Description: He has a relatively tall man with a height of 163cm, black unkempt hair, charcoal eyes, and a bit of a naval tech otaku.
He is the grandson of the famous Ozawa Jisaburo, Vice-Admiral of the Combined Fleet which explains his love for the Navy and the desire to live up to his grandfather who was one of the most capable flag officer during the Pacific War.
With that desire, Hayao studied from naval tactics to his unhealthy obsession of naval technology which he had developed when his friend from the RD Department of Naval Warfare showed every general pieces of information regarding the warships used by the Imperial Navy which impresses him greatly.
He has a bit of a carefree, laid back attitude during peaceful. But when push comes to shove, he is a highly competent leader in both realistic and hypothetical situations. So much so, that he even impressed all of his instructors that they even considered him as a prodigy.
His only drawback, however, was that he can't swim... Which was irony at its best.
Nevertheless, with his skills, he is a man to be reckoned with. Even when he was nearly drowned to death in a training accident.

This is my first KanColle fanfiction that I've ever written.
I only know KanColle through watching the Anime (both the TV series and the movie) and the wiki for in-depth information.
Please forgive me if any KanColle characters are OOC.
This is set after episode 1 and before episode 2 of the Anime.
