On the orders from her Keeper, Deshanna, Ly'ria is on her way to the Conclave held by Divine Justinia V with hopes of returning home or to a new freedom in two short weeks. Though, someone ruins those plans and now this Dalish elf is thrust into the spotlight, fear of exposing her clan of its' lies and fear of the end of the world are the only things keeping her moving forward.

While playing through the DAI game, I had several moments that I imagine happened but weren't shown in the game, or are AU. There isn't going to be a cohesive story here, just little shorts and one shots. I am marking this complete because each 'chapter' will be stand alone. Thedas, a land torn by war and destruction with the conflict of two factions. It's eight Wardens and their companions against the Archdemon and a civil war. Two junior Wardens, along with Alistair, have been left with the newest recruits after the Battle of Ostagar. They all must heal, fight and learn in order to survive the ordeals they have ahead, and create miracles to save Ferelden from the Blight and it's corruption.

What if Leandra and Malcolm Hawke ran into Fiona and Duncan ... all en route to Ferelden? What if Alistair turned out to be a mage, along with Bethany? Thanks to BioWare for creating a wonderful world to play "what if" in! All belongs to them!

This story is being written for fun; my AU. It is not canon. It will span before DAO through all three games and then we will see. If you know me, you'll know I've added my own flare and chars to the story which can change the way NPCs think or feel. Some DA2/DAI players will be met sooner. As always, mature readers only. Elissa Cousland is a Grey Warden who may be the last of the Cousland line. Follow her as she tries to survive and fight through the hordes of darkspawn, trying to gain allies and defeat the Blight before it consumes the whole of Thedas. Based on Dragon Age Origins with actual gameplay dialogue, romance options, and some mature content will be present.
