Hi, Uhm... You clicked in this story then must mean you are interested in this premise.

I hate to break this to you, but I'm not a good writer. And this story is the one I rewrote so many times and couldn't get right.

So I called it a quits. Anyone want to take this story on then feel free to PM me.

Some points I like to make:

- The story should never have Jaune POV. Readers and characters can only see Jaune as an unknown entity.

- The story should slowly reveal why Jaune became who he is as Jaune is still is a human with a unique Semblance.

About Jaune's Semblance:

- He can mentally materialize himself to anyone who is dying alone, his real body always at somewhere else.

- He can only stay for a certain amount of time even after that person dead.

- No matter what, the person Jaune visited will always die.

- He can record the memory, thought of that person during his visit.

- He can pass that memory, thought to anyone he chooses to. But as due to his ethics he only passes it to the one that person wished.

# Willow Schnee had a fight with Jacques Schnee. She wasn't hurt but still have some words stuck in her head.

# She went back to her room tell her maid to leave her alone and locked herself in.

# She took a bottle of vodka and drowned herself in memory:

- The time she got married. (political, loveless but made due).

- The time Winter was born. (happiest moment)

- The time Weiss, Whitley was born.

- The time she spent time with her children.

Each of the moments came with a moment refect with the current relationship with her children. (Distant, uncared)

# Midnight, Wiess came to have a talk with her.

- She overjoyed to talk with her daughter.

- Weiss frowned when she noticed Willow was drinking.

- Weiss asked her mother to convince her father to let her become a Huntress.

- She saddened and asked if Weiss follows Winter's footsteps.

- Weiss explained she wanted to have a Huntsman license to aid her when she takes over the company.

- She agreed and ask Weiss what Academy she had in mind.

- Weiss answered 'Beacon'.

- She shocked and think Atlas would be the better choice. (Winter & Ironwood's supports.)

- She took a hard look and realized her daughter want to get away from home, her daughter rather risks her life than stay here because she hates her family.

- She refused.

- Two of the talk then become a big fight.

- Weiss left the room with a final note, accused her of care for alcohol more than her children as she did in the past with Winter.

# She took the word hard and drowned herself with many more bottles.

# Her body became unwell but keep drinking.

# A hand took away her drinks and tell her to stop.

# Through her blurry vision she saw a blonde young man.

# The man carried her, tucked her into her bed. patting her (reflex as his sister also likes to find comfort in alcohol.)

# She like the warm she hadn't have in years.

# They talk about stuff, her life.

# The man revealed she had died of alcohol poisoning.

# She shallowed the truth and cried in regret.

# The man asked her if she has any dying wishes, any message she wants to pass.

# ...

# She closed her eyes, waiting for the inevitable, asked his name.

# His said 'Jaune Arc'.

The following part I don't really have a clear vision. The idea is to show Willow children's reaction to her mother's death at her funeral.

# Weiss felt guilt as she thought she pushed her mother to suicide. She hated her father's way of treating her mother's death (an event to make connections.). She so blinded by emotion the man couldn't deliver the message.

# Winter didn't know how to feel about her mother's death and became indifferent. Bounded by her duty (although Ironwood asked her to take a break.) the man couldn't deliver the message.

# In the end, the man only reached Whitley who was forced to smile and shake his father's guest at his mother's funeral. He became a better person by it.

Conclusion:

Weiss became a worse person compared to the canon.

Winter is still the same. (But mostly because we didn't see her and Willow interact).

Whitley became a better person compared to the canon.
