Harm and Mac are celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary and have decided to have it at a little B&B that Bud and Harriett recommended. Fun ensues when the JAG gang that have been invited to the vow renewal see Mac and Cassie together.

Gibbs sends Sam into the JAG office on a mission and Sam finds one of her own once she meets AJ.

A Secretary of the Navy looks to cast blame following the events onboard the USS Allegiance but unfortunately has his past come back to haunt him.

Having had enough of his coworkers bullying, and working under a boss from hell McGee turned in reports on DiNozzo, Gibbs and Abby to the director. Upon punishments being dealt out DiNozzo and Gibbs return a year later only to meet Harmon Rabb, and Meg Austin, Tim's new teammates leading to a unpleasant confrontation, and Tim having words of his own for his now former teammates.

Circumstances change. Mission statements change. And one little boy's life will change and he will change the lives of people half a world away.

Harm, Mac, Meg, Animal, Kimber and Metalman are sent to Moonlight Falls under orders from the Joint Chiefs of Staff to find out what's going on with an explosion of supernatural occult in that town. Will they survive the ordeal and will they realize who means the most to them.

Agent Seeley Booth gets some insight into his relationship with Dr. Temperance Brennan from Captain Harmon Rabb, who had a similar relationship with his own partner, Colonel Sarah "Mac" MacKenzie. When Harmony leaves for Hogwarts, Harm is paranoied about the trouble she's likely to attract, being a JAG cadet, an American and his daughter. They say like father like son? More like father, like daughter in the Rabb's case.
