This novel is basically a translation of my Indonesian project (with some plot difference and addition. He will be a magician instead of an esper in this series). In case anyone wondering what the F this novel is about.
OP OC but weaker than Tatsuya (For now).
The story revolves around my OC who is reincarnated to this world. He will not know anything about this world from his previous world. The plot will be made as logical as possible. I will add many OC with power from different series as friends or enemies (anime, manga, xianxia, etc) to spice things up a bit. I'll try not to wank or downplay any character, but some people need to be strong for the plot convenient. I will scale them depending on the fight and condition. Undecided romance.

"What's so special about course one's students?!"
In front of the gate of First Magic High School, two groups of students were cursing at each other. A girl who wore glasses looked very angry and blurted out that sentence. She didn't accept her friends were being ridiculed just because they were not good at using modern magic. At least, compared to the first course.
Her opponents wore the same uniform as her, but there was an eight-petal flower symbol on their chest. It was the very symbol of course one, someone who was proficient in modern magic.
One of the students from course one group took one step closer to her with his arrogant-looking smile. His eyes looked like they could not wait to finish the enemy in front of him. His patience has reached its peak. He couldn't believe a girl just told him to fuck off.

Very quickly the short-haired student took a gun from the holster in his pants. The device was not a normal gun that fired bullets, but a casting assistance device (CAD). In other words, a tool for magicians to activated magic. Its main function was to speed up the activation process of magic.
Just imagine a computer. Magicians were the users, CAD was the computer, the magic sequence was the code, and the magic itself was the program. Though, a magician could still use magic without CAD. Albeit at a far slower rate.
Even so, everything still depends on each person's magic calculation.
It just so happened that this person was Morisaki Shun. He wasn't that special, but the Morisaki family was famous for their [Quick Draw] abilities. An ability that allows them to guess a target without the need for concrete calculations. Of course, this ability was not perfect. It couldn't activate a complex spell that requires complex calculations.
Everyone in that place felt very shocked when he used magic, even those from his group. Using magic without permission in the school ground was strictly prohibited and can be seriously punished and even expelled. Magic was indeed common and useful in society. But in reality, magic had more danger than the profit. Because of that, magic regulation was very strict in this school.

A large man immediately ran forward to stop the enemy's magic. With that distance, there was no way he could reach Morisaki before the magic was activated. For the record, magic activation on average took less than two seconds.

Everyone only realized that when a woman from the Morisaki's group shouted while activating her magic to stop Morisaki. Others also reacted to either protect themselves or attack because of Morisaki's actions.

"Oi, if you want to fight, don't do it in the middle of the road. You're blocking my way home."
Everyone was very shocked when they realized that their CAD was no longer on their hands.
A student in a messy uniform walked casually towards them, more precisely towards the school gate. He had spiky hair and a handsome face. His skin was white and smooth as if he had never done physical labor. His left hand was inside his pants pocket while his right hand was spinning Morisaki's CAD trigger. Another CAD that disappeared also appeared to be on the ground near him. None of them understood how that happened. But most of them know who he was.
That person was Kihara Ren. A man who thought that he was the main character of this story.
"Even though they are new students." Said him while shaking his head. "I wasn't even that wild when I first entered this school. That is an achievement on its own I guess."
While whispering that, Ren walked out of the school with an easy-going attitude without paying attention to everyone who saw it. When passing through the bewildered Morisaki group, Ren threw the CAD he was holding at Morisaki.
"Not bad, a custom made CAD is expensive these days."
"Ren, wait a minute!"
"Hm?"
Ren stopped when he heard the familiar voice of a girl behind him.
The one who called him was a beautiful girl with long black hair. In addition to a beautiful face, that girl also had a fantastic body. She was Saegusa Mayumi, student council president and a childhood friend of Ren.
"You must provide information for this incident."
"Fuck off. Just find someone else."
"Hey! Wait!"
Knowing he would be summoned because of a trivial matter, Ren kept walking while waving his hand. He was tired from coming to school, let alone attended a meeting like that where he would be interrogated for hours.

Besides that, he doesn't need CAD and his activation is instant. Just as fast as his thinking reflexes."
