A maths teacher who couldn't be more outwardly different from Quill takes an interest in her despite the warnings of her colleagues. Quill, quietly desperate to connect with someone, finds herself looking past her initial annoyance and confusion and giving it a chance - only to realise along the way that they're a lot more similar than anyone could have guessed. After defeating the Lankin the night before, the 'Bunghole defense squad' meet up at Charlie's favourite coffee shop for some team bonding.

The Doctor takes Quill to a space hospital to have her baby. While she's in surgery, and her girlfriend (the Coal Hill maths teacher) waits anxiously outside, the five teenagers explore the space hospital, with... varying results.

Matteusz is far too gay to appreciate the sight of his maths teacher running down the street without her shirt on (in pursuit of a student's hijab stolen by the wind). But many people are definitely enjoying it a little too much (including Quill and Dorothea), and Matteusz takes it upon himself to shut up some nearby boys making lewd comments. Varun Singh knows his son. He knows when he's struggling in class, when he likes a girl, and apparently when he is in danger because of aliens. It all comes out in the end, usually over a cup of tea.
