I also decided that Ben's love interest in this version will be Juvia because that's one of the other relationships I planned for Ben in the original story but most people voted for Mira,anyways enjoy!
BEN PRIME'S UNIVERSE
"Ben!The Anihilaarg!"said Rook as the Anihilaarg fell on the ground activating the auto destruction of the Universe having no other choice but to transform into Alien X,but having some trouble talking the situation out with Belicus and Serena."That's it?Woah...that's a dissapointment!"said Argit as the universe imploded and vanished in an white light.
INSIDE ALIEN X'S CONSCIENCE
"And why would we help you?"asked Belicus with an angry green expression he always had as Ben tried to convince the two in doing so."Don't you understand!?If the universe is destroyed then you will vanish as well!"
"C'mon Belicus,dear!Let's help him!Only this time!"said Serena convincing Belicus to sigh in annoyinment."Sigh...I hope it is worth it."
Alien X moved his arms creating an sonic blast to recreate the universe,all looked normal until something went wrong and the universe was re-created incorrectly and the Omnitrix gave an error and sent Ben in the Null Void hoping that the Prime Universe was X exit the portal towards the Null Void but he created another portal with his mind that sent him to an unknown location as the Omnitrix turned Ben from Alien X to Humungousaur to his confusion.
FAIRY TAIL'S UNIVERSE
An giant creature made of Wood was fighting a group of teens around 16-18 years old,one of them was a man with pink hair,had a scarf around his neck and used Fire magic as his basic attack,just to infuriate the monster more who even if it was made of wood was immune to the boy's fire.
"Natsu!We need another tactic!"said a blonde girl with brown eyes towards the guy with pink hair and flames."Lucy's right you Flame Brains!"said a guy with black hair,black eyes and wore a pair of boxers.
"HOW YOU CALLED ME ICE STRIPPER!?"said Natsu starting a battle with the boy named Gray which infuriated one of their companions."WHAT!?YOU MORON OF FIRE!I AM GONNA KILL YOU!"
"That is quite enough you two!"said a girl with scarlet hair and black eyes as she hit Gray and Natsu in the head with her iron fists."S...Sorry...Erza...!"said the two in pain as suddenly an blue portal opened and revealed Humungousaur(who was an brown giant dinosaur-like creature with green eyes and spikes all over its back and tail.)who fell right atop the giant wood monster and made it one with the ground.
"Umm...Can someone tell me where Bellwood is?Or where I am at the moment?No...?Wait a little..."said Humungosaur as he turned back into human in an green light,the Fairy Tail members along with some guild masters were in sudden shock to what they just presented himself as the team finally recovered from the earlier shock.
"You are near Magnolia.I am Lucy Heartfillia and I must say,you have quite the take over magic!"said Lucy smiling at the brunette.
"Magic...?Umm...It's not really magic...!"said Ben showing the Omnitrix as the powerful team's jaws dropped on the ground of decided to tell them all about the Omnitrix and how he got there in the first girls understood and also hug Ben in the process,while Natsu,Happy and Gray were still processing what happened just now,the master of Fairy Tail,Makarov Dreyar,wanted to let Ben and his powers join his guild.
MAGNOLIA,GUILD BUILDING OF FT
"So this is Fairy Tail?"asked Ben as Lucy nodded."Yep."
"It's pretty impressive."said Ben as he followed the team towards the Fairy Tail guild building,it was a bit of a ruckus inside,but when every member of the guild observed that Erza entered the room,all of them calmed down and behaved like nothing ever happened."LISTEN!WE HAVE A NEW GUILD MEMBER!BE RESPECTUOUS TO HIM!"The guild looked at Ben as they approached him.
"So what can you do..?"asked Elfman at our alien hero.
"He saved us from that Lullaby monster."explained Lucy towards Elfman."Man,Respect!You're a manly man if you do something like that!"
"Umm...Thanks?"said Ben not knowing what to respond.
"And what magic do you use!?"asked a girl with blue hair and brown eyes and she wore an orange one-piece dress,the girl was Levy McGarden,Lucy's best friend and one of the most intelligent member of the explained to the whole guild his situation,every guild member sending Ben glares of "Poor Thing!","How Sad!" or "Really?",he then further explained the situation,making Levy even more interested in the Omnitrix and its powers.
"How does it works?What those aliens can do?How many do you have!?HUH?HUH?HUH!?"said Levy more curious than she ever was before,that just stressed Ben a bit."Umm...Levy...Can you calm down a little...?"
"Not before answering my questions...idiot."said Levy with an annoyed face towards the alien hero as she puffed her understood why she would be annoyed so he responded the questions one after another.
"Oi Ben!Fight me!Right now!"said Natsu trying to punch Ben through the table he was at."No."said Ben in one word.
"WHY!?FIGHT ME!"said Natsu with flames in his hands and mouth of fury and excitement.
"I don't want to fight you Natsu."said Ben a bit annoyed by Natsu's antics.
"FIGHT ME!"Said Natsu just to get a armored punch in his head by Erza."Leave Ben alone,Natsu!"said Erza as Natsu could only fall on the ground."Ye...Yes...miss...Erza...!"
"Be-Hmm...I feel sleepy...?"said Levy as everyone else and her feel suddenly asleep,with the exception of Makarov and an hooded person appeared and walked towards the second floor,the person took an S-class job and exit the room as Makarov looked at how him took that everyone woke up from their sleep and looked a bit annoyed.
"Ugghh...I hate when that guy does it!"said Droy a bit annoyed.
"Who?"asked Lucy.
"Mystogan...is an S-class mage,but nobody ever saw him..."said Levy as she rubbed her eyes,being still a bit sleepy...
"Why?"asked Ben.
"Because that bastard always put us to sleep..."said Natsu in anger as he explained the situation to Ben and Lucy.
"Anyways...what I wanted to tell you Ben is...Wanna help me with some research?"asked Levy our alien hero who nodded in then put in Ben's arms around 10 or 20 books and walked with him to a nearby turned into Greymatter,"GREYMATTER!"he said in an tiny and silly voice that Levy thought as cute to the extent she even hugged him."You're so cuuuuuute~!"
"Levy!Focus!"said Graymatter a bit irritated."Idiot."said Levy again in annoyment,Ben kinda felt like she didn't quite liked him,the time passed and the two finally finished researching 20 books and looked outside the window just to see that it was night by now.
"We should probably get to sleep,it's a bit late."said Ben as Levy looked at him raising an eyebrow,being a bit worried about where he would sleep."Where will you sleep tonight,Ben?"
"I have a room here at the guild,but I will find a place to stay soon as I have enough money for ?"asked Ben his newfound friend.
"I will sleep here tonight as well,it's a bit too late to go home through Magnolia..."said Levy as she and Ben noticed Happy flying from the second floor of the guild and took an S-Class job,then flew on the window without noticing the two watching him."This is not good."both Ben and Levy said at unison as they exit the guild and followed Natsu and Happy.
Meanwhile in Lucy's apartment...
"Ahh...That bath was just what I needed...but Erza,Mirajane and Mystogan...surely there are famous mages in this guild!"said Lucy to herself as she opened her eyes just to see Natsu and Happy staying relaxed on her sofa."THE HECK YOU'RE DOIN IN MY HOUSE!?"screamed Lucy as she kicked the two on the ground to their pain.
"We came for this...!"said Happy showing Lucy the S-class mission on Galuna Island.
"THE..."Lucy walked a few steps back until continuing."WHERE DID YOU GET THAT S-CLASS JOB YOU IDIOTS!?"
"Do you want to come...?asked Natsu and Happy with a calm smile.
"NO WAY!I don't want Erza to kill me!"said Lucy as suddenly Natsu took her in the air,just that her towel to slip and leave Lucy naked."KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!YOU MORONS!"said Lucy as she kicked Natsu and Happy once again and went to change into her clothes.
"So...?"asked Natsu as Lucy was very angry."What do you want I to tell you?You two idiots saw me naked and you still expect to join your S-class job?"
"Well we will take you with force then."said Natsu as he tried to take
"Stop right there!"said Ben as he and Levy entered the apartment,making Happy and Natsu just look at each other,Lucy on the other hand was shaking of fear,knowing what Ben and Levy could do with their magic,and didn't wanted to get destroyed by one of Ben's transformations or Levy's word spells..."B-Ben!?L-Levy!?Well...Those two obligated me with their S-class Job!"
"You couldn't keep it shut,could you?"said Natsu and Happy annoyed as they laughed as an idea came to their heads."
"What are you-!?"said Ben and Levy just that Natsu and Happy to put the two in an sack,to Lucy's shock."WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO!?THIS IS KIDNAPPING!"screamed Lucy in anger towards the two as Levy and Ben tried to escape from the sack,but to no avail as Natsu tied it up.
"Do you want to get the same treatment,Lucy...?"said Happy with a creepy smile that freaked Lucy out as she had no other option but to come along with the two and the kidnapped Levy and Ben.
Morning at the guild...
"Master Makarov...?"asked Mirajane the Master as Makarov nodded slight."What is it...Mirajane?"
"An S-class request is missing."that was when Makarov remained blocked of anger."Master...Makarov...?"
"PFTTT!WHAT!?LAXUS!DID YOU SAW SOMETHING?"said Makarov as he spit his morning coffee in shock.
"I saw a winged cat taking a request..."said Laxus making Makarov to know who the true culprits of the fapt where.
"Why the heck didn't you stopped Happy then!?"asked Makarov in anger towards his nephew.
"I thought it was just an ordinary thief..."Said Laxus angering the guild master.
"Then Natsu,Lucy and Happy are the culprits."said Makarov angered that much he could just kill the culprits in that moment
"I just observed that neither Ben nor Levy are in the guild hall..."said Mirajane further angering the guild Master."Levy and Ben too...!?THOSE BRATS...!LAXUS!FIND THEM AND GET THEM BACK!"
"NO."said Laxus as he exited the guild hall to Makarov's then walked towards Gray who was enjoying some alcohol,he looked at the master a bit until Makarov finally talked."Gray can you go and get those 5 back at the guild...?I need to kill them!"said Makarov as Gray nodded calmly and rushed after the runaways to Makarov's agreement.
