he began exercising and training with his customized recurve bow as target practice making sure his aim wasn't sloppy.
15 minutes later.
After exercising and training what's done. Joseph decided to make his first middle by killing bad people who are kidnapping or murdering someone.
Joseph walked towards the green wooden suitcase top of the table which he put it there. He opened it and took out a green leather hooded suit.
He put it on before zipping up the zipper, grabbed and strap on the quiver full of green metal arrows, before taking the recurve bow.
Joseph went to the back door to go outside and start his patrol around the town. If Shantae can do patrolling around the day and night. So can Joseph.
Bolo walked out of the items store where he bought a health potion. He placed the health potion into his pocket. As he turned and walked through into an alleyway.
Suddenly unknown to Bolo, a van pulled behind him. Three men with black skull masks jumped out of the van. And fired a tranquilizer dart into Bolo's back neck. Bolo started to feel sleepy from the tranquilizer a few short seconds he collapsed and passed out.
Bolo awoke in a desolate warehouse. He tried to move but discovered he had been roped tied to a chair.
His kidnappers noticed he had awoken and walked over to him.
"Ah glad to see you awake, here's how this is goes, I'll ask the questions and your gonna answer. Not well this will happen." The masked man pulled out and showed Bolo a stun gun. " and don't bother calling for help from your genie friend. She doesn't even know you are so here's the first question: where is Joseph Queen?"
Bolo raises an eyebrow. "Who?"
The Man man electrocuted Bolo, making him feel the pain of static electricity through his body. Before putting a stun gun away from him. "Joseph Queen, where is he?"
"Sorry pal, but I don't know what the hell are you talking about!" Bolo yelled."I never met this Joseph Queen!"
"Maybe this will ring a bell" the masked man pulled out a photo and showed it to him. "See him before"
Bolo looks at the photo for three seconds before looking at the man. "never seen him before"
"I can hardly believe that buddy" the masked man started to electrocute him again. But before he could do that.
Out of nowhere a man in a green leather hood dropped from the ceiling of the shadows, landed down next between the man with the stun gun and Bolo.
The Green hooded man pulled his knife and used it to kill the man with the taser in his torso. He then took the taser and jammed it under the jaw of another one before using him as a shield as the third masked man shot at him with an assault rifle where he turned around and ran.
The Green hooded man grabbed and slid the knife out of the first man he killed move behind to Bolo, cutting the ropes that were holding him to set him free.
"Your free now go," said the man in the Green Hood in his disguised voice before he chased after the third masked man.
"Holy crap" Bolo was shocked he thought that was Shantae. But no that was a different person.
As the green hooded man went after the third kidnapper, causing him to dodge as the masked man fired his rifle. He climbed to the upper lower. The man chased the kidnapper on the rooftops as he slid down to avoid gunshots. The green hooded man jumped down into another warehouse as the green hooded man dodge the gunfire, jumped on the chains, swinging around as he got the third kidnapper in a headlock.
"Your friends were going to kill him"
"You don't have to do this" the third Kidnapper begged.
"Yes, I do. No one can about me yet" the Green hooded man snapped the kidnapper's neck killing him for dropping his corpse.
Unknown to him from behind. Bolo saw the whole thing. He could thank the man from saving his life. But he now sees him going away.
"Damn, he's good. I should've thanked him before he rescued me. But oh well."
(Scuttle Town Police Department, Tintin, and Captain Haddock's office)
"So that's your story. A man in the green hood came out of nowhere singularly handed kill the three kidnappers and save your life" said Captain Haddock as he and Tintin were asking the warrior questions. "I mean, who is he? Why would he do that?"
Bolo and his friends Shantae, Sky, Rottytops were all crowded around Bolo, who was explaining to the police.
"I don't know but I do know this if it wasn't up to him I could have been dead," Bolo responded. "I'm glad he shows up"
"Well, we're all glad that you're alive but do you know where he is?" Tintin asked, "and why would those kidnappers kidnap you?"
"That's the question I don't know, he's probably out there saving people just like Shantae."
"Oh Bolo stop that ain't true," Shantae says embarrassingly.
"And your other question I don't know why they kidnapped me but before the green hooded man killed them. They ask me where to find some guy named 'Joseph Queen.'"
"Joseph Queen?" Tintin hummed as he rubbed his chin. "Never heard of him. But we'll keep a lookout for him so we can ask him questions" before looking at Shantae. "And you should do the same thing Shantae"
"I'll keep that in mind by the way where you are able to identify the men?" Shantae queried.
"Their IDs are scrubbed, their weapons untraceable, whoever these people are pros," Tintin replied.
"Can you keep tabs on us just in case you come up with something?" Sky asked.
"I'll see what we can do" Tintin thanked them as Shantae and her friends leave to the door.
At the arrow cave, after successfully rescuing Bolo from the kidnappers. The green hooded man begins to plan his next move.
'By now Bolo probably already told the police that a man in the green hood save him from the kidnappers in that warehouse, I have to make it come true so they can believe him and this is just the beginning'
Joseph looked to a monitor that displayed the news.
"The suit alleges that Kidnap committed multiple acts of fraud and theft against the town's underprivileged. Thomas Lance, an attorney for the town necessary…"
'Bugsy Kidnap...his crimes go deeper than and theft, but he's been able to bully, bribe, or kill anyone who's gotten into his way. He hasn't met me yet'
In the parking lot, Bugsy Kidnap, talking on his phone.
"You remind Dave I put him on the beach, I can take him off. I will turn him into a cautionary tale. Oh and this attorney Thomas Lance… you said he wasn't going to be a problem anymore. So fix it" Bugsy hung up and placed his phone away.
He walked up to a parked limo where two armed guards were waiting for his arrival.
Out of nowhere, an arrow went flying through the air, smashing a light switch generator behind them. Suddenly, the lights went off, turning into complete darkness.
Next thing an arrow hit one of the guards into the shoulder, causing him to collapse to the ground.
"Get in the car!" The remaining guards shouted as he opened the back door of the limo to let Kidnap jump in.
The guard began to fire his submachine gun into the distance believing he'd seemed a green figure.
"Hey you missed," a voice came from behind him.
When the guard turned around but before he could look. He got a reply in the form of an arrow flying right through his torso as he dropped unconscious.
Bugsy kidnap then heard everything went completely quiet. The window behind him got smashed by an arrow flew through it sticking into the chair beside him. Without warning, he was ripped out of his limo, laid down hard to the floor of the parking lot.
He looked up where he laid to see a man in a green hood, with a black domino mask covering his face, kneeling on top of the limo with a bow and arrow aiming at Kidnap.
"Bugsy Kidnap. You have failed this town" said the green hooded man.
"Wait!, wait! Just tell me what you want," Bugsy Kidnap Begged.
The Archer jumped down from the limo and grabbed the businessman by the shirt to make him stand up in his two feet.
"You're gonna transfer 50 million gold coins into Scuttle town bank account 1141 by 10 p.m. tomorrow night."
"Or what?"
"Or I'm gonna take it and you're not going to like it how." The green hooded man pushed him aside and walked away.
"If I see you again you're dead!" Bugsy threatened. The green hooded man spun around and fired an arrow to the windshield of the limo. Causing Kidnap to get distracted a little.
As Bugsy turned back to his attacker he was no longer being seen.
Bugsy Kidnap stood in his office, the top floor of his company, given his statement to the police that they're his enemies Tintin and Captain Haddock.
"He was wearing a hood, a green hood, and he had a bow and arrow," Bugsy recounted the earlier events. Detective Tintin and Captain Haddock shared a look with each other, they found it very hard to believe him. "What, you both don't believe me?" Bugsy noticed that the look. He turned and picked up a green metal arrow from his desk and showed it to them. " that green maniac put two of my men in the hospital" Captain Haddock took the arrow and inspected it.
"Well, thank you for your statement Kidnap. We'll put out APB on Green Archer" Tintin tries not to smile. He was glad that the Green Archer attacked Bugsy Kidnap after what he did to him in Chicago.
"You do that Detective Tintin, by the way, he said he would be back here by 10 p.m. make sure you're here first. You can coordinate with Mr. McPhee my new head of security"
Tintin and his friend turned to Jock McPhee with the glare. Because he was trying to kill Tintin some time ago and he committed multiple crimes of murder and theft but the evidence on him went missing.
"Okay well, thank you for your time" Tintin and his friend left the office.
"It looks like Bolo was telling the truth," Captain Haddock realized
"I know, but if this Green Archer come looking for trouble he found it"
Outside of the town, Joseph walked inside a barbershop. Noticing nobody was here except for the barber. Who was busy writing down on a small paperwork.
"Just a moment now. I'm almost done here" the Barber wrote down his name place the pan he was using to aside before looking at the customer. "now how can I help?"
"I like to shave, and can you cut my hair short so I can make it as a ponytail," said Joseph
"I can do that for you, sir, please take your seat"
Joseph sat down into the barber chair as the barber set his trimmers to start.
After the haircut was done. Joseph paid the barber 21 gold coins which he barely had. As he exited out of the barbershop he was ready to go back to his hideout but.
"Excuse me, sir" he heard a voice behind, Joseph turned around and saw Bolo the same person he rescued yesterday.
"I'm sorry for the disturbance but can I ask you one question?" Bolo asked
"Ask away"
"I'm looking for a person named Joseph Queen have you heard of him?"
"Heard of him? You're looking at him" Joseph replied.
Bolo widened his eyes a little. "Your Joseph? I thought you look younger in the photo"
"Well, I'm 18 years old and I'm not that younger version of myself. So what do you want? I'm a little busy picking a street that I'm going to sleep."
"Oh right," the warrior clear his throat "may I ask you to come with me the police needs to see you"
"Are you part of the police?"
"No, but I am with them. They asked me to come and get you because they need you to ask questions"
"Of what?"
"That's for you to know and they will answer it."
Joseph sighed "Alright, I'll go to them but I'm doing this by myself don't bother to follow me. I don't trust people I don't know"
"But I am one of Shantae's friends"
"Don't care" Joseph walked around him and went to the police station. "And again I said don't follow me"
Bolo wasn't going to listen to him. He began to follow him. "I'm actually I have to come with you just in case if someone is planning to kill you or capturing you or worse"
Joseph groans in annoyance "fine, but if you talk too much I will put you to sleep"
"Roger that Captain" Bolo said sarcastically.
(Tintin and Captain Haddock's office)
As Joseph and Bolo entered the office. Joseph noticed Shantae the Genie hero was here so was The Warbird trainer and the Undead girl.
Bolo spoke "guys, this is Joseph Queen, Joseph Queen these are my friends"
"I know who they are, especially her" referring to Shantae. "All right enough pleasantry, I'm here now and I want to know what the heck is going on"
"Of course please have a seat Mr. Queen," Tintin said.
"Whatever" Joseph sat down on the chair Tintin's front table.
Tintin began to speak. "Now Joseph, I'm going to start questions and you're going to answer them don't worry I'm not going to be rude"
Joseph held up his hand. "What before you ask I need to ask you a question what the heck is going on and why am I here? And why do you need questions from me that need to be answered?"
Tintin placed down the photos of the dead bodies all to the table to show Joseph. "Well for starters this group of people that got killed by the Green Archer couple hours ago. Were looking for you" Tintin told him. "We have reason to believe that they're trying to found you and kill you"
"Kill me?" Joseph said, with a fake shock on his face. "Why would they want to kill me?"
"That's the reason why I need to ask the questions, did you do something to them?"
"Here's my answer I don't know and I never have seen them before and I don't know why would they kill me and I haven't done anything to them"
"You haven't?"
"Nope and I never make enemies unless I have to especially dangerous people that have powerful friends"
"Let's not get ahead to ourselves next question" Tintin pulled out a file from his desk "we read your file and it said here you went missing for three years ago, can I ask you where have you been?"
"It's kind of a difficult long story. But all right it, three years ago, around night time I was in a ship with my friends we're heading back to Scuttle town but suddenly a big huge tsunami storm hit us forcing me to separate my friends. I don't know if they're still alive or not. After the storm passed I was at the coast of the island. I didn't know what its name but people call it death Island when no soul has survived but I did I survive there long enough to make me breathe again."
Everyone in the room feel sorry for him losing his friends.
"Did your friends make it on the island?"
Joseph shook his head "no, I'm afraid not and I'm not even sure anymore if they're alive or not. Look I checked everywhere in the island for them. But no person was on that Island except for... pirates led by a purple woman."
Shantae and her friends look at each other "Risky boots" they said together.
"Wait, you guys know her?" Joseph asked them.
They nodded.
"Yeah, but not just us the whole town knows her," Bolo responded.
Shantae spoke, "She's my arch enemy I fought against her for ages. But she went missing for 3 years, surprisingly hearing this from you. I need to know, she did something bad to you?"
"Look I know you're worried but I don't need some support and besides I didn't let that purple woman spot me. However, some of her pirate goons got the drop on me. She interrogated me for information I didn't give her much until she gave me scars all over my whole entire body, torture me every day. She then forced me to become her slave and her pirate servant. But that was a mistake she made. I went berserk and killed some of her crew members especially those tinkerbots of hers. Then I fought her alone I managed to win but she overcame my weakness"
"Your weakness?" Said Captain Haddock.
"Yep, she had one of my friends. She asked me 'to surrender or one of your friends died' but I knew it was a trick that wasn't one of my friends that was just one of her pirates pretending to be my friend so I pretended to fall her little scheme to surrender myself. Next thing I pulled out a gun and shot her in her leg. She knew that I didn't fall for her little trick. She knew but she didn't care. I then made my escape away from her. I found a cave somewhere in the forest, make it as my camp. I stayed there for 3 years, avoiding getting spotted by the Pirates and then I got out of the island with the help of a fisherman"
Joseph was finished with his story of how he ended up and got out of the Island. "But I knew after I left that Island eventually that purple pirate lady will get retribution against me and I'm guessing that she sent those people to come from me"
Everyone in the room started to believe his story but Tintin kind of believed half of it.
"That could be true but we're not certain if she did send these people to come and find you" Tintin replied.
"Yeah, but I don't really care they're dead" Joseph stood up. "now if you need me I need to head to the street so I can take a nap"
"Hold it before you go I'm going to ask, are you homeless?"
Joseph sighed "yes, I am if you're going to ask why it's because I've been away for so long that my home has been sold no thanks to these bank companies and how did you know I'm homeless?"
"Your clothes"
"Oh well uh.. in that case I should get going and if you need me for more questions you know where to find me if you can find me of course" he went towards the door.
"We'll be in touch," Tintin said to him as he left.
After that long chat conversation was over Joseph went back to the arrow cave to prepare himself to make his third move.
He checked the time on his computer. It was 10:00 p.m. meaning Kidnap will not transfer the 50 million gold coins into the town's bank.
Joseph should have known Bugsy wouldn't hand over the gold coins that easily he may be Tintin's enemy but he's also his enemy too.
Joseph grabbed his costume and gear before walking out to the back door.

Bugsy stayed behind his desk, drinking a glass of wine. Security guards filled the room and the outside of the hallway.
"You three get behind cover around the pillars. The two of you cover the elevator stay alert and be ready" Jock walked into the office, closing the doors and locking them behind him. "it's past ten no way he's not getting in here" he reported.
"Good, let's keep it that way" Bugsy responded.
Just outside of Kidnap's office window a zipline arrow was salt into the building.
At the entrance of the building, multiple police officers and squads including Tintin and Captain were waiting for the Green Archer to show up.
"How is the situation? captain" said Tintin
"So far so good Tintin" Captain Haddock reported.
Suddenly the lights of the building went off in the corridor. The guards were high alert. The elevator dinged, one of the guards was shot with an arrow as the elevator door was open.
The Green Archer jumped out of the elevator and hit two guards in their faces with his bow and threw one of them down, knocking them both out before tossing his bow at another guard, knocking him out with a punch. The Green Archer then jumped off a pillar, knocking down another guard with a powerful kick before picking up his bow and taking cover as another guard started to open fire
When the guard ran out of bullets. The Green Archer ran over and kicked the guard into Kidnap's office as another guard was shot on instinct. The Green Archer then entered, shot another guard with an arrow. Before uppercutting another one in the face knocking him out.
The Green Archer then notched an arrow and fired at the wall inches away from Kidnap.
"You missed" Bugsy mocked him with a smile.
"Really?" The Green Archer said sarcastically.
Jock suddenly came out of nowhere and disarmed the Green Archer's bow away from him. Both men started to fight each other.
Bugsy ran out of his office and called Tintin on his phone. "He's here!"
"All units converge! all units converge!" Tintin led the team of police into the building upstairs.
Jock slammed the Green Archer to the table as it crashed but the Green Archer wrapped his legs around Jock's neck to tossed him to the floor. Both men recovered, getting up on their feet. The Green Archer kicked Jock in his face as Jock staggered back. Green Archer then jumped over a couch and punched Jock's head, knocking him down.
Jock quickly recovered as he pulled out a combat knife. He tried to cut Green Archer but Green Archer knocked him against a vase as it shattered. The Green Archer blocks his attacker's knife and hits him across his face, quickly gaining the upper hand until Jock grabbed a pistol from the floor. Just before he could shoot Green Archer. A purple monkey with a golden tiara came out of nowhere, started to attack Jock by scratching his face forcing himself to get distracted with the purple monkey.
Green Archer doesn't even know what is going but he knows that is Shantae in her monkey transformation but now is not the time for him to get distracted. He tossed a green metal dart, hitting Jock in his chest as he fell down, dead.
Shantae moves away from the dead body, she climbs onto Green Archer's shoulder and squeaks to him as a thank you.
"Welcome," said Green Archer before he picked up his bow.
The police raced up to the building and they were shocked by what they were seeing. A bunch of unconscious bodyguards on the floor, most of them are dead with arrows.
"Lay down your weapons or else we will open fire!" The police officers rush into the office. Until suddenly an arrow was hit at the ground it exploded with a flash of light, momentarily blinding the officers using the distraction to his advantage Green Archer jumped out of the office window.
Tintin and his partner go over to the office building where the Green Archer jumps out of. Seeing him zipline to a different building.
"Tell me you just saw that." Captain Haddock said.
"Yes, I did," Tintin responded.
After ziplining away from the building. The Green Archer touchdown to his feet safely without crashing. Before he gently takes Monkey Shantae off his shoulder and places her down to the floor. Allowing her to change back to her original form.
"Hey there," Shantae says "and thanks for the zip race"
"Now is not the time to talk or introduce ourselves. We need to go before the cops show up I'll see you later." Green Archer started to walk away.
"Wait! before you go there's something I need to say!" Shantae cried.
Green Archer stopped at the edge of the building, turned around to look at her.
"We can help each other to protect the same town that we were in. If you come with me I promise that I won't harm you and my friends will do the same, you did save one of them I thank you for that" Shantae pleaded "think about it we both want to save this town from corruption piece by piece together. We can help each other"
Green Archer thought about it but he needs time to think about her proposal. He took out and tossed a phone at the genie, which Shantae managed to catch. "I'll be in touch and don't even bother tracking my number once the phone calls you'll never get past encryption and the anti-magic shield around it."
"I know I can feel it" Shantae feels the anti-magic shield around the phone which is starting to sealing half of her powers away.
"See ya" Green Archer started to leap off the building. Shantae was shocked in the act, she dashed over to the edge look below. But she no longer saw the Green Archer, he disappeared.
"How in the world can he do that?" Shantae asked herself.
(Outside of Shantae's lighthouse)
"No way, so you're telling us that the Green Archer jumped off the edge of the rooftop and somehow he just disappeared?" Sky said, disbelief.
The genie hero was explaining to her friends.
Shantae then said. "Yes, I did one minute I offered to help him as allies. The next minute, he spoke to me, then he jumped off the building."
"Do you think he survived?" Rottytops asked
"I'm not sure but something's telling me, he did" Shantae replied "but before he jumped off. He gave me this phone," she took out the phone and show it to them "he said he'll be in touch"
"Are you saying that the Green Archer. Will call you if he needs help?" Bolo asked curiously.
"Yeah, but that's maybe there," Shantae says. "I don't know when he's going to call me, but I'll wait"
"If he does call you we'll come and help you" Sky responded, "but for him, I'm not sure if we trust him when if he betrays you or us?" Bolo and Rottytops agreed with her.
"He's not going to do that I can tell by the look of his eyes, he is here to save this town. of he wants to do it, then so can I and besides we all want to save this town and its people from evil a bunch of times. We all agreed with the same reason to protect this town and if those of you who want to judge me speak now or forever hold your peace"
None of them spoke they all were in silence of her words until the undead girl broke her silence.
Rottytops spoke "Shantae, we never judge see you. We follow you wherever you go true, we argue a bunch of times but we will always support you"
"Yeah," Sky said
"That we could agree on," Bolo says
"Thanks, guys" Shantae replied.

Bugsy was yelling at his employer on the phone "What are you talking about? 50 million gold coins doesn't just up and vanished… untraceable? It's 50 million gold coins! find it!" He slammed down his phone down to his table and calmed down his anger "how did he do it?"
Behind him was the arrow he believed Green Archer had missed. But what he didn't notice was that the arrow had a device and it was flashing green light on it signaling it had successfully hacked into his computer.

Joseph collected the 50 million gold coins he'd stolen from Kidnap and began to disperse it out to all the people he'd hurt, giving everyone back exactly how much he'd stolen from them.
Joseph then opened a small notebook of names and crossed Kidnap's name off the list.
