~A Magical Academy City~
Academy City, a place that is known for their technological advancements over other countries and espers. What if there is an Alternate Academy City instead of espers, there are Magicians. Well there are two girls who were inside the Alternate Academy City, and those two were the 3rd ranking and 4th ranking espers, named Misaka Mikoto and Shokuhou Misaki.
~Chapter 1~
"Where is Uiharu-san and Saten-san?" Misaka asking Kuroko.
"I don't know, Onee-sama, but they message me and said "Shirai-san, Me and Saten, are gonna be late because Saten overslept" Kuroko said.
"Kuroko, message Uiharu-san, tell her to go to the family restaurant and we'll wait for them inside." Misaka requested.
"Okay, Onee-sama" Kuroko responded.
While Mikoto and Kuroko are walking to the family restaurant, Uiharu and Saten were arguing in the bus.
"Saten-san, you overslept and now we're late for the meet up with Shirai-san and Misaka-san!" Uiharu being mad at Saten-san.
"Sorry... Uiharu, I was still thinking about that shadow metal and I couldn't sleep at all" Saten apologizing to Uiharu.
"Apologize to Shirai-san and Misaka-san, they rarely have a day-off and do shopping with us" Uiharu telling Saten to apologize.
"Okay…" Saten being sad.
After their little argument, they became silent and waited their bus to arrive at their stop.
~3 stops later~
"Saten-san, wait, i'll text Shirai-san, that we are almost near the family restaurant." Uiharu said.
"Okay." Saten-san replied.
"Shirai-san, we're almost near the family restaurant so could you wait for us outside, so we could start our shopping", and send." Uiharu texting Kuroko.
"Onee-sama, Uiharu-san and Saten-san are almost here, let's wait for them outside, we don't want to disturb the other customers here." Kuroko said.
"Sure, after they arrived, we're going to shop already." Misaka accepted the request of Kuroko.
~Meanwhile on Shokuhou Misaki's clique~
"Queen, do you want more tea?" Hokaze said to Misaki.
"Thank you very much, Hokaze-chan, but we'll be going out shopping for the seasonal outfits" Misaki appreciates Hokaze's assistance.
"Oh, Queen, I don't deserve your praise, you're my queen I should be the one praising you." Hokaze's being flustered to what Misaki said.
"You deserve it, Hokaze-chan, you've been the closest to me ever since." Misaki said.
"Thank you very much, Queen" Hokaze thanking Misaki.
"Now, let's go, before people line up in the store" Misaki said.
After Misaki and Hokaze left Tokiwadai Middle School, Uiharu and Saten, have arrived at the family restaurant and they saw Misaka and Kuroko waiting outside the family restaurant.
"Misaka-san, Shirai-san, I am sorry we're late at our meeting point." Uiharu apologizing to Misaka and Kuroko.
"Um…, Sorry! Misaka-san, Shirai-san, I was still thinking about that rumor I told you about." Saten apologizing to Misaka and Kuroko.
"Saten-san, do you remember what I said about those things you told before?" Shirai-san asking a question to Saten-san.
"Yeah…, don't be trying to find those rumors true." Saten answering Kuroko.
"That's it, SO WHY ARE YOU STILL THINKING ABOUT THAT RUMOR?!, YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME RIGHT AFTER THAT LAST RUMOR YOU TOLD ME ABOUT?!" Kuroko being angry to Saten.
"Hey…, Kuroko, forgive Saten-san, she's just curious about those rumors." Misaka defending Saten.
"Fine, i'll be letting you off" Kuroko having mercy to Saten.
"Anyway, while everybody here, let's go and look around for some seasonal outfits, we don't want to waste our time after earlier, right?" Misaka encouraging everyone.
"Yeah, we never have enough day-offs to shop together, so let's make it enjoyable" Uiharu, Saten and Kuroko said.
After that, the 4 of them left the family restaurant, and shop for some outfits, Misaka found a Gekota figure and immediately bought it as fast as possible before anyone saw her buy it, Kuroko finding lingerie to use with Misaka but Misaka saw her, and immediately electrocuted Kuroko, Saten found an arcade and played for a few rounds with Uiharu, and Uiharu saw a violin shop and was amazed of the sound of the violin, after looking around, they didn't buy any outfits, instead they bought what they wanted, so the 4 of them decided to spend the remaining time at a café, and after sitting down, Misaka saw someone and Misaka started to become irritated because of who she is…
"Hi, Misaka-san, Shirai-san, what are you doing here?" Misaki asking Misaka
"Shokuhou Misaki, why are you here!, aren't you suppose to be with your clique?" Misaka not answering Misaki's question due to being irritated to Misaki.
"I was looking around for seasonal clothes, then me and Hokaze, went to this café and ordered and you arrived." Misaki answering Misaka's question.
"How about you, Misaka-san, will you please answer my question?" Misaki asking Misaka to answer her question.
"Fine, I did the same thing as you, we looked around for seasonal outfits." Misaka answering Misaki's question.
"Well, anyway have fun with your friends, Misaka-san" Misaki saying goodbye to Misaka
"Hmph…" Misaka not saying bye to Misaki.
After Misaki left the café, Misaka felt a jolt due to her EM fields reacting to the jolt she felt, Misaka made an excuse and gone to the bathroom and escaped the café to investigate where did the jolt come from.
"It couldn't be her again doing something again, she did everything to save Dolly but she already died." Misaka thinking about who might cost the jolt.
While Misaka is running, another jolt hit her EM fields and Misaka is feeling EM fields near the football stadium.
"Another jolt? Wait I am sensing where the jolt is happening from and it's from the football stadium, they haven't cleaned up the stadium, it may be just the shadow metal, Saten-san was talking about." Misaka thinking about what was inside the stadium.
After Misaka detected the source of the jolt, she ran to the inside of the stadium, and found Misaki standing on the damages of espers in the competition that Touma and Misaka has betted on, and Misaka thought as to why Misaki was standing near the area where the jolt that Misaka felt was there.
"Misaka-san, did you feel anything earlier at the café?" Misaki asking Misaka if she experience anything at the café.
"Yeah, my EM fields felt a jolt, I wanted to check it out, also why are you here as well?" Misaka answering Misaki's question.
"I felt something on my cerebral cortex, it felt like a jolt as well, and I thought someone was messing with exterior but I saw something inside the stadium and it shocked me as to what it is, can you see it, Misaka-san?" Misaki asking Misaka.
"Yeah, it's a crack on the ground but why is it glowing blue?" Misaka answering Misaki's question.
"It's a time vortex, it's connecting us to an alternate world, I don't know but I think we're being called by someone in that alternate world, but I don't care who's calling us to help but if someone is messing with Exterior, i'll be stopping them" Misaki explaining to Misaka.
"Hey, are you going inside that vortex?" Misaka asking Misaki.
"Yeah, are you going as well? I won't be helping you in solving this alternate world problem" Misaki answering Misaka.
"Yeah, i'll be helping you as well because I don't want this Academy City to be destroyed after just being attacked by Kihara Gensei" Misaka said.
"Fine, don't bother me while finding someone tampering with Exterior" Misaki accepted Misaka's help.
"Sure, don't slow me down" Misaka agreeing Misaki's request.
After Misaka and Misaki agreed to help each other, they jumped inside the vortex and dropped in the alternate world, they saw an Alternate Academy City, the Alternate Academy City was a lot different, a lot more old looking, more colorful, a lot more cheerful and looks like it has less crime areas than Academy City, they were surprised as to what they saw in this Alternate Academy City, but Misaka saw something in the distance, she saw a beam of light being caused on top of a building, Misaka and Misaki landed near the building where they saw the beam of light.
"No way, it couldn't have been that" Misaka said overthinking about that beam of light.
"Misaka-san, what do you mean by "that"" Misaki asking Misaka.
"Shokuhou, there is another esper here living in this world, that has my esper power, he/she has ability to do Railgun" Misaka said to Misaki.
"What?!, I thought you're the only electromaster who can use Railgun" Misaki being surprised to what Misaka said.
"That's what I though as well, but since this is an Alternate Academy City, there could actually be another electromaster that could use Railgun" Misaka said Misaki.
"Let's go and investigate that building, remember my esper power doesn't work on you so it won't work with he/she since you have same ability, I won't be joining with you in battle but i'll be assisting you" Misaki said to Misaka.
"Okay" Misaka agreeing with Misaki.
After Misaka and Misaki, they planned on what to do with the esper, Misaka is now ready to battle with the esper, Misaka jumped building to building , and after that she landed on the building where the beam of light, and then Misaka asked the esper…
"Who are you?" Misaka asked the esper.
"I am you" the esper said to Misaka.
"What do you mean "I am you"" Misaka asked the esper.
After Misaka asked the esper, she removed her hood and said…
"I am Misaka Mikoto, well, I have the same ability as you but my personality and age are different, I am a high school student and I am 17, also you could call me Alter Misaka, it'll be hard communicate if we used the same name, it might confuse your friend. Right? Shokuhou Misaki." Alter Misaka said to Misaka and Misaki.
"Yeah, I am here, Alter Misaka-san." Misaki said to Alter Misaka.
"Wait, you're me but not me as well!?" Misaka confused from what Alter Misaka said.
"Misaka-san, I am you but from an alternate world, there is something called a Toaruverse, this verse is connected with science and I used this theory to contact you and Misaki-san." Alter Misaka explaining what is the Toaruverse.
"Why are you trying to contact Misaka-san and me" Misaki asked.
"It's because my Academy City will take over your Academy City, and I am trying to prevent that from happening" Alter Misaka explaining as to why she called Misaka and Misaki.
"Why are they planning to take over our Academy City?" Misaka asked.
"It's because of the project they're working on, the name of the project is Ability Balance, the objective of this project was for good until one of the members have a different idea for the project, this project was led by someone you know, Misaka-san" Alter Misaka explaining the project.
"Who's the one in charge of the project?" Misaka asked.
"Kiyama Harumi, the same one who did the Level Upper" Alter Misaka answered.
"Kiyama Harumi?!, is she good in your world and why is it named "Ability Balance" for the project" Misaka asked.
"Yes, she did most of the technological advancements in this city, and as to why is called "Ability Balance" because the people here living in Academy City, are Magicians, Kiyama Harumi wanted to balance the amount of Espers and Magicians and their world by transferring espers abilities to normal people who don't have any magic powers, Kiyama-san, contacted me if I could help her with her project, I said yes because I wanted to balance the abilities of espers and magicians as well" Alter Misaka said.
"So why is this project becoming a threat" Misaki asked.
"It's because of you, Misaki-san, your alter self" Alter Misaka said.
"Why is me trying to take over my Academy City?" Misaki asked.
"I don't why, but your alter self is a level 5 magician, she is the 3rd ranking magician in this city" Alter Misaka said.
"So to summarize, you contacted us to help you prevent the invasion of your Academy City, from ours and stop the project that you are part of. Correct?" Misaki said.
"Yes" Alter Misaka said.
"Tomorrow, Me and Misaka, will drop by again tomorrow, and make sure to close that vortex" Misaki said.
"Yes, i'll be closing soon" Alter Misaka.
After Misaka and Misaki going inside Alternate Academy City, they returned to their Academy City, and discussed to not tell their friends about anything to prevent anything from happening. Tomorrow, Misaka and Misaki are going back inside Alter Academy City to meet Alter Misaka and her friends, and their plan to stop the project and to prevent the Academy City from being taken over by Alter Academy City.
