On the routine scare for Halloween, the Creature Under the Stairs accidently comes across Harry Potter and leaves the door back to Halloween Town open. Harry follows the Halloween monster back, changing his life forever.

A danger from Zim's family's past threatens Halloween Town! So now Jack, Sally, and Judy Skellington, as well as Zero and Lord Dominator, must seek help from Zim, Princess Amethyst, and the rest of the gang to defeat this foe; once again!
