This is my basic outline for what a new Dishonored game would look like. In keeping with canon, this game is set between Dishonored and Dishonored 2.

The Outsider doesn't really know what he's doing but he is going to make this work. This is the first thing he has truely wanted in many years, they may laugh at him but as long as she's happy he can count it a success.

The aftermath of the coup posed many challenges for Emily Kaldwin and her father, but less than a year later they have a new trial to face. With the Outsider freed from his long imprisonment, their world's magic no longer has a guiding hand. Nothing remains that is capable of regulating the Void's power as it pours into physical reality. And the Void doesn't let anything go.

The Outsider watched as Billie Lurk led the boy she thought was a god out of the darkness.

Upon finding a wolfhound pup, Emily names it after someone dear to her much to Corvo's dismay.

Corvo Attano: former Lord Protector, framed for the murder of Empress Jessamine Kaldwin and the kidnapping of her daughter, Emily. Now freed from prison by the Loyalists, all he wants is Emily back. Meanwhile, Captain Curnow is trying to follow the masked assassin working through Dunwall. Essentially a Dishonored novelization making Corvo an actual character and other changes.
