In today's violence and gang riddled Verona, Juliet is a 16 years old teenager under her family abuse and violence; Romeo is a 20 years old recovering drug addict, depressed and looking out for something more. This is my terrible "modernization" adaptation I wrote in the 9th grade. Read it if you dare, it's rather cringy.

Plus le temps passait, plus son coeur devenait noir de haine, pourtant, une partit résistait, une petite partit continuait d'aimer, de l'aimer elle, et espérait, que cet amour soit partagé. L'histoire tragique de Roméo et Juliette sous le regard de Tybalt. Mini Fiction Non corrigé.

A notre époque, à la Faculté de Vérone, tous les cursus sont disponibles. Chacun suit ce qu'il aime. Des amitiés, des romances se créent ou durent. Mais il y a aussi son lot de difficultés. Mercutio, Tybalt, Benvolio, Roméo, Juliette et Ellanor vont devoir être plus unis et soudés que jamais.

Romeo, Benvolio and Mercutio head off to a trip into the mountains. As one of them becomes the victim of a possibly fatal accident, a time of helpless waiting begins, turning the excursion into pure horror.

Ever been sad that you didn't get to see much of the daily life of your favourite "Romeo and Juliet" characters? I have, so I wrote my own, (almost) drama-free version. Could be alternative to the play or maybe in the time before it- you decide! Biggest pro: not one person dies in my story. (Slight Bencutio, nothing too serious though.)
