Appearance: Richard stands 6 foot 3 inches l, has a caucasian skin tone with light blue eyes that look like dirty pieces of glass, long dark brown hair he wears in a ponytail and usually wears a gray dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a black vest and tie and black dress pants and shoes and is usually seen with a cigarette in his mouth.

History: Richard was born in the kingdom of Mantel as the oldest of 2 to a relatively normal family his father was a police officer while his mother was librarian. At the age of 4 Richard saw a Grimm attack that almost broke through the kingdoms defenses but left a lot of casualties. Richard entered Atlas academy at age 17 and was deemed a prodigy and graduated after a year and soon found himself in the Atlasian army and soon Ace Ops. After a few years Richard retired after it becoming repetitive and became a teacher thanks to his friend Qrow who he met on a mission at Beacon where he settled down.
