Detective Bonanno comes into some credible information that Danny's life is in danger. He asks the Leverage team to save Danny. They do so but first, they have to 'steal' him to keep him safe. Danny teams up with the Leverage team and Bonanno to help catch the people that want him dead while letting Five-0 think he's been kidnapped. He hates it, but he won't put his team in danger.

Stan gets Ford's postcard but it's not easy for him to go. He's joined the Navy and is about to be shipped out soon. He asks his superior officer and friend, Joe White to go and see what Ford wants. Joe asks him for a story. He's seen Stan's ambition and wants to know where it comes from. Prequel to SEAL Team Sixer.

Mary plans a family vacation for her boys to get them away from the mainland and the british men of letters but Dean isn't much of the lay on the beach type of guy, so he calls on a friend to find him a case and gets tangled up with an ongoing Five-O investigation.
