Ralph returned from the island civilized enough to rejoin the society and culture of his time. Unfortunately, for our favorite fair-haired adventurer, the island left him with a sense of self that was unexplainable. Something was different. This 'thing' had become a part of who he was. How will Ralph deal with his new found self without his plump companion? (One Shot)

A small airliner carrying over a dozen boys from the Bunker Hill Military Academy goes down in the Pacific Ocean, leaving the cadets and a wounded adult to wash up on the shores of a nearby island. New discoveries soon see the boys who call themselves the Hunters becoming swifter and stronger by the day- and more willing to impose their will on the others. A battle is coming.

Made this poem after reading the lord of the flies back when I was in high school. It was an assignment for my English class after reading the book. I received an A on it. It can mean many things for many people but for me its about growing up.
