After seeing the episode, "Be my Ghost", I figured that if they could do 1 "Penn Zero" with ghosts as heroes, why not another. Also, "North Pole Down" didn't have to be the show's only Christmas Special, and like other TV shows before and after, it could have it's own version of A Christmas Carol. Only more action-packed.

This is an 'alternate history' take on a famous Christmas classic. If Charles Dickens and Dr. Seuss switched places in time and had to write each other's works (in their own ways of course). This is how Dr. Seuss may have written 'A Christmas Carol' if that happened; like 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas'.

This is "A Christmas Carol" if Dr. Seuss wrote it in Charles Dickens' place. Think of it as if the 2 had swapped times and eras, and therefore had to do each other's work in their place.
