(Earth used to be its old boring self until a glowing baby was born in China and with it a new era began the Quirk Era alongside it appeared both Heroes and Villains)
(Right now, we are looking through a window of Murtafu Hospital at woman with long dark green hair holding a bundle hiding a little boy with equally green and curly
hair this woman is Inko Midoria)
[Inko Midoria Quirk: Size Shift-This quirk allows its user to change size of their body or
parts of it in exchange it consumes it user's stamina to remain in their transformation
bigger the change bigger the drawback]
(Next to her stands her husband Hisashi Midoria a man with black messy hair)
[Hisashi Midoria Quirk: Times 10-This quirk causes a mutation in its user's body amplifying everything by multitude of 10, drawback is that the user
must learn how to control their body properly]

(Izuku Just woke up on the day of his 4th birth day more excited than ever, why you ask well it is stated by law that a
child must go through mandatory quirk assessment and register their quirk at that age, granted some people are born with
mutations that change their outward appearance but that does not entail that's all their quirk does and since most quirks
manifest between age 3 to 6 hence mandatory quirk assessment)
(Now don't get me wrong it was pretty obvious that Izuku inherited his father's quirk since it only took him a less month to
learn how to walk and les then 2 how to speak and read so Izuku wasn't really worried about not having a quirk heck he
possess knowledge equivalent to someone with doctoring in 3 fields and strength of 10 people his age and build which is
pretty muscular for a 4-year-old he was also head and shoulders taller than kids his age but you can never be sure thus
the excitement, he was always fascinated about heroes and quirks ever since the day he saw his mom used hers in front of
him for the first time and the time he first saw a hero in action which was his current favorite hero All Might, and
prospect of learning more about his quirk and bringing him closer to his goal of becoming a great hero excited him to no
end)
(So now after having a quirk breakfast and brushing his teeth he was off to the quirk specialist for his quirk assessment while
stepping outside of his house a cat suddenly ran in front of him scaring him but what happened next startled him even
more because right at that moment he felt tight and stiff, Inko who just witnessed her son suddenly lose his
impressive for his age muscles and shrink a head in Hight worried her so she ran up to him)
"Izuku! are you ok?!How do you fell?!What happened?!"
Yeah, I think so, a cat scared me and I feel super thigh and stiff

(So Izuku did so took a deep breath and relaxed and as soon as he did so he was back to normal as if that has never

"Midoria-san as you requested, we did all the tests and I'm back with results, and from what I'm seeing we have a
rather unique situation on our hands, as you probably know there are 4 options for a child to develop a quirk one of
their parent's quirks 2. both their parent's quirks 3, develop their own unique quirk and 4. be quirk less option 2 being an
uncommon occurrence and 3 and 4 being extremely rare with 4 excitingly so "

I was getting to that; you see there exists an extremely low chance that when a child inherits both their parent's quirks
for those quirks to fuse and create a new quirk this being your sons' case, from the tests we can tell what your sons
really does.
[Izuku Midoria Quirk: Times 10 Body Shift-This quirk causes a mutation in its user's body amplifying
everything by multitude of 10 also proportionally increasing its users body size to remain in proportion
minimalizing restriction of moment with accelerated growth of muscle mass this aspect sems to possess no
limit allowing its user to grow exponentially in size and strength in any other aspect, it also allows its user
to consciously compress or expand their body or it's parts at the same time restricting its users' movements
with compressing making the body ridged and stiff but increasing strength and durability by how much of them
body the user compressed, with expanding it makes the body more unstable by misplacing the center of mass
but incising elasticity and nimbleness of user's moments, it also is impossible to grow in strength of any aspect
in the transformed state thus requiring the user to train in their retransformed state which may show to be
problematic with the potential size and strength the user could grow to with training and speed of them
growth]
I know the name isn't really innovative but we couldn't come up with anything biter that could describe your quirk
that said you can change it any time you want it is yours after all.
Really! And can I be a hero with a quirk like this?!
Oh, that's for sure you can be an incredible hero in the future, you would have to train really hard to overcome the
drawbacks of your quirk but I don't see a problem with you becoming one!

ignite it at any part of their body creating explosions the more sweat bigger the explosion]

(Right now, we are looking at Izuku in the back of the class writing in his 34th volume of Hero Analysis for The Future
journal about two new up and coming heroes he saw in action this morning while walking to school, During those last 11
years Izuku managed to overcome the drawbacks of his quirk becoming as balanced as experienced acrobat while
expanded and as elastic and swift as an Olympic gymnast while compressed which he prefers to stay outside of training to
not take up too much space which is now a lot he grew to 33m tall human with a body of pro athlete which he compresses
down to 1.75m human of lean build that being the reason that not many people seen him at his original size, spiking of
training right now it consists of him going to scrapyards or construction sites to help while wearing gravity accelerating suit, he
made based of knowledge of gravity/weight alternating quirks but that's not all he has done he discovered that if he
compresses his nerves he can think and react faster and perfected compressing or expanding individual parts of his body)
Ok class calm down and sit down, now as third year students you need to seriously think about your futures, I could give
you these pamphlets but, why bother you all want to be heroes! (He said this while throwing the papiers I the air along with
the whole class excluding two students erupted into cheers activation of their quirks)

below an over pass thinking about his plans for the next 10 months leading to UA entrance exam he barely noticed in time
a villain crawling out of a manhole cover and jumping at him, just enough time to cock his fist back and throw a massive
punch creating a torrent of wind and splattering the villain all over the overpass Just in time for the manhole cover be impaled
in the roof of the overpass creating a cloud of dust from which a booming voice could be heard)

(On that note he saluted Midoria and promptly jumped off not noticing the bottes falling out of his pockets and the boy he just met following him but that one was short
lived)

(After landing Midoria stood in front of All Might looking at his feet trying to prepare himself for asking the question)

(All Might and Midoria ran to the direction of explosion as fast as they can without using their quirks as soon as they arrive Midoria can hear people saying that heroes
are too afraid to go in to action because the chaos and that the villain has a hostage as soon as he hears this, he quickens his pace and at seeing the terrified and
pleading face of his best friend he jumps into action so fast that people barley have time to register it)
Get off of him! (And with that shout he thrown the most powerful uppercut he could splattering the villain everywhere in front of him and changing the whether to rain)
Holy shit! Did you see that! That kid just changed the weather in one punch!
I know that's some All Might level strength he just showed! Incredible!
(After Bakugo and Midoria both got prized and scolded in Midoria case they went home)
