I just finished watching the BBC Sherlock series and I love it! I randomly thought of this story a little while ago and would be open to ideas for this story and for others. Please comment. I love reading your comments and will answer any questions you have in the next chapter.
Dark. Trees. Branches. Arms more like it. They were grabbing her. Reaching for her. She spun around, darting away, trying to escape them only to find more behind her. Panicking slightly she started jogging. She could get out of here. She could escape. But the farther she ran into the woods the more branches seemed to grab at her. And the moonlight which had feebly shone through the leafy tree tops had disappeared almost completely leaving her in near complete darkness. What if she couldn't? What would happen if she could never escape the dark clutches of the forest and whatever lurks behind the darkness? Panicking more she started sprinting. Any way out. Any sort of form of light. Any path. Any hope. But there was nothing. Suddenly she came upon a completely open clearing of land. She stumbled and skidded to a stop, panting. She looked around, struggling to keep a focus on her thoughts. Dark. Still moonless. Lightless. Trees surrounded the clearing forming a circle resembling pillars, with the underbrush as the wall.
"Like this?" A voice said suddenly.
She jumped spinning around the clearing looking for the body.
"You'll never find me. I hope you realize that." The voice continued from a different direction.
Why! Why this voice! Why this person! She had tried so hard to forget. Why?
"You will never forget!" The voice repeated, seemingly listening to her thoughts.
"You will never escape what you will always be!" The voice shouted as the body of the voice slowly walking out of the forest. The infamous smirk playing on his lips as he walked out into the clearing.
"Miss me (Y/n)?"
