With Parvo laying low and the federal government up in arms, Professor Shepherd tries to get Hunter and the others used to their new lives while keeping the authorities at arm's length. But when fractures in the team and a hazardous deal put the Rovers in danger, the only ones who can save the team might just be themselves.

Two months have passed since the events of A Rough Start. Max and Groomer are sent to a prison by General Parvo for punishment for what they have done. During their time there, they come up with an escape plan. Will they be able to make it out alive and join the Road Rovers to get back at Parvo? All questions will soon be answered.

A year has passed since the events of A Day in the Life. Parvo has returned and is planning to be sure that he has complete world domination. A group of scientists, led by Professor Eugene Atwater, have been assigned to create a new army for Parvo. Unbeknownst to two of the scientists, this is just the beginning of a journey they went on that lasted for three years of their lives.
