The Sin eater was on top of a building, he set up the sniper rifle aiming it across the street at the Manhattan Courthouse. Judge Alistair Forrester was being led out by his security team, The Sin Eater aim the rifle at the judge's head and squeezed as a mist of blood burst from his head as he goes down. The security team fired their guns across the street in Sin eater's direction, He packs up his rifle and retreats into the darkness.
Moments later Detective Martin Soap and Lieutenant Molly von Richthofen arrive on the scene as the police seal off the front steps of the courthouse. They go over to the Crime Scene Investigator as they are filled in on what happened.
"The Judge was apparently hit by a sniper round from across the street." Said the Crime scene investigator.
"Well I guess we know who did this, it was the Punisher." Said Molly
"Wait Molly, Punisher doesn't kill innocent people. This is totally against his M.O" said Soap
"Who else has the training and the skill to shoot with such precision and has a gripe against the justice system? Sounds like Castle to me.
"Look, it's too early in the investigation to jump to conclusions, and besides there are millions of veterans living in the United States, and let's not forget our Vic is a Judge who probably sent lots of criminals to prison." said Soap
"Well then Soap, we need to figure out who had an ax to grind with our judge." Said Molly
"You go ahead there's something I have to do first So I'll meet you at the station later." Said Soap walking away from her.
Soap ends up at the Graniteville diner. Frank castle walks over to Soap's table, he was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
"Thank you for coming Frank. Now I have to ask where were you at 10 o clock tonight?" Soap asked
"I can tell you that I was nowhere near the courthouse where Judge forrester was killed." Frank responded
"I believe you. Someone wanted this judge dead; he was killed by a sniper." Said Soap
"This was personal." Said Frank
"What do you mean?" Soap asked
"That this is just beginning. This person is just getting started." Said Frank
"This person needs to be stopped before more people end up dead." said Soap
"Don't worry I will." Frank declared
The Sin Eater returns to his hideout, he walks over to his desk where a mountain of files stood. He grabbed one of the folders and takes out Judge Forrester's picture and marks it with an x. then he takes out another folder and opens it revealing the photo of his next victim. He goes over to the crucifix statue on his night stand, he takes off his green ski mask and bowed his head in prayer
"Heavenly father I will continue to do your work and bring those who abuse authority to face the ultimate judgement. Amen" said Sin Eater
