The Kingdom of Fiore is a land large country riched with natural resources and beautiful scenery, led by the great King Igneel, who was known for his military achievements and land expansion during his reign. King Igneel is known to have two sons, Zeref and Natsu. Both possess different kind of skills and was more of the quiet type, he is smart and strategic and holds intellect and wisdom, his every decision was the wisest among the Kingdom earning his title as the youngest tactician of Fiore. However, he holds a secret contempt in his heart on how his father rules the kingdom.
Natsu, on the other hand, was loved by many, not because of his intellect or wisdom but because on how he interacted with everyone in the palace. He would treat people with equality and talk to them with kindness and joy. Natsu would flash his smile to everyone he meets. His heart was pure and loves his father very much. Gray, the son of General Silver Fullbuster was assigned as Natsu's guard in their early teens.
But during the year 777, a great war broke on the borders of Fiore causing a great fall of the the intellect and wisdom of Zeref they were able to hold up and stood firm in the face of opposition. Because of the great war, Zeref was positioned into the throne as their father lies on the deathbed.
At the fifth month of the Year 776 Zeref was named as the new King of Fiore and King Igneel breathed his last.
Natsu was eyed as the second-line for the throne as he pursued military skills he became the captain of battalion 3 by such a young age and he has achieved great military feats for his brother. Many watched his feats and fell afraid of the ability he holds. One thing is for sure, he was a threat to the throne of Zeref.
"The council of elders, great and powerful men who takes full control of the council, holds the highest power, higher than the King himself. They wanted to get rid of Natsu, thus making a trap for him to fell upon and be banished from the capital. The elders stirred a fake coup d'etat, marking Natsu as the mastermind of the said violence.
Zeref, who loves Natsu with all his heart, has been controlled by the elders of the kingdom, thus he had no choice but to banish him away from the capital. Natsu, wanting to maintain his brother's integrity as King, accepted the punishment and was sent away. Gray Fullbuster, who swore his allegiance to the banished prince, went with together with him.
This story follows the account of the banished Prince as he assembles, and find the greatest band of Knights that would save his brother from the hands of the council elders and take his country back. /p
