Perspective can be a fickle thing. In the perspective of Gensokyans in general, youkai are usually the ones who cause the biggest incidents. But when an enigmatic character begins to rock Gensokyo's very foundation, will their perspective hold steadfastly, or will they realize the worst incident creators may very well be humanity itself.

The lives of the shrine maiden Reimu Hakurei and her best friends Marisa Kirisame are completely changed as a meeting with a mysterious individual, who apparently has a connection to Reimu's past, opens them to a much bigger world they though existed.

Youmu's arm has a message written on it in her own handwriting telling her to go the Underworld. Her goal is to find out who placed the message and what, if anything, is happening in Old Hell.

All it took were two seconds. Two seconds, one dumb decision, one charitable youkai's intervention, and now he was in Gensokyo. He was in a place he shouldn't be, in a place that shouldn't exist, with no chance of going back to the world he once knew. What could he do aside from go back to making sure the truth came to light, in a place that needed it the most?

Having been brought to a new and unfamiliar land, Kyle has encountered a dilemma: starve in the squalor of the human village, or risk life and limb making dangerous deliveries to and from individuals across the deadly lands of Gensokyo. He chose the latter. If there is one consolation, at least the views are pretty.

When an odd pair of dancers arrive to make a scene, Aya Shameimaru expected a commotion among her people that would incite them to action. Instead, the higher-ups would rather everyone sit around in undeserved confidence. A disappointed Aya is then encouraged to create a story that might stir up the attention of even the highest ranks of tengu, even if it only brings more trouble.
