A/N Hello. This is my first ever doctor who fanfiction so don't kill me if it's not amazing. I'm also currently writing another fanfiction with a friend so if you're bothered to, please read it. We need more comments. This is an extra long one-shot. Might have chapters? It might even turn from a one-shot to a story, I'm making this up as I go along. Anyway, I've talked enough...

The doctor ran through the putrid streets, dragging Rose's arm. Three armoured soldiers on horseback pursued them intently, and the two of them were running out of breath.
"If only you could have parked the Tardis any closer!" Rose muttered under her breath.
"Well I didn't know we'd run into so much trouble with Elizabeth. Last time I met her she knighted me. Sir Doctor."
Rose just rolled her eyes. "Wait, look! We could lose them in that alleyway."
"Good thinking!"
They took a sharp turn into the alleyway and pressed their backs against a soiled wall, until the last of the horsemen had rode past.
"Well that was a close call! We should probably get out of here as soon as possible."
Rose nodded her head vigorously. "Wait, one question," the doctor turned his head around with a look on his face to say 'I'm listening'," Why does everyone want your head chopped off?"
The doctor just grinned. "Personally, I think the Tower of London could do with a little decoration."
Rose laughed. The two of them inched towards the main street on the other side of the alleyway, their backs pressed against the wall. Rose swivelled her head around the corner. The coast seemed clear.
"I personally think we're not wanted around here. After all, the queen wants your head chopped off, Shakespeare tried to throw us out of his home, everyone's giving us weird stares, and I don't think it's just your terrible sense of fashion."
"Oi! It's not that bad..." The doctor retorted.
"Sand shoes and a suit? I mean who wears sand shoes and a suit?"
The doctor was about to reply, but some shouting erupted somewhere down the street. And the sound of galloping horses.
"Guess what, they've found us again." Rose said, sarcasm lacing her voice.
"And I've got a good idea. Run!"
The two of them darted up the street yet again. Rose pulled the doctor around the corner of an opening in the street. They then made an u-turn, dodging out of a dead-end. Only to meet the three soldiers again. They then started to get of their horses to restrain the doctor and Rose, but before their feet could touch the ground, the doctor was already halfway across the the river Thames on a boat, with Rose.
"So clever-clogs, where do you suggest we hide now?" Rose had said as soon as they had reached the bank.
"The tardis..."
"Yeah that much is obvious, but seeing as you seem to have forgotten where you put it-"
"No, seriously look, the tardis!" The doctor said, turning Rose's head around to face his direction.
Rose grinned. "You really are a clever-clogs, parking it right outside the globe theatre."
The two of them started walking to it- no running. But before they could get close, a woman walked out. A woman with a framed face and short blonde hair, and a terrible sense of fashion.
And she said...
"That's funny. I was aiming for Australia."

A/N I've decided this is going to be a one-shot. I'll update as soon as possible. Oh- and please comment. I love comments! Anyway, I hope you like it. Like I said, it's my first doctor who fanfiction so don't kill me. Bye!
