Assumption:
- The fall of Troy happened before the time of Heracles. (It has already happened)
- The Gigantomachy happened after the fall of Troy.
- Theseus was born after Perseus, and his grand child was the last ruler of Athens.
Perseus was a son of Neptune and arguably one of the most powerful child of the seas, both Greek and Roman. Raised by Lupa, he was her pride and joy, the first child she ever raised. She taught him everything she knew, from fighting with weapons to fighting with words. He stayed with Lupa till he was a man, and held the pride of being the only mortal till date, who was raised by the wolf goddess in human form. At the age of twenty two, he was called to fight for Olympus against the Giants in the first Gigantomachy, alonng with demigods such as Heracles and Dionysus among others.
Perseus was the bane of many Giants, including Polybotes, his father's bane, Mimas, the Bane of Hephaestus and Clytius, the Bane of Hecate. He also fought against his Half brother Orion defeating him with the help of the Twins. He helped Aphrodite defeat Periboia, and with the help of Dionysus defeated Hippolytus. With the help of Hades, he managed to defeat Alcyoneus, though it nearly cost him his life.
After the war, as the Olympians gathered at Olympus, they all were wondering just how powerful Perseus was. Zeus was jealous of the fact that a son of his brother's was the most powerful demigod to have walked the face of the Earth. And along with the growing jealousy, was the growing paranoia he was most famous for. He devised a plan to dispose off Perseus, along with Athena, who was miffed at the fact that one of her rival's child was probably as smart as most of her offsprings. This is what happened a month after the Gigantomachy.
All the Olympians were at Olympus after an emergency meeting was called by Zeus. They all wondered the reason why they were called, as it has been only a month since they had last converged to answer to the threat of the Giants. Hermes was the last to enter and thus the meeting had begun. "What is the reason for calling us, brother?" asked Poseidon. "I have come across some disturbing news" said Zeus, "Athena has found evidence that Perseus was a spy of Gaea and infact is the enemy! After seeing the might of Olympus, Gaea instructed him to join us and await her orders." "How dare you accuse my son of this blasphemy" shouted Poseidon. " My son had defeated most of the Giants out there. You are just jealous of the fact that my offspring is a stronger and better mortal than both your offsprings. Instead of rewarding him, you instead falsely accuse him! I will destroy you" Poseidon shouted. "It is true", said Athena. Susdenly, Poseidon summoned his trident and hurled it at Athena, pinning her to her throne. "Silence you petty goddess" roared Poseidon, who was then held back by Ares and Hephaestus. "Brother please try to understand, he is not Greek. You conceived him in a form which has not been worshipped for several years, who knows what effect it might have on him" said Zeus. "Are you accusing me of being in hand with the enemy?" Asked Poseidon in a deathly quiet voice. "Of course not" replied Zeus quickly, "but he is unnaturally powerful." "What about Heracles, he is also powerful for a demigod" said Poseidon, still being held back by the two gods, while Hestia tried to remove the trident to free Athena. "Yes, Heracles is quite strong. I say we kill him before he turns against us" said Hera. "Heracles gains his strength from your bossom Hera, he has a fraction of my powers" said Zeus. Why don't we summon Perseus over here and hear what he has to say?" Asked Zeus.
And thus Perseus was summoned to Olympus. Zeus and Athena managed to plant evidence against Perseus, who was then found guilty. His punishment was to be banished to Tartarus. Poseidon, enraged, threatened war against Olympus but Perseus talked him out of it. Poseidon then said, "let me bless you so that you may have a better chance of survival in the pit". "Brother I forbid you…" Zeus was blasted back into his throne by a flick of Poseidon's wrist. " I wasn't asking little brother" spat Poseidon. Pulling out a beautiful black Trident and an even more beautiful set of armour, he gave it to Perseus, saying, " this was crafted by the elder Cyclops who forged my own trident. It contains stygian iron, a thank you from Hades. It is harmful against anything and everything, and will never dull. It will follow you wherever you may go, letting everyone know you are a child of the sea. The water will always welcome you. " " Thank you Father but where will I keep it?" Asked Perseus. "Hold out your arm" instructed Poseidon. Holding his arm out, a single bolt of lightning struck his arm, and a beautiful tatoo of a trident upon a wolf was imprinted on his arm, along with a bar under it. " For your services to Olympus, even if half the council is too stupid to admit." Said Poseidon. " Simply do the action of pulling the trident from your skin and you will be armed. Sinply Drop the trident and it will dissolve into water along with your armour, ready for another use. Your armour will never dent". Banging his trident on the floor, he summoned Lupa, who was quickly Informed of the proceedings that happened. Hearing this, she walked towards Perseus and kissed him on his forehead, saying " wherever you go, let it be known that you are my pup, a friend of all canines. You have made me the proudest, Perseus". And thus Perseus was banished to the realm of Tartarus for a crime he did not commit due to the pride and paranoia of a god and goddess.
As soon as Perseus was banished Lupa transformed into a her wolf form and stared at Athena "you worthless goddess, you banished my son for your pride. You will the this day Pallas Athena. There will come a time when my students will tear your pride away from you as you will watch helplessly, unable to even raise a finger to help them. And then I shall have my revenge" Lupa growled and stalked away from Olympus, never to stray her pawson Olympian soil ever again.
A few decades later, Lupa would come across a pair of twins, Romulus and Remus, on the banks of the River Tiber. She would see the rise of Rome, feeding them hatred towards the Greek goddess of wisdom. She would instruct them to sack Athens, and make away with the the Parthenos, giving it to the enemy of Athena, Arachne.
As for Perseus, he refused to give up hope, as that was something Lupa never taught him. He constructed a hut in Tartarus, at a place which was arguably the most habitable place in the damned pit. A few years later, the giant Damasen would also be banished into Tartarus by his mother, a appear in the cottage of Perseus. They would become fast friends, and stayed at the cottage for a year, though in actuality hundreds of years had already passed since the first Gigantomachy.
At the end of the second year Perseus was all but exhaustedof the foes he had faced this past year. Tartarus was not meant for a mortal, especially a living person. Combine that with the fact that he was a child of the sea and as such, his scent practically called out all the monsters to have just a bite.
At the end of the third year (though he did not know it) Perseus found himself at the edge of Tartarus, overlooking the sea of chaos. And taking a deep breath of the poisonous fumes of Tartarus, he jumped.

In a world far far away, on the 31st of July, a pair of twins entered the world. James and Lily, along with their closest friends Sirius, Remus and Peter, welcomed Percy and Harry Potter into the world.
