Freezer Burn is a villain, who just so happens to be a Todoroki, a missing Todoroki. When she was young she got mad at her twin brother Toya for accidentally burning her, the next day he was gone, later that week she went after him, and became known as a villain. Will she find her brother and become a hero again? or will her brother turn up dead?

1. Prologue

My name is Tammy Todoroki, more commonly known as Freezer Burn, although, if you're reading this, you probably don't know who I am... yet! A few years ago my twin brother, Toya Todoroki, went missing. I went after him, leaving behind our best friend, Keigo Takami, now known as the number two pro hero, Hawks. This is how I found my twin.
