Prologue
Anthony 'Tony' Gibbs\Dinozzo is the son of Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Mallory Lisa Dinozzo. Gibbs married her then had Tony. Mal has a lot of the same features that Tony does like his million watt smile and his green eyes and of course his humor. Tony is the younger brother of Kelly the daughter of Gibbs and his first wife Shannon. Kelly is older then him by 4 years. In this story Tony is a little bit different because he has asthma that developed after his dad died so he can freak out sometimes and hyperventilate. Also other times he can pass out. Tony is also very smart and observant. Later on Tony will have Ziva as his girlfriend.
The team at NCIS consists of Gibbs, McGee, Kate, Ducky, Jimmy and Abby. Kate is still alive and is replacing Tony from the show but no one has his desk spot in the bullpen. Same personality's and looks.
Chapter one
One day on a nice Friday evening Gibbs was heading out to see his wife and children at home. He and his team just caught the guy who murdered a petty officer at a Navy base. So he was happy for the weekends when they came. When Gibbs got home he meet his wife holding a 5 year old Tony and Kelly standing right next to her. Gibbs kissed Mal and said "Hey hon how were the kids today?" "Just fine Jethro." She answered back. "Daddy I missed you!" Kelly said happily hugging her father"s leg. "Missed you to Kel." He shot back and kissed her forehead. "Hey you forgetting someone here." Mal said looking her son who was starting to drift of to sleep. "Of course not I would never forget little Tony here." He said innocently. Then he kissed the boy's head. "What time is it?" Looking at his son who was leaning on Mal's shoulder with his eyes fluttering open and shut. "Well it's time that he should go to bed. Let me go put him down then we can watch a movie ok Kelly." Said Mal sweetly. "Yay! A movie!" She said loudly running out the room to pick a movie. "Hey I'll take him." "Really? You?" "Yes i've been wanting to get used to me being around and bond with him a little bit." "Who are you and what have you done to my husband?" She said jokingly. Then she gave Tony to him and he went upstairs to Tony's room. When they arrived Tony's room had lots of cars and trucks on the floor and shelfs. Gibbs carefully walked over to the chair and sat down. Then Tony was looking up at Gibbs and said "Hey boss can you read me a story?" He asked softly. "Sure." He answered while thinking about how cute it was when Tony started called him boss. Gibbs was reading The engine that could. When he finished the book he looked down on his lap to see Tony fell asleep in a matter of minutes. He slowly got up a and picked up Tony and walked over to Tony car bed and gently put him down then Gibbs saw that Tony had a tiny grip on his shirt. He gently removed it so it wouldn't hurt him and laid down his hand and tucked him in. After he tucked him in he watched as Tony sleep peacefully and was moving his hair out of his face and smiling. Then he left. When he got back down stairs Kelly came up to him and said. "I know what we are going to watch." She said proudly. He replied. "Ok lets go." walking into the living room. Mal was already on the couch waiting for the movie to start. The movie started to play and Kelly sat in the middle of Gibbs and Mal. When the movie was over they all went upstairs and put Kelly to bed. Then they want to bed themselves.
In the morning Gibbs got up at 6:30 then went to the kitchen to get his morning cup of coffee. He made a cup and sat down at the table and started to work. At 7:30 Gibbs heard the floor boards squeaking and got up. He walked to the kitchen to find little Tony. "Hey Tony what are you doing?" Tony jump when he talked behind him. Then Tony turned around and said. "Nothing just got up." Tony was walking towards Gibbs when he started wheezing then fell on his knees with his hands up to the sides of his face. Gibbs ran up to him and keep trying to clam him down and he finally passes out still gasping for air. "Mal! Kelly!" Gibbs called. Mal came running in while Kelly was walking tired. When they both saw Tony on the floor gasping for air they both rushed to his side. When Mal saw what was going on she was scared. Their little boy was dying. When Kelly saw what was going on she also was scared her brother was scaring her. She already lost her mom she can't loss her only brother. "What happened?" Mal asked. "He came down and was in the kitchen and I just frighten him." "Ok we need to get him to the hospital." "Yeah." Gibbs grabbed Tony and Mal grabbed Kelly's hand and they ran to the car and got in and rushed to the hospital. When they arrived they went to the front desk and Tony was put on a cart and headed to the ER. Gibbs and his family went to the waiting room. A hour later Gibbs said he was going to go home to grab some clothes for them and left. A few minutes later he came back changed and had a bag of for the girls. He gave the back to them and they changed and he sat back down. Another hour later the doctor came in and asked family of Anthony Dinozzo. "Yes here." Said Gibbs. "Your son is fine but he had a asthma attack." "Asthma attack?" Asked Mal. "Yes you see some people are born with this. But some people developed it by dust or mold sometimes even a cold will do it." "Ok doc what do we do?" "Well I can write a prescription inhaler for the panic attacks. It will be ready in a couple days." "Can we see him?" Said Kelly desperately. "Sure, right this way. He is still resting." They arrived at a room to find Tony asleep on the bed. Mr. And Mrs. Dinozzo can I have a word." They followed him out the room to the doorframe. "Now we know what's wrong with Tony you need to make sure he isn't doing anything stressing or anything like that." "Alright doctor. Thanks." Gibbs Said. The doctor walked away and Gibbs and Mal walk back in to the room. When they came back in they found Tony was awake and he looked at them and said "I'm sorry." "It's ok honey." Said Mal. "We're just glad your ok." Said Gibbs. A few days later Mal got the inhaler and showed tony how to use it.
The next few weeks were a little bit different because the family learned that Tony had asthma. Whenever he would start whizzing everyone would pay attention to him and say "Tony you ok there?" Then give him his inhaler just incase he needed it. Four weeks later Gibbs and his family were going to the beach and they had to be extra careful not to get Tony to breath any sand in. Ironic how life does't go as planned. Gibbs and his family find out that when Tony has asthma attacks they get pretty serious and lasted a few minutes.
Summer had just started and Mal had to go out of town for her job. She worked as a lawyer and had to fly out because of a case. "Are you sure you can handle him Jethro?" Mal asked. "Of course I can. Kelly will help me watch Tony." Mal was skeptical and looked right at Jethro in the eye. " I assure you he will be fine right bud?" He looked at Tony in his arms. He nodded and smiled. "wight." He said happily. She kissed Gibbs then Kelly then last Tony. "Love you all I will be back in a week if you need anything just call. Ok." Mal said. "Ok Mal see you in a week." With that she left in a cab to the airport. "Ok. Hey let's go and get-" Ring! Ring! Gibbs picked up his phone and answered with a serious look. When the phone call ended he said. "We have to leave and go to my work. I have a case." In a serious tone. Gibbs grabbed Tony's backpack and put some stuff to do while he was there and his inhaler. He thought about getting a babysitter but they would probably be full in the summer. He grabbed the backpack and called Kelly and Tony and told them to go to the car. Gibbs bucked them in the back and got in the car. Kelly whispered to Tony to hold on to something this is going to be one heck of a ride. They were practically speeding there. This is usually why Mal would drive when the kids were in the car. They arrived at the bullpen around 9:00 am. When he walked in the team was already there waiting on command. Gibbs had just dropped off his kids with Abby and she was watching them. After a few more day like this they caught the guy. Abby brought Kelly and Tony up to the bullpen to Gibbs and the team watch as the kids walked over and were talking to Gibbs. This surprised them because Gibbs was a very serious man and would lighten up when they were around. When the team heard the little girl say dad right to Gibbs then the team was shocked that Gibbs had kids and two at that. "Gibbs these your kids?" Asked McGee. "Yes they are this is Kelly." He said with his hands on Kelly's shoulders. "This over here is Tony." Pointing to the little boy. The team still in shocked in wide eyed surprise. "What?" He questioned. "Nothing boss I just did't know you had kids." MeGee continued. "So your the probe." Tony pointed at MeGee. "Kate." Pointing at Kate with a smile. "Ok come on kids we got to go now. Come on." Said Gibbs walking to the elevator. The kids soon followed. When the kids got home they were all tired and ready to go to bed when Tony started to cough violently Gibbs came over and started to use his inhaler on his. "Breath Tony. Breath. Big deep breaths." Kelly was in the other room when she walked in and dropped to the ground to help Gibbs calm Tony down. When it was over Tony said "I'm tired." Then fell asleep shortly after saying that. Gibbs put Tony to bed and kissed him goodnight and gently ruffled his hair. Then followed Kelly to her room to tuck her in. "Hey dad. Is Tony always going to asthma?" "Well that's hard to say honey. He might not when he is older." He answered. "Ok. Goodnight dad." Gibbs kissed her said goodnight and left. He went to the basement and started to work on his boat. A few hours later He went to bed.
