Pine Valley is technically in the southwest of Connecticut. It was founded in 1680 by Christopher Quimby and Wyllie Aggie Hill.
In 1683, it used to be wholly forested with grizzly bears! But by the time they're gone, it turned into a forestry town. Its original name until seventy years later 1750 was Grizzly Valley. By the time it got renamed, it was still a small town!
The first houses of Pine valley were termite prone and short lived.
