With Absolute Radiance defeated, would Ghost and his friends be able to restore Hallownest to it's life before corruption? (This is my first story wish me luck)

A nobody of a scavenger is given a quest by an old queen to save her kingdom; Hallownest. A land cursed with grey monarchs, abandoned towns, and corrupted dreams .

When the Pale King awakens after the Radiance's defeat, he begins a campaign of utter domination against the world outside of Hallownest. As the "enlightenment" starts, a young human will have to make an alliance with an insect warrior to survive. Contains transformation elements. This is my first story so please R&R.

The dreamers were left by the pale king to sleep forever but what if one little vessel could save them? Ghost never wanted to kill them so they leave them to rest. What if the infection could be banished and the Hollow Knight freed before the dreamers departure. Who is left for The Beast, The Teacher and The Watcher?

After the Pure Vessel has transformed from their child stage into an adolescent stage, something seems to be wrong with them. Not only this but the Pale King has to face his feelings regarding the Pure Vessel.

Or any recollection of anything, really. With no skills in survival or combat, his only hope is to follow this small Knight creature around until he finds his way home. Or until this alien disease kills him first.

After Quirrel seemingly drowns himself in the Blue Lake the Knight feels something. Not wanting to let go, he wanders the benches where they once sat together.

The plan to seal the infection was perfect. The Pale King made sure of that by personally delivering the Pure Vessel to the temple himself, but... ... why is his heart and chest feeling so heavy once the deed is done? Had he not convinced himself that no cost would be too great?

I know the Knight and Hornet are actually siblings. This is just based off of a silly misconception I had, where I thought Hornet was the Knight's Mama. This timeline is a timeline in which the Hollow Knight contains the Radiance, and still functions normal. Hornet found a mysterious child, and is soon forced to take it into her custody. What will she do? What help will she need?

In a world where Nightmares are practically non-existent, Grimm has to find other ways to gather flames and keep the Nightmare Heart alive. He meets someone special and they make it work. Tragedy strikes one day and Grimm enters a deep, indefinite sleep. Hornet, The Knight, and the Hollow Knight embark on a journey to reunite a child with her father.

Hornet never thought she could call the days of the infection 'simple', but her siblings so loved to complicate things, didn't they? Of course, she'd never have it any other way. Even if it did mean she was a child again. (In a desperate attempt to escape defeat, the Radiance tries to flee through time itself. It goes about as well as you'd expect.)

Through the Knight's sacrifice, the Absolute Radiance was finally defeated in the Trials of Godhome. Its light forever banished from Hallownest. One by one, the bugs regained sentience, and slowly returned to their lives. Follow the story of the Chosen Vessel, who has yet to recover his identity and face the magnitude of his failures, while a new threat looms over the horizon.

The Radiance and the contagious infection has been eradicated, the black egg has finally released its prisoner, and the land of Hallownest seems ready to move on and start anew. But there is one question that still remains, what happened to the "Ghost of Hallownest"? Rated T for language and mild adult situations. Godmaster Spoilers ahead.

Could this vessel truly be the one? Its abilities in combat far exceed any others that I've seen. For some reason, however, it will not stop attempting to...hug me. I do not know why it has grown so attached to me, but I will still do all I can to guide it.

While exploring the Soul Sanctum, Quirrel receives an unexpected blast from the past and fails his optimism check. Lemm does not approve of his chosen coping method.

Nymm loses his memories after he and the Knight banish the Grimm Troupe, but a certain someone comes to visit him through dream. (or nightmare in this instant)

Something that has never been answered in the game: I know Grimm and the Radiance are connected in some way (Dreams vs Nightmares leitmotif, full screen title cards for their fight, the fact that they're Higher Beings dealing with dreams and shit), so this is my take on their... relationship? Please no hate, I just thought of this and was like "Hey, that would be cool."
