Chapter 1 *I do not own inuyasha *
It had been 4 years since Inuyasha had fallen in love with his best friend sister, but as confident as he acted the fear of rejection stopped him cold in his tracks everytime. This is why now he was drunk in him bar tessusagia waiting for Miroku to show up and try to convince him to go to Kagome's wedding, which meant complete heart break for him. Inuyasha heard the door and in walked Miroku wirh his usually care free smile.
"Inuyasha my friend, how much have you had?" Asked Miroku with a worried tone
"Only a couple, not enough to drunk text," Inuyasha said with a smirk
"Right..." Miroku replied rolling his eyes
" Seriously? I dont you didn't just come here to watch me get drunk," Inuyasha said
"Come to kagome's wedding please she wants you there," Miroku asked
"Can't and you know why," Inuyasha replied in a melencloy tone
"Yes you can just tell Kagome you love her because man its about time you did," Miroku said in a suggesing tone.
"Yeah and she will kiss me, say shes in love with me and leave hobo," Inuyasha replied in a saracastic tone
"I've been telling you for years she feels the same and that hojo's a person she has settled for because she thinks you don't love her," Miroku stated
"And you think that i should just make her realize she wants me instead? " Inuyasha saracasticly joked
" Exactly! i love the plan we start tommrow?" Asked Miroku excitedly " No, i was joking dude," Inuyasha laughed " Hear me out. seriously try and if it doesn't work rhen you can beat my ass. do we have a deal?" Proposed Miroku
Inuyahsa sat there thinking was this crazy? but he firgured he would take his moms advice finally and fight for her. all is fiar in love and war.
"Ok, i will, but you better be right," Inuyasha threatened "Of course i am i will see you tommorw," Miroku said as he got up and left.
ONce he was gone Inuyasha was for one of the times in his life focused and he wouldn't give up the love of his life without a fight. Tommorw he would text her to have lunch because he would be charming when he really wanted to. Every night he had dreams of her some much more physical then others, which left him with a very big was midnight when he closed the bar and went home. The same despate women who always tried to be with him and as far as he was concerned they could screw off. It was 2am when he finally fell asleep dreaming of the future that he had wanted for so long.
It was 6 am when he woke up hoping to catch her before she went to work.

Inuyasha had one of the biggest smiles he had in a long time and looking at the clock he realized he ahd to be as the bar. In a hurry last night he forgot to finish the paperwork. Once he got there and went up to the office Inuyasha spent the next 4 hours so he could devote the afternoon to kagome. Once shippo showed up he left to go meet with her for his heart beat got faster the closer he got.
