All men are not created equal, they've never been but only recently have people began to truly notice this truth. This was a hard truth that most people had to learn in this world. Not Him though, the one who towered above all others in the criminal underworld. The world had changed a lot since the discovery of quirks decided to label criminals as Villains and the protectors of "Justice" Heroes. Each side chasing the other, brutal battles ensued throughout the world as people with power sought to dominate and rule over those that did not have it. Neither side truly understood how much He influenced both sides, He had ruled like He had been born to it. It had been a strange change truth be told, though not one that He was totally against, it reminded Him of the comics that he and his brother used to read, ones that his mother and father had collected in their youth… his brother, it had been so long he could no longer recall his brothers name, though that could also be the brain damage, though he recalled his face and his vigor in their youth… he would give anything, any of his extraordinary abilities, his entire "kingdom" just for a chance to chat with him one more time.

"Sir!" Shaking awake, He slowly sat up to his full height. Looking in the general direction of the voice he activated one of his countless quirks, his thermal vision outlining the form he knew as his assistant Yumiko. Leaning one arm up so he could lean into his palm even that honestly was a struggle right after he awoke

"Yes Yumiko? Usually you won't allow anyone to awaken me from a nap, much less wake me up yourself… I imagine this is urgent with the tone you're using." Leaning forward he put his hands together on the desk and interlocked his fingers. "Get to it then." She nodded, not even slightly perturbed by his sudden malice, that's what he liked about her, even when he was about to actually lose his temper she never so much as flinched, though now she seemed to be hesitating, very unlike her. "Out with it girl, if you decided to wake me up without a reason I'll be looking for another assistant very soon." She shifted slightly in her seat, curious she rarely showed fear or any emotion for that matter, and pulled out her tablet.

"Well sir-" There it was, back to her business-like self "-we received an email from… Her today." Sitting up slightly in his seat, he wondered what could be so wrong that even Yumiko would pause, he hated showing compassion but… well this was a special circumstance.

"Is there something wrong with Inko or Izuku?" He tried to sound dejected… keyword "tried" even though he knew there was some urgency in his voice, no urgency wasn't the right word, desperation suited how he sounded more.

"Well there wasn't sir, until they visited the doctor, by that I mean THAT doctor." He could feel the need to collapse backwards fill his body, and in his current state he wasn't in any state to fight his bodies sudden urge to collapse backwards, out of habit he rubbed his temples with his thumbs and forefingers.

"What did he do? I have to imagine he did something if you're bringing this to my attention." She nodded, swallowing heavily enough for him to hear her, 'Dear god, what did he do to Izuku if even she is worried about just telling me?' Leaning forward and tapping she quickly read over the email again, he could tell based on the slight movement her head was making, "Yumiko I do enjoy you as an assistant, you're punctual, you take care of all my problems when I order you to handle them, but if you take anymore time in delivering Inkos message I will be looking for a new one by the end of the day and the doctor will have another "volunteer" in the Nomu program." She physically shuddered, good couldn't get too lax and let her think he'd tolerate incompetence, and nodded.

"Y-your so-" She caught herself, good, he didn't tolerate the S word from anyone asides Inko even as weak as he was now the people who knew he was alive knew better than to offend him. "… Izuku has been diagnosed as quirkless." She tensed up thinking he would be mad, why would he be mad the doctor did his job, he'd just give the doctor a quirk or two and give them to the boy, wait a moment…

"I don't think you'd be this frightened just by giving me the news Izuku is quirkless Yumiko, in fact normally you'd even have reccomendations as to which quirks I should give him in this situation, so what aren't you telling me?" She straightened herself up in her seat.

"His quirk was… appropriated by the doctor sir." He could feel himself lose control on one of his favorite quirks, a gravity amplifying one. The air in the office was heavier, several objects getting flattened against the desk and shelves they were setting on and one of his chairs even buckled under the increased gravity. This had absolutely no effect on his assistant Yumiko in the slightest.

"Hmm." He leaned backwards in his chair, this was a rare moment for Him, He was never at a loss for words, but his rage was sometimes difficult to get under control, especially concerning… them. "Have you contacted him?" She leaned forward and adjusted herself as gravity slowly returned to it's normal pressure on her body.

"No sir, I thought you would like to receive the news first." Nodding he tried to think of any reason that the doctor would take Izukus quirk, surely the man didn't wish to die after all. Tilting His head, the man sitting at the desk pondered a bit longer, 'Perhaps he wishes to "test" my temper, no he knows how that would end for him, I've ended people for far less.'

"Well Yumiko, send for him, and tell him to have an explanation ready, it's a long fall down to the labs after all." She nodded "Right away sir." Leaning back in his chair, before He knew it he was asleep again.

It was a familiar nightmare of His, yes even He had nightmares He had since He was young. It always started off the same, His battle with the wielders of One-For-All, none of them even remotely a challenge… that was until He appeared and stole the slogan of the greatest "Villain" of all time. That man his blonde hair, those blue eyes full of rage and resentment… and power, undeniable power. He remembered actually feeling fear since he had taken his first quirks over two centuries still remembered the lead up to the battle, his lieutenants, even his most prized enforcer, nothing before the power of that man, his blows rattled the building, air pressure knocking out even his own personal guard before the man even entered his office. He remembered standing when that "Hero" addressed him with a simple question "Why?" He no longer even knew why he kept fighting, a man like him could retire and never be seen or heard from again. He'd shrugged, nonchalantly about murdering Nana Shimura, honestly he hadn't given it a second thought. "Because I could, because she decided to stand against me, I wonder how you think you'll end up after fighting me, surely no better than her, just another corpse in a long line of those who thought to stand against my machinations." He could hear that man's mentor Torino knocking out more of his personal guard on their way to reinforce their master. He would step out from behind his desk before floating slightly off the ground. "Well shall we? I do have other appointments to attend to after your little tantrum." He raised his hand and let loose a variety of his quirks before-

"Sir." He sat up again, damn her why was she- sighing and actually standing, grunting with the effort it took. He activated His thermal vision and saw the outline of the doctor. Slowly, much slower than He liked, He walked around his desk and looked down at the man, He knew he towered above most people if not in height then in sheer presence alone.

"Well Doctor, I am sure you know why I asked you here, explain yourself before I have Yumiko toss you out that window." He missed his eyes, hell he missed the top half of his head, men like the doctor were easy to intimidate with a glare, but that man, no he was a Symbol now, had ended his ability to glare at people only a short while ago.

"Well sir, as you know the boy inherited his mother's abilities mixed with the ones you selected, resulting in a case of extreme heat production and control." He sighed, this man could go on for hours without ever giving an actual explanation, reaching across his desk he pushed a button and one of his windows opened, he hoped that the point got across.

"Hurry up doctor, I have even less paitence for your rambling than normal." The doctor continued at his own pace however, something He respected even now.

"Well the number two hero Endeavors first born was born quirkless sir and that just won't do-" Yumiko actually lost her composure for the second time, in one day even! She must be furious, the man without a face mused.

"So you decided to steal our masters Ch-" She wisely composed herself at this moment as his sheer malice and desire to kill started to emenate throughout the room "-Izukus quirk and gave it to that flaming psychos son?" The doctor just nodded, because of course he did.

"Of course, I saw this as an opportunity to run an experi-" The very ground itself shook as the gravity of the room increased by several degrees, causing even the Nomu that had escorted the doctor to his office to kneel under it's pressure, let alone the doctor and Yumiko who immediately, respectively, slammed into the ground and knelt down slightly.

"Careful doctor, remember who you are speaking about, next time I might not be able to control myself, or show any restraint at all, you're a very useful tool but nothing more and not irreplaceable." Releasing his grasp on that quirk, the doctor quickly stood up flustered now that he knew the gravity, He couldn't help it, the man let out a small chuckle always a fan of his own puns at the expense of others, of the situation.

"W-well sir, comparatively you could always just… give him a powerful quirk." The man without a face sighed and walked back to his chair before sitting down. Sensing the doctor slowly relax as he realized he was no longer about to die.

"Very well doctor, you've raised quite a point, while that quirk is certainly powerful, very powerful I'll remind you as I choose that quirk especially for my… for Izuku. I will admit, I… have acquired a pair of quirks much more suitable for one of his… standing. Though we both know that since you removed a child's quirk, this one will take a bit longer for his body to express. Which means he'll be treated as quirkless for most of his young life… I imagine you realize that there will be consequences for this, yes?" He tilted his head like he was actually asking the doctor, he couldn't help but grin when that maniac audibly swallowed realizing his situation.

"Y-yes sir of course."

Sighing, He tilted His head to the side "Not to mention what this will do to Inko, oh yes there will be plenty of things for you to atone for Doctor, and don't worry you'll atone for the many mistakes you've committed today." Turning around leaned back in his chair. "All of you, leave me now, doctor send for me when you are readying Izukus second appointment and I will send Yumiko with the quirks I have chosen for the boy." He sensed more then He saw them leave but he smiled contentedly. Yes, not all men were created equal in His new world, but for the son of Hisashi Midoriya it truly didn't matter what you were born with.
