OOH! I'm So Excited for this one!

Welcome to the intro page of this story! This isn't chapter one, nor is it a prologue. Instead, this is a summary of the plot's direction before a teaser, so you can know if you want to follow it or not.

Who here's heard of OriginStoryPilot ? They have a very cool story called: I Think I Like You, and now I'm making a sequel for it. Yes, I asked them for permission, and yes; we're going to see a hopefully faithful continuation of the story.

We've got five arcs in this sucker, so here you go. Don't complain if you see a spoiler or two:

Arc 1: Beacon University. | Ruby arrives at Beacon University to begin studying with her girlfriend of two years, who offers her and her sister Yang to stay with her at the small house her mother bought for her to use. Jacques will be an actually dangerous businessman in this, and decides to wholeheartedly support Weiss' coming out, as well as her girlfriend.

Arc 2: Pyrrhic Life. | Pyrrha is diagnosed with Cancer, and Jaune only just got together with her. This shakes up Ruby, who suddenly wonders what she'll do if she loses Weiss. Meanwhile, Jacques begins to fund scholarships for various opponent business CEO's daughters into Beacon, and introduces them to Weiss in an opening move.

Arc 3: Maturity and Immaturity. | Ruby's hormones have long since-stabilized, and she doesn't have the same brash physicality in her relationship to Weiss anymore. Sex, rough sessions of making out, and even public nuzzling have gone down to weekly events on average; and Weiss begins to wonder if Ruby doesn't find her pretty anymore. When she admits to being more attracted to her girlfriend than ever, Weiss decides to seek advice on how to become more dominant in their relationship, to help balance out the cuddles and hand-holding to at least a daily phenomena.

Arc 4: Snow on the Roses. | Jacques begins to cut Weiss' funding for non-school related activities, and offering to pay for dates with the girls he sponsored into Beacon, when they ask Weiss out. To make up for this, Ruby and Weiss begin to make music together in their house, and go under pen names to keep under Jacques' radar.

Arc 5: Proposal Arc. | No spoilers here kiddies.

As always, these are subject to change if an idea gets sent in that makes me change the story. There shouldn't be too many, but who knows? I'll be sure to add onto this if we end up altering something. So, tell me what you think!

Teaser:

I had to admit, the gates weren't as impressive as I thought they'd be. I had been dreaming they would be massive and foreboding, but worth passing because my girlfriend was on the other side. Instead, they were painfully average. The girl on the other side of them, was anything but.

She was pale and thin, like me, but with pure white hair that cascaded down her back in a ponytail, off-centered just enough to bug her family. Because she was turned away from me at the moment, I couldn't see her beautiful blue eyes, but I remembered them. Pure as crystal, and hiding the soul of a true goddess and angel behind them. And she was all mine.

Running up to her, I jumped and caught Weiss in a flying hug, holding her close and smiling up at her scowling face.

"Did you miss me?" I asked, innocently.

"I'm sorry, do I know you?"

Her tone was polite, but with ice behind it. This was the voice of someone who didn't want to offend, but wanted a complete stranger to let go of her immediately.

"W-Weiss? What are you-"

"Oh, that's right. You're that Ruby girl I fell in love with a while back!"

Weiss' entire being changed in that one second. Her shoulders relaxed, arms hugged me, eyes cleared to reveal the joy and love I remembered from the last time we'd met: exactly two days ago at my house to pack.

I stood up properly so my eyes were just below hers and grinned fully.

"And you're my Weiss."

Before I could add an addendum, a pair of cool lips found my own, and rendered speech impossible and useless.

"I think I'm going to like Beacon this year."

"Me too. Your mom got us the house to use, right?"

"She did. And I managed to get some sway in the sleeping arrangements."

I quirked my head in confusion at that.

"Sway?"

"Yep, we get to share the main room. I got us a bed for two, so you wouldn't get cold up at these altitudes."

I giggled at the little wink she gave me at that little comment.

"What's the catch?" I asked, not sure I cared.

"Oh, we just have to tell my father about us."
