I DO NOT OWN these characters or any of the Star Wars or Star Wars the Clone Wars Franchise. This is just a story I wrote for Fun. This is an Alternate Universe Clone Wars Fan Fiction that takes place after Season 4 Episode 18, also pretending that Season 4 Episode 14 didn't happen (it makes the story better).

Now I want to warn all of you who read this that there will be mature content and I strongly recommend that people under the age of 16 do not read this.

These strong themes include:

-descriptions of gore

-hinting of sexual assault

-strong racial themes

-post-apocalyptic themes

-political radical groups

-acts of terrorism

Now if you have issues with any of these I will be posting these warnings at the beginning of the chapter, so you can skip it if you are uncomfortable with it.

But other than that I hope you enjoy the story! I am going to attempt to update with a new chapter every other day or so. I pretty much have the story done, I am just in the process of editing it so I am pretty sure I can get a completed story up pretty soon.

CHAPTER 1

A small whimper and a thud. That was all that was heard through the room before everyone fell silent slowly looking up to question how this all could have happened so quickly.

"Was that it?" Padme's gentle voice rang through the chancellor's office. She looked at Anakin with soft concerned eyes.

Anakin didn't say anything he just stared at her from across the room. He wanted to run over to her and embrace her and tell her everything was gonna be okay, but given that Master Mace Windu was in the room he restrained himself from doing so. Instead, he just held eye contact with her, his mouth slightly open as if he was trying to say something.

"That wasn't much, if that was it," Obi-wan said gazing around the room.

"What are you Jedi trying to pull!" Count Dooku shouted angrily from his chains. He then pulled violently on the chains that bound him, but Mace Windu had a tight grasp on them.

"We aren't trying to pull anything!" Mace Windu stated. "Skywalker! Kenobi! You two stated this weapon was dangerous! It doesn't seem that dangerous to me!"

"It is!" Obi-wan yelled. "Maybe it just hasn't gone off yet!"

"We have seen what it can do!" Anakin yelled back. "This isn't something to be messing around with!"

"You know I have had it with you two!" Mace Windu began yelling. "You two have both not only disobeyed the orders of the council but broke the rules of the code!"

"The code and the council will mean nothing when we are all dead!" Obi-wan shouted.

"Well, it seems as though, none of us will be dying!" Mace Windu yelled. "The council ordered you to investigate the weapon not to bring back a new ideology! Especially one that disrespects the Jedi!"

"We aren't disrespecting the council we are…" Anakin tried but was cut off by Windu.

"OH NO!" Windu began yelling in a stern tone. "You do not get to speak Skywalker! You have literally broken the code, and I don't care who you're married to, you are expelled from the order once this is all over!"

Anakin fell silent.

Padme glanced over at Bail Organa, who had the same expression of confusion on his face. Neither of them had ever seen the Jedi argue like this.

Count Dooku, on the other hand, was smiling as he could feel the anger that arises among the three Jedi. He felt his connection to the force increase drastically as the anger and frustration radiated from their arguing. Padme noticed this and immediately tried to calm them down.

"Generals! Please!" She began. "Arguing will not solve our problems or rescue the Chancellor!" "Can't you see you're feeding Count Dooku!"

The three Jedi, however, didn't listen and continued arguing.

Ahsoka, on the other hand, was listening. At first, she was deeply tuned to the heated conversation that the three elder Jedi were having while debating whether or not to join. Just as she opened her mouth to say something she froze as she heard an unusual sound. The sound had this high pitched frequency to it, it was a frequency that only a few species, including togruta could pick up.

She began searching the room trying to find out what was creating that sound. With no luck, she closed her eyes and tuned into the force to figure it out. The force directed her to the large floor to ceiling window of the Chancellor's office. Wanting to know what it was she found her legs moving towards the window. Once she reached the window she glanced out over the city, immediately she knew something was wrong. All of the hypercars that would usually be flying full speed were stopped as all of the drivers were looking at something coming from the distance. Slowly she followed their line of sight and what she saw horrified her. She wanted to scream at everyone in the room to get down, but when her mouth opened words seemed to vanish into thin air before they had a chance to make a sound. She tried moving but her legs were frozen to the ground. All she could do was stare out the window petrified.

Anakin who was in the middle of arguing with Master Windu stopped because he felt his apprentices' fear through their bond. He turned to the window and saw what was making Ahsoka's panic arise. "AHSOKA!" He shouted as he ran to her. Time seemed to slow down as he used the force to not only pull her back from the window but to push Padme and Bail Organa out into the hall. As Ahsoka was violently pulled to him, he wrapped himself around her to protect her.

Smoke filled the room and everything seemed to go black….

Two Weeks Earlier...

Anakin Skywalker was flying on his speeder with a great sense of urgency. He had just been at his secret wife's apartment when he got a surprise transmission from his old Master calling him to the Jedi Council Chamber for an emergency meeting. And he got that transmission at the worst possible timing, he and Padme had been arguing.

To be honest he wasn't even sure why she was mad or what he did. They were just casually watching a show on the Holonet about a family with two little twins. He then casually mentioned that he could never imagine bringing kids into the world because of the war then all of a sudden Padme lost it. She got really mad. In Fact, Anakin had never seen her that angry. And it was weird, he knew the war stressed her out but he didn't realize it was that much. And then out of nowhere she started crying.

Anakin didn't know what to do, he had never seen her like this ever. So he just let her cry until the room was filled with silence. Anakin could sense that she was hiding something, but before she could tell him anything Obi-wan called him on his communicator telling him that he needed to get to the Council Chamber immediately. Anakin tried to get out of it by saying he was sick, but Obi-wan stated, "Anakin trust me, your excuses will not get you out of this one."

Anakin then told Padme that he had to go and she got really cold and stated. "It's fine, Go!" She didn't even kiss him goodbye. And now here he was flying through Coruscant pondering what could have possibly triggered her. He hated it when he and Padme were on bad terms. Especially if he got sent away on a mission and couldn't see her for weeks, their fight would hang heavy in his heart the whole time.

When he finally got to the Temple he mentally prepared himself for the lecture that Obi-wan would sure give him for being late. As he began fast walking he felt his Master's presence get closer and closer, finally, the entrance to the Council Chamber was just up ahead and sure enough, he was greeted by an annoyed master and a relaxed padawan.

"There you are!" Obi-wan greeted him. "We have been waiting for fifteen minutes Anakin!"

"Nice to see you too Master!"

Obi-wan rolled his eyes and placed his hand on his forehead. "Anakin, can you please explain to me why your padawan was here before you!"

Anakin glanced over at Ahsoka who had her hand to her mouth trying not to laugh.

I bet you're just loving this Snips! Anakin thought to himself before answering Obi-wan. "Well Master, you see time is relative, I would have been two hours early if we were on Naboo."

"Well, Anakin are we on Nabo? No!" Obi-wan stated.

"Well for the record Master Kenobi the only reason why I was here on time is because I was in the library studying when you called," Ahsoka said, trying to help her Master out.

Obi-wan opened his mouth to ask Anakin where he was, but he already knew the answer and realized it was better not to ask so he decided to let it go. "Alright, I am going to drop this, because we have much more pressing matters." He then motioned for his two apprentices to follow him into the Council Chamber.

The three walked into the council room where the Masters were more than ready to brief them.

"Master Kenobi, Knight Skywalker, Padwan Tano thank you for coming on such short notice." Master Windu began.

They didn't even acknowledge that I was late. Anakin thought to himself. This can not be good.

"Of course Masters," Obi-wan began taking a seat in his chair.

"Troubling news, we have for you." Master Yoda stated.

"We don't know entirely how to explain it, so we are just going to show you." Mace Windu stated.

A hologram flickered on to reveal a city that appeared to be very large and advanced. It reminded the Jedi of Coruscant, however, it was much nicer. It had green trees, a blue ocean, and big beautiful silver buildings. People of all species inhabited this city. Assertive individuals in suits were taking hypercars and trains to work. Relaxed young adults were sitting at cafes laughing and making toast with alcoholic beverages. Loving parents were sitting on green benches making conversation while their children were playing happily, climbing on jungle gyms and trees or chasing each other on the bright green grass. Where in the galaxy is that? Anakin thought to himself, but before he could ask, his bright apprentice beat him to it.

"I have never seen this city before, where is it?" Ahsoka asked curiously.

"All is yet to be revealed little Soka." Plo Koon answered.

"Entirely sure we are not," Yoda added.

The hologram continued showing the beautiful city in its daily state, but then something changed. A bright light flashed through the city and everyone began panicking. People began running and screaming, and trembling over each other as the bright light completely covered the city.

Mace Windu then fast-forwarded the hologram until it revealed absolutely nothing. Obi-wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka all stared at it with large eyes.

"What?" Anakin asked. "Where did they go?"

"More importantly, what was that?" Obi-wan asked. "A meteor?"

"I wish," Mace Windu began. "The chancellor sent this to us, he told us that one of his archives keepers found this hologram a few days ago buried deep in Coruscant's archives. It was labeled as recordings from planet 4549. And that was no meteor but a weapon."

"A weapon?" Anakin asked. "What kind of weapon can do that?"

"We have no idea." Master Mundi stated.

"The chancellor informed us that he had his researchers research this planet 4549, and as it turns out it is one of the many uncontacted planets on the outer rim, one that has not evolved space travel yet." Mace Windu continued.

"If it's uncontacted how come we have this recording?" Obi-wan asked, scratching his beard.

"We believe that someone from this planet may have sent us this recording as a distress call, possibly showing us the power of this weapon, as a warning." Mace Windu answered.

"That is why we believe that bright light to be a weapon." Master Plo added.

"Hmmm." Obi-wan pondered. "Only a few know of the codes to access the deep archives, how could this civilization possibly know of it?" "Especially since they haven't evolved space travel yet."

"They looked pretty advanced," Ahsoka stated. "Plus they had multiple species." "Even some from planets in the Republic."

"A mystery this planet is," Yoda answered.

"Since there is much confusion." Mace Windu began "We want you three to take a small squad of clones and a small ship to this new mystery planet and to learn of this mystery weapon."

"You shall leave within the hour." Master Mundi added.

"It will be done, Masters." Obi-wan started getting out of his seat.

The three then bowed and exited the room.

"May the force be with you." Yoda's voice was the last thing they heard as they left.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Anakin stated as he was finishing his normal tune-ups on the small transport ship that they were taking.

"This certainly is an odd situation," Obi-wan stated with his hand to his beard. "We need to make sure we take full precaution."

"I just don't get it, as Ahsoka said, they seemed pretty advanced and yet we have never made contact with this planet, Why is that?" Anakin stated as he pointed to a crowbar on the ground.

Obi-wan leaned down to pick it up. "Maybe they just never had the desire to leave their system, some civilizations dream vigorously of exploration while others believe that staying on their planet is the best thing to do." He then handed the crowbar to Anakin.

"I guess, but they had multiple species, some we've never even seen before." "It just doesn't add up."

"Maybe, that was just how they evolved. It appears to be a large planet and their system has about seven planets and many moons so maybe they only travel in their system."

Anakin gave Obi-wan a look. Then went back to his tune-ups. "I still don't like it." "I just hate going in blind like this. Remember last time we went to someplace with absolutely no knowledge of what we were doing."

"This will not be like Mortis," Obi-wan stated. "This is an actual planet, with actual people."

Anakin closed the panel and jumped down, rubbing his hands together. "Whatever you say, I'm still gonna be extra cautious."

"Well that's a first for you," Obi-wan stated.

Anakin rolled his eyes.

"Are we ready to go?" Came a soft voice from their right.

Anakin and Obi-wan glanced over to see Ahsoka walking next to Rex followed by four other troopers. Anakin recognized both Fives and Jesse but he didn't recognize the two behind them.

"I don't know, Rex are we ready?" Anakin asked.

"Yes sir, we have the finest squad in the galaxy." Rex stood at attention.

"I see we have some new troops." Anakin began walking towards the clones he didn't know. "And who might you two be?" He asked.

"Sir I am CT89…" The first trooper started but was cut off by Anakin.

"No, no, no," Anakin stated. "What is your name?"

"Oh… Nox sir!" Nox stated.

"Red sir!" Red stated.

"Hahaha." Jesse began laughing. "We tried telling them that you preferred their actual names, but newbs never listen."

Anakin smirked at them. "Well Red, Nox welcome aboard. You are in good hands with Rex." "Alright, men lets move out!"

The group then walked aboard. Rex and his men stayed in the back tuning up their blasters, while Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi-wan walked to the bridge.

"Alright." Anakin sighed while starting up the ship. "Let's get going." He brought the ship out of the hangar and then rushed it out of the atmosphere as Ahsoka began punching in the coordinates.

Anakin then reached for the hyperdrive, "Ready when you are Snips."

"We are clear to make the jump Master," Ahsoka replied confidently.

"Well. Here we go again." Obi-wan's optimism was the last thing heard before the ship was punched into a blue tunnel.
