Prologue
"This has to stop! Right now!"
"Cause unto cease?" Whatso dost thou mean?"
"You know exactly what I mean! You killed all those people, our kind! What did they ever do to you?"
"If thou wantest to understand any or all of this, my traipse, then thou wilt verily realise soon enough."
"What are you doing? Junsui, stop this!"
"Now thou wilt perish… joining the populace for what is greater… Thou shalt become that which is beyond understanding of any mortal."
"You… are… INSANE!"
"No, my traipse… I am greatness…"
"NOOOO!"
Tragic, isn't it? What life can do for you. One is determined by one's fate in life, be they good or bad, even wanting to change his or even her own destiny. But back to but the days of old, where tanuki stories arose and Omyouji practices flourished, and even to a time before Spell Cards were established, lies yours truly: Yukari. I was one of the Onmyouji who played the role of bringing forth life and summoning, a game which soon became sacrificial… And all because of the practise of one corrupt individual, who was a part of us. But let us delve into the time when the Onmyouji were large in numbers before the Great Hakurei Barrier was unprecedented, or even thought of for that matter… A time my own kind's downfall and… my own death.
Notes: I am not going to bother continuing with this little fanfic. I started it with the prologue, but that is all that I will basically make. Oh, yay, I got a follower for it. Wow... As if that matters. Anyway, due to all of my stories apparently being rubbish in the eyes of other writers and such, that is a good enough reason to not bother. Because realistically, who the heck likes my stuff? I'm just wasting time and effort that something that would only be seen as a hobby, even when I do improve. Apparently, improving does not equal improving (according to the logic of some individuals). Well... this was going to be sort of like an OC-centred fanfic with Yukari, Mononobe and Toyosatomimi in it (the downside being people don't want to read stories about OCs and such, which is most most of my fanfics comprise of).
