A brief snap-shot(s) in time. Following on from the season 6 finale of Longmire. What next for Walt and Vic? Can it really be happy ever after?

What if Henry had a child with Deena? What if Deena did not want said child and left it on Henry's doorstep? How would this change Henry's story? Would he be the only one who would be Malachi's target or would his child fall victim too?

Vic heard the shots ring out as Ed Gorsky drove her and her husband away from the danger of Chance Gilbert and his unhinged family. But Vic had to know, she’d already thought she’d lost Walt once that night. Could it actually be the case that this time he was truly lost to her.

This takes place in S5. Vic's not pregnant. We've all heard of the saying "elephant in the room." This is a metaphor for a problem that no one wants to discuss because it can cause embarrassment, sadness, anger, (Wikipedia). Well, for some people Donna Sue Monahan is that elephant. Author's note: On the FF site, Donna is not even a character that can be selected -how interesting !

This story takes place sometime in Season 7. Walt is still the Sheriff. Vic and Walt have settled into a relationship and are living together at the cabin.

Just a little story that is another way to rid ourselves of Donna. Set towards the end of season 5 but not canon compliant. Also Vic is not pregnant in this story.
